Products defective not delivered yet to me 2 times visited store. They said will call sent to lab. 15 days left not yet received any call.

There is no coordination between morning shift and evening shift employees. I had been to the store in the evening to collect the specs. Didn't have a good experience.

The service was as expected, but there was an issue with billing/invoice. Otherwise, a pleasant experience.

This is my first experience with lenskart the service provided from their staff was pretty good and I bought a power lens glasses which worth around 3k. The frame was awesome and I think the lenses are not that much good that I was expecting and very hard to clean lens but overall the product was good and you can easily believe them and their products.

Edit: it is so weird, the guy at the counter posted a 5 star review for this store himself when he held my phone to check my order status (i was there to exchange an order). How far can one go to get good reviews, seriously? I'm never stepping foot here ever again. I know partly it's my fault for trusting and handing my phone to him

Unnecessary calls and messages. I just installed after a long time to view some shades and I started getting back to back calls. I am getting reminder to pick up some purchase from the store. I haven't bought anything.

Stock is very limited in the store. Also any discount information is not displayed upfront. Representatives gives this information on case by case basis. This creates the doubts in the mind of customer, if they are hiding few things. They need to be more transperant.

Outstanding after-sales service and repairs are facilitated at Lenskart, Vijaya Bank Colony under the supervision of their highly efficient and empathetic manager.

What we like about this place is the after sales service … it’s easy and a breeze through. Even today had an issue with my sons spectacle frame … I thought it we might take a couple of days. Lokesh resolved it within couple of minutes

Has a good collection of Vincent Chase and John Jacobs eyeglasses and sunglasses which is in tune with the latest trends and are available at affordable prices. And mainly to talk about their service it was good enough to say

Big store with wide collection. Great ambiance and very well trained staff. Was there recently to purchase glasses for self and kid. Mr. David attended to us well. Right from choosing the frames up till billing he explained us in detail. Found him to be very patient with all the customers. Glad to have taken the membership. Would highly recommend this place.

I have one of the best customer experience in this branch. All the members, receptionist are very much well behaved and user friendly in this shop, if you don't able to choose the best spec design they will guide you through the correct design. One of the worst service I ever had if you want to visit lenskart go to BTM 2nd stage or jayanagara lenskart. In this lenskart there are 5 staffs are there but no one respond properly we waited 15 to 20 minutes a single staff also not asked as what we want just a lady staff came and took my number and name just for visiting update that's it 3 staffs are guiding a single customer 1 staff is just using mobile phone if we call them also there are not responding us so don't waste your time to visit this store

Well I went inside for a new pair and nobody cared to even ask me what I wanted. Worst store culture.

Vary vary bad srives and qulity is vary bad dont buy in local shop will give good qulity and srives and prizes also good and lenskart prizes is vary high

The staff response was cordial. Quick service received. As it was raining on that day the lady staff provided her umbrella to reach home. That shows the real concern she has for the customers.

I don't think any of my lenskart frames have survived for more than 8 months or a year max. The warranty policies are non-existent. These frames are really cheap, you buy at lenskart because you think you'll get good after sales support, but that's not how it works. Been a gold member, had multiple bad experience and never going back to lenskart again.

The staff here is very well informed and knows everything about lenses, eyewear, pricing and other relevant stuff. They also do eye test without any charge (even if you don't buy anything).

My experience not went well in this Vijaya Bank store. I went twice for eye testing, but nobody was interseted to attend me. First day I went at 8.15pm and understood that Eye testing is not possible as the person has already left office. Again after two days I went there by 7.20pm and got reply saying two more are waiting and they asked me to better come next day at 11.30am. The third time I went there and waited for someone to attend me. But nobody attended me as they were busy.

Then I unsedstood that Lenskart is having good business and not interested in putting extra effort to get customer.

Hence I moved to Titan and purchased what I required

I visited the store for lens replacement from the broken frame to similar new frame and the store executive Lokesh was very helpful in accepting my request. Within 5 minutes he completed the request and ensured the lenses are neatly cleaned. He also advised me not to throw the broken frame (as only one of the temple was broken) which can be reused in future.

Had a great experience, many options to choose from. Customer service is really good. They have been very helpful in selecting my glasses. Staff were attentive and answered every question I had. They also shared information about current offers. I've recently went back to get my spectacle's serviced and it was promptly delivered on time.
Recommend visiting this place of you are planning to buy new glasses/lens.

Nice Service. I couldn't visit the store, so Sowmya was kind enough to get my specs delivered.

The executive was the worst and also the service is not up-to mark. They have given us a different glasses apart from what we ordered (in-store). And asking for extra money in order to get the required glasses. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Such a shame lenscart. Also when visited the store it was told it was a buy one get one offer and when I asked the complete invoice I am billed for the both the glasses just with a offer of 2.5k on both the spectacles.and when I told the executive I will raise a complain to the customer care he told it's OK not an issue.
This is the negligence of the executives. When asked to replace the requirements executive told us it's not possible to replace hence return and we will refund. Hence returned both the products. Waiting for refund. I PERSONALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

WHAT THEHEEBEE SAYS ABOUT LENSKART AT VIJAYA BANK LAYOUT

I have visited this Lenskart Shop three times in last one year. Each time the visit has been satisfactory. I recently visited the shop one week back to get new pair of spectacles for myself and my daughter.

Initially I was highly worried due to Coronavirus situation. But one I was there, I was highly relieved seeing the precautionary measures taken. Social distancing is maintained well, every customer's temperature is measured and they are requested to sanitize hand with good quality hand santizer. All the staff members wear face mask and hand gloves. Tables, racks etc are kept clean.

Staff has always been very helpful here. I appreciate Mr Lokesh and all the staff members of this outlet who make it safe and comfortable for customers.
