The customer service was pathetic. The employee failed to pay attention on my order and made me pay the gold membership fee, after that they left me without completing the payment. I am really upset and I had leave the shop as no one helped me out. Also about gold membership, I had to pay it for no reason. And then the money of membership can't be refunded too. This is a complete fraud business plan. I am really upset. God is looking.
The frames bought in products have great quality and are worth your money! Over this along with a brand title, Employee support helped me choose over my spectacles. In this way "Miss Priya" was excellent towards customer and satisfied the needs. Do visit and choose your frame u wish to have. This is worst place to buy specs from, it took 7-8 days to deliver my specs and still it's not delivered, on top of that the store staff is rude they just keep saying that we are just employee of store and have no control over it. The same employees will speak to you very nicely when they want to sell there stupid gold membership

We had ordered our glasses and were promised that it would be done today. This order was done on priority request basis as we had to leave India on 16th Dec, we clearly explained & We got a text conformation to collect our product on 15th Dec, the lady staff was courteous enough to greet us, however for our dismay the order was not ready for dispatch.she consulted another staff (who is in pic below). I caught him openly telling her ' just tell them it will be ready tomorrow & send them" (exact words) I caught him immediately saying this as he didn't realize I was right in front of him. What a Shame to lie and get away from false commitment. Lenskart should train their staff to be better humans with basics of life and manners. Tomorrow is our flight and we have paid around 14k already to lenskart. What a bad displeasing experience. The store manager however acknowledged false commitment but what's the use.imagine traveling far distance with broken glass and compromising on other places (vision/specs makers) who ever truthful enough when it came to timeline commitment. Don't compromise don't go by fake commitment.
