Stood there for 15 mins, no one attended. All the staff members were extremely busy doing stuff on their own, over the 15 mins that I stood there none of the staff even looked into my eyes leave aside attending. I had to eventually go to the Lenskart showroom right opposite and thankfully they were good.

Would strongly recommend against this ‘flagship’ showroom considering the extremely busy schedules of staff members here.

My specs had been broken (legs) and I had come here to fix it. This is the Lenskart in Indiranagar. The staff was extremely helpful in fixing the specs in minimal time and was friendly. They did this free of cost. Would recommend!

Visied the showroom today to purchase new specs. Not happy with the service. They showed no interest in attending customer. Just showed the section where frames are available and stood at one corner and talking among themselves. When asked some questions no answer. Highly disappointed with the store

Visited the indiranagar lenskart store and collections were quite impressive. Staff is friendly especially Veeraj was good in communication.

Eye Testing was done for free and got to select our frame from a lot of options.

I got my lenses tinted and my cushion were in bad shape, the lenskart staff was too quick to help me and fixed my issue. Totally recommend their professional services as I have been their customer since past 4 years and loved it.

Ms Ashwini at the indiranagar store was very helpful. She was very patient and guided us in navigating through the store and explained the offers in detail. I would love to shop there if such customer executives are there. And the quality and choices of specs are quite good. U get a lot to choose from.

Had a great experience here. Got two of my glasses foxed and bought 2 new ones. Anju and Ashwini were extremely helpful and patient with me. Despite over taking 1 hour to make a decision and trying out like 30 different pairs of glasses, they remained courteous and professional and even laughed at my not so funny jokes. Kudos.

I had placed an order and paid the full advance 10 days ago and the store representatives told me that they will inform me as soon as its ready, but till date I have not received any call from the store nor from Lenskart. Pathetic service from Lenskart Indiranagar 100 ft road.

I am really not happy with the service. When ever there is buy 1 and get 1 offer. You guys never give the fresh glasses instead always gives the show pc.

The staffs are too lazy. They won't respond to customer. They are behaving like They are giving glasses for free. Don't go to this branch.

Lenskart.com in indranagar, It's open now for all for all days. My experience with this branch not so good for both time. But lenkart is very good for all of the products like frame, lens and glasses. They have some new collection also for their costomers.

The store probably one of the best in Bangalore. Neatly maintained with very good ambience. It has a pretty wide range of choices. This time the service I got has been much much better. Thanks to Nisha, she has been really helpful with her assistance throughout. As of now this has been a wonderful experience, hope this continues in the future.

Sales girl did not have a proper stationary mirror, everytime you have to find a mirror yourself to see how glasses fit you, no proper legible bill and no warranty card. Very few choices among blue zero power glasses. If we are coming to the store customization should not take 4-5 days else what's the point in visiting brick and mortar store when we can buy online. Customer experience at the store is paramount for brand to stand out not just number of stores in every nook and corner of the city.

I had a very good experience with one the staff Mr. Afroz he went out of his way to help me get my perfect pair of spectacles. I had issues with an exchange that dated before the lockdown. Luckily for Mr. Afroz my issues were resolved. I highly recommend you to ask for him if you have an unresolved issue. Very happy and satisfied.

Store is very nice.neatly mantianed.staff is very friendly, Afroz is very friendly and he explained all the spectacle types very patiently. We returned one spectacles within one week due to excess weight, they responded very positively and gave different frame.

This is frustrating. I had placed an order for a spectacle and they got the wrong lense fixed. The delivery for the re-order was promised on Sunday the 15th of December. However there has been no follow up. I want a REFUND!
