I visited recently lenskart in chandra layout. The staff is very good. Srihar is the one who has done my eye check and suggested a good computer glasses to me.

They had good customer service and helped me and my son know the power of our eye which helped us for our future precautions

Delay in delivery, arrogant and non-responsive behaviour of the staff, mis-guidence about the delivery. I had little time of gold membership they ate it in this order. Very bad thumbs down to lenskart staff

Worst customer support, visited here for specs purchase but no one attended, they were in their own world, even requsting for their help no one was ready to attend, as well as inexperienced staff.
Strongly recommend others not to visit this branch,

Store experience is good and service is good but your business is fraud. When we approach for specks you must tell the cost of one set but you are telling the cost of two set and claim one set is free. I don't want to complain but you are repeatedly sending messages unnecessarily. If you don't stop sending messages i will legally proceed and make it public.

This is one of the best customer satisfaction store.
1. Sales person sridhar suggestions was extremely helpful. He has done all the possible way as per our satisfaction
2. Free testing done by Kerala lady is another level. Never seen such good eye test.
3. Even Manager was very extremely helpful in our one of the issues with frame.
This store shows the team effort.

Customer Service is very Bad!
It is Pathetic, they made me pay extra for Insurance saying it covers everything but when I went there to get my frame repaired response was horrible, waited for almost an hour!

Please hire people who speaks kannada as the local language must be your priority.understand the customer concerns and provide resolution!

Staff not customer friendly. Also they don't have stocks. Once your purchase a frame and lens. And if it breaks they don't have the same frame. U need to buy the lens and frame once again. Limited stock. I had my frame broken n got new fram from local vendors but having so many branches they could not get me a frame for the lens which I already had

Promiised offers are not available. One spec bifocal costs 400 rupees which they claim as the cheapest. Sales staff totally non cooperative and they direct you to a nearby shop.

Worst sales team.those people are not even bothered to attend customer's.after waiting for 20mins. I even asked for help with the executive stand at the counter and he was explaining me about his job and how busy he was, as if I was his manager. Good shop under wrong management.

No collection at all!
Arrogant and rude staff who doesn't even care about customer at all

Worst sales, wanted one particular frame, they billed for that frame and later told it was out of stock.
We literally had to compromise for another frame.
There aren’t good collections as well.
Had the worse experience.

Wast of time, by visiting this store, for test they take literally 3hours for 2 person and no much collection also, don't ever by mistake also visit this store,

Expected to be having better and more collections as it is flagged as "falgship". But found no much difference! Though initial approach was welcoming attendees left us alone. Glasses (trial frames) weren't clean to try. It was annoying.

Received a great service by your staff kiran who gave a great feed back for all the glass which I need to use.

Good place and courteous staff. Good range of collections and quick service. You can check, return and adjust online bought glasses here, apart from normal sales services.

This is my 2nd visit to the store, the staffs & the wide showroom brought me back for my mother's glasses ordered, special thanks to all lenkart team & especially Mr. Arjun for his energetic performance
