Had a good experience at lenskart. Staff name called swathy very knowledgeable, helped me to find perfect pair of glasses.

Went there to get contact lens.
Thought of getting eye test first. But they made me wait for almost 30 minutes without any reason. I had to spent almost 1 hour to get an eye test and contact lens.
Customer service was very bad. Nobody attends to you, need to go to them and call.

I had a good experience with this lenskart. I was in search for this one particular frame and it wasn't in stock, an employee named Vishnu assisted me with this and got me the product.

Good collection however extremely lethargic staff. I have literally walked out of the shop cause i for tired calling the staff to help me out with a pair of sunglasses i wanted to purchase

Horrible customer experience at Kormangala store. The staff seemed in an extreme hurry to just get things over with and completely dismissed my issue.

None of the female employees are communicating in kannada, the regional language of karnataka with the customers.

Except that, rest are all fine.

They didn't have the new pairs of glasses that I wanted. So, I had to choose the show piece. Still I like the product that I bought. Overall Good experience. Staffs are friendly

The staff is not at all helpful. Made me wait for 20 minutes for a simple 2 minute pick up of contact lenses and it was not like the store was crowded or something like that. Poor customer service

The store has been built really nice with nice ambience but one drawback, that is, AC was not switched on. Everything is good in that store except the AC.even after asking to switch it on they did not, it was as if I was talking in greek. The store should definitely work on this. The old store opposite to Sapana Book House was nice, although small but AC was working atleast.

Very helpful and cheerful staff. Appreciate staff Rinsanas assistance in capturing my updated power numbers. Other staff helped infixing my old glasses and aided in selecting new ones.

Store has a good collection of frames. But the staff wasn't helpful though. There's a guy who we asked few queries and he is more confusing. He didn't let us take an eye test. He is quite not interested in allowing anyone to take test. Instead he says so much of misleading information that makes the customer little annoying and confusing and gives a feel not to purchase from the store. We then visited the store on HSR 27th Main where they took a proper eye test and helped choose the suitable lens.
