Lenskart.com Flagship Store at Jayanagar

No eye testing on day of Diwali I was told. I just came out of the store and went to another near by spectacle store and ended up buying there. It seems they don't mind testing on Diwali. Staff are either overworked or are not interested in working.

I bought two power sunglasses (lemsjart switch) with gold membership. The first one is great buy but the second one has about 5mm gap between switch lenses. Upon checking, store rep said for the power I have which is 0.75,1.25, the gap would exist, Firstly power isn't too much and Secondly I did enquire about this while placing order. They had assured it would be perfect but now its far from it and unwilling to replace
This experience just nullified all the positive experience I had with lenskart

Not a good feedback on their membership program & the insurance.
I had a very Bad experience may be it's purely a marketing push & there is no value for money

Gagan was very resourceful in giving us with all the right information along with the various options in choosing the right product. He is very patience and is knowledgeable in all the products at store! Do ask him for a second option if ur confused!

Jaynagar 3rd block branch of lenskart. All of them are the good staff and I was attended by sushma and felt better with her guidance and help, overall it was excellent experience, will recommend everyone to have a visit once.

Lot of collections and the staffs too good expecially the staff named Swathi was so helpful in selecting frames

Recently visisted the Jayanagar showroom. Staff named Ms. Parvathy guided me so well and I'm so happy for the service. And there is n number of collections other than all optical showrooms. Thank u Lenskart and Parvathy️

The staff led by Suhail was extremely supportive helpful and attentive. It was a good bargain too with a 1+1 offer. Overall a nice Experience.

The experience with the staff was very good and they are well informed and helpful. My first set of prescription glasses done here was excellent. Hence went in for a second pair of Rx lenses on an existing frame. There are too many restrictions on adding Rx lenses on an existing pair, and didn’t get what I had on my first pair and had to go with limited features of what the store provided! It ended up being not very comfortable!

I paid for my glasses. I was told that I'll get it by 2nd June 2022. I didn't get a call so I tried calling the store nobody responded. Now I am not sure that whether I am going to get my spectacles or shall I forget about my payment. This is ridiculous and I am not hoping any communication from lenskart end.

For the first time I bought Lenskart product as it was very good experience with staff from checking my eyes power to suggesting lens its done pretty good and had good collection too. Nusaif done excellent customer service

Pathetic customer service. Not even one executive is aware of any policy, they keep asking each other what has to be done. They try to scam you by telling you to use refund to store credits option as it’s immediate and then they tell it’ll take 2 days. Worst branch of Lenskart bringing down the name of Lenskart.

Visited the store. They have a very good collection. Mr Khartu is extremely patient, knowledgeable & gives genuine suggestion. He is an asset to your company.

I had ordered my progressive Lens under buy one and get one free.when I got the message for taking delivery, I visited the shop and found that only one pair as per the requirements.the other pair was not upto the mark and showing blur images and showdy. I had to return for correction. So far I have not heard from them

Best place to pick up your pair of specs ot lenses, people are very courteous and especially the girl who attended us had a world of patience, kudos to you.
It's an amazing place with lots of options and with the offers at its best, why waste time here, go and experience it, You will agree with me!
