I had visited to get my specs repaired. At first the customer representative mentioned about the customer risk if the product was older than 1 year. I agreed for the risk as the product was out of warranty. The product was repaired, cleaned and delivered in good condition. Happy with the customer service. Thanks to good customer service and Lenskart.

This is one of the best lenskart stores in bangalore with good staffs and frame types. Poornima attended and gave a complete information about the product, was very patient and showed the frames that best suit our interest as well. No words to describe the customer service of Lenskart. I called up their call center for complaining about the delay, they just turned around my experience with amazing service and follow up.

Could do better by including more brands and sporting a much more wide range of frames. But all in all an affordable place with knowledgeable staff! Do check out their Buy 1 Get 1 offers to get the best out of your buying experience.

The shop timings says it closes at 9: 30. We reached the shop at 9 and the staff dint let us in and said its closed. Do update the timings so that you dont waste our time. Rude behaviour by the staff who was least bothered to even respond. Hope Lenskart does improve upon the customer response on this particular outlet

The staff aren’t interested at all in attending or answering queries. I visited at 12 noon when store was empty and despite 3-4 members who were chit chatting didn’t bother to check out even once. When we asked them second time if they can assist, guy asked for 2 minutes and 10 mins later neither him nor any of the others bothered. We walked out and will never entered the same store.
If there’s a strong reason for the behaviour, ill update my review.

This isn't for lenskart, this is for Satish. I was in and out in less than 4 minutes. This gentleman went surgical on my most favorite, but unfortunately broken/disassembled pair of glasses.

Jp nagar lenskaet has very good collection. The employees are very friendly and take good care of customers. Any problems with the specs they clear it asap. They deliver the spectacles before the given time.

We purchased a Blu-block computer glass from the Jp Nagar outlet last month and they have not given any bill for it, when enquired they said that it would be sent in an email. Now it's almost 1month no bill has been received nor they are answering phone calls. Worst experience.

I went to this store on advise from a cousin. I was asked to wait outside for 3-4 mins as there were customers inside and the staff was very strict in making sure social distancing was maintained inside the store. When entered, they took all precautions in sanitising our hand, explained to us that we cannot remove face mask while in store and asked me to wear disposable gloves before touching any frame inside the showroom. As this was the first time I was buying a spectacle, I needed assistance. The staff (Mr. Lohith) had lot of patience in explaining me different aspects of spectacle, especially about the progressive lens that I was buying. The staff also explained to me different options in terms of choosing the frame brand and different offers the lenskart company was offering, including insurance. I ended up buying a pair of progressive glasses, delivered in 6 days. I am extremely impressed with the staff. They mean business.

Great service by the staff here. I gave my frames for change in lenses here and it was back in 2 days. Even the lenskart customer service online followed up promptly checking the status in those two days. I wasn’t expecting to get back my frame in 2 working days. Great job LensKart! Keep it up!

My experience with JP NAGAR LENSKSRT was great. I find their products authentic and good.customer handling is very comfortable and a MALLU girl helped me a lot for selecting the frame and her way of communication was also great

Had been to this store and the experience was great. The staff here were very helpful and assisted in choosing the frames. They properly explained about the different lenses thay had.
I also got the glasses before the expected delivery date. Overall experience was great.
The service that the staff provided here deserves more than 5 stars.

Just that they didnot keep up the delivery date. I needed contact lens for my tavel and they assured I'll get it a day before my travel. But didn't get it at all. Had to rush to chikpete where we get them immediately.

Great service keep it up guys dropped a frame for nose pad change only you guys took 1 week that also broken in the week lens quality is cheap can't protect from smudges has to wipe again and again

This is the largest lenskart showroom in the vicinity of BTM, JP Nagar. They have good collection and varieties. The staffs were also very helpful. Lenskart is a pocket friendly brand with decent products.
