Repaired my glasses with care and free of cost. That’s why I always come back to lenskart.

I bought lenses here. While buying they said they will provide demo. But when I went to collect, they asked me to come on a weekday citing shortage of staff. Now, why did the store fail to inform me that? Do we have no work on a weekday apart from going to get a demo? Basically, they said don't come in a different way. The man at the counter also seemed rude. Take it or leave it kind. Very tactfully, lenskart will ask you to provide 5 star reviews when you visit the store for the first time. Once you have made the purchase, they don't care.
I visited this store because it's closer to my gym. But not anymore.

Visited lenskart, we had very good experience and Maya given good instructions and tested our eyes and suggested good glasses to wear for us.

Professional store employees and seamless experience. I always prefer Lenskart for best customer experience.

Good outlet but don't have much options, less crowded but place is easily identified.

I had visited this store to buy progressive lens, all details were explained well, attending person Maya was very knowledgeable, understood my requirements well provided appropriate suggestions

Warning: If you wear an unbranded dress or you don't have an attractive look then never go to this store otherwise they stare like you are some kind of thief or you are trying to steal something and last they check your whole body to ensure.shame on you Lenskart

One of the worst lenskart store in the city. Store manager abused me and informed he will cancel my warranty when I went to exchange glasses. He was so rude and was not customer friendly. Please don't go to this store they will loot customers.

Very poor maintenance, poor response by staff. Had to wait for one hour, although having an appointment. Please go to another store. Highly doesn't recommend this store.

Being a regular customer of lenskart, I went to this store for alignment of my specs, first time my experience was bad hence giving this particular store 1star.

I visited lenskart in btm yestarday and selected the frame where the price they told to us to pay was less and today when we go to pay bill they are asking 1 k more than wt they said us before, staff there didn't explain us properly hw much it cost

Compared to the most of the store I visited this store has more collections, I would recommend to visit this store if your in south Bangalore. It would be better if they had all the collections which is available online, 1 star less for that reason.

I hapened to visit the store formally on Sunday (02/020/2020) just to try some specs, if suitable will plan to purchase and you had helped to find the spectacles and sunglasses.

Worst customer care! Sent wrong product twice and denied 30% refund for all the inconveniences.very rude and pathetic service. Already connected with me, just to deny refund. They will call you multiple times just to tell you that they cannot help with it!

First of all i brought my specs in 2017 and i am still using without any scratch in my glasses.
The other thing in July 2019 when my specs got some issues and its out of warranty, as i went to Lenskart store, located in BTM2nd stage, mentioning below the review:
1. Staff is very well mannered and cooperative.
2. They resolve my issue in 1day time.
3. Gave me free service. (Note: wearing specs from last 10years and never got free service after warranty is over)
4. Gave me new Specs box too.
Kudos to team Lenskart for such a great service.

Such a pathic service centre.i have given my spec to repair here on 8th April 2019.they told me, It will be repaired within 3 days and you will get the call from our side.i went to store to collect my spec on 13th April. As they didnt do anything.specs is in same place and same position.response from the sales person, you will get it by next tuesday.wrost service from lenscart.
Never buy anything from here, total waste of time and money.

I took specticals here and the every next day, glass coming out of frame. So gave for servicing and they applied glue to stick glass and glue marks are visible on the frame.is this the way a professional service guys do? Such a petatic behavior from both sales and service professional guys. Don't ever go here folks.

After following up, got replacement. Thanks team.
But never ever do kiddish things applying glue for glass.

I did my eye checkup as well as got my spectacles done last week. I am extremely happy with the service provided by the staff specially Saarika. She personally took care of my need, provided me with the best solution.
I was having some problem with my left eye power, but saarika requested me to visit the store again, so that they will change the left eye power accordingly.there are other staffs who are good but might be less experienced.
But extremely satisfy with saarika for high customer satisfaction.good job Saarika!

Bad service i never saw in lenskart like this only btm branch, simplly waisting customer time not at all corporate, i had very bad experience in btm branch

Worst customer service.experience is bad ever. 1star is also least. I will not suggest anyone.
I waited for 1 hour to get the eyes test, finally i didn't.
