I had a very good experience in the lenskart. Especially Sahana is so friendly and comfortable who helped me in guiding how to use lens.

Very happy with staffs, their behavior and service, especially Karibasapoa who gave me dedicated time and attention during closing hours as well. Well quality and durability of product is fair and reasonable.

Most useless shop and useless people. When u go for checkup and for glasses they will speak nicely once booking done they never respond to your calls. Even single star not worth for this shop. Pls don't purchase anything in this shop.

The store usually closes by 9- 9: 30 pm. My spectacles were ready to be collected and I was almost running out of time. I called the store and they were supportive and patient enough to wait and did not close the store even at 9: 30pm. I highly appreciate this kind of gesture. Lenskart, you've hired the right people. Keep it up

I was doubting the exchange for my spectacles as they were rusted and was in guaranteed period and Spoorti the store manager helped me out in claiming my guarantee. This is my 7th purchase in the ullal store and i wish to do more shopping here. Better than any LesnsKart stores.

Actually I wanted to rate 0 star but can't.
We returned the glasses 25 days ago but didn't get the refund.

I got service done for two of my spectacles and the store people were very friendly and helped in every possible way

Yesterday I have met one of your representative by name Mr. Pramod Kumar with regards to repair to my spect, he was quite responsive and attended the services immediately.the team is customer oriented.

I purchased with gold membership informed me buy one and get one offer so that I could get reimbursement in my company, but after that the bill amount is split into two sperate bills which includes 2k one spex and 3k one spec sperate bill. I got reimbursement only 2k from my company.

No proper communication on above issue. Else I would have purchased single spex for 5k with better quality.

Very nice experience and the store people where very gud at response very happy for the greeting at the store thanks for the nice day. It was really heart mealting.

Very bad and worst
While purchasing time they will tell if anything problems Menas we will resolve it but I went after 15 days I asked don't have a proper vision in this so they told make eye test outside clinic bring report then we will make a change
So plz don't visit this Store

I had been to lenskart store at ullal road but the service provided by the glass provider was not at all good and was not ready to help me with what I want. Had a very agreesive behaviour also even after me telling my name he has typed is wrong which I feel is not a good service what a customer is willing to. Even after all this the person was arguing due to all this i cancelled the order from the store. But the eye test service was provided very smoothly by the girls. As a new person we would need a suggestion as new be new to using glasses which I haven't got any suggestions from him. He was just not wanting to help but was telling me about the membership which I clearly mentioned that I will not need any membership but at the last he billed along with membership and other stuffs forcefully. Which I again had to cancel.
All together i didn't like the service.provided by store provider.

Very polite staff. Sanitization maintained properly. Special mention to Manjunath for his great patience and expertise.

Edit: Chandan from the store looks like he is untrained. Train him on how to treat customers. He is first trying to escape the work and later doing it if it is insisted.

Me and my wife went for eye test as well as to purchase contact lenses, but the behavior of staffs is worst they told us to wait for ten minutes, but after waiting for 20 minutes also they were least bother to talk to us also.very irresponsible staff very bad. Plz don't visit this branch.

Second - Fast response and they guide in the best possible way to get the glasses.

Third - Very nice collection.good service by staff.explained all benefits of progressive glass, every details provided by staff.
