I had ordered specs on 6th Aug nd got it delivered on 26th Aug (20 days) they promised they will send a voucher for the delay today is 10th Sept still not received they only give dates and service also not satisfied

In app it's showing product is delivered. They raised the ticket but no positive response on where is my product.
They have reordered product again but yet I dent received it it's already 4th day after reorder telling reson it's high power it's taking Tim

Service is really disappointing. Asks you to wait 5 mins for nose-pad replacement and won't care even after 40 mins of waiting. Pretty disgusting.
