We purchased lens from here. Demo for using contact lens was really good. They were patient and explained all the details very well.

Staff were very courteous and helpful. But there was very limited stock and whichever piece I selected I was told the display piece was the only one they had and they didn't have any other similar piece in stock. Most of the display pieces had scratches on the lens.

Best experience I had bcoz the executives in store helps very well and there are varities of goggles.

Went to buy sunglasses. Good collection. Got buy one get one offer also. Pretty cheap pricing getting 2 goggles for some 1700 only. Happy with offer n discount and getting awesome sunglases

There are lot of collections which is affordable for Everyone. It is very useful to buy lot of collections at a time using the membership, so I'll suggest to buy frames with membership. There is a good collection of sunglasses and power lens as well, including this there are so many options in contact lens also.

Provided my frame for repair, it has been more than 24 hours and they haven't sent it for repair yet. I have already visited the store twice for it, very bad service, not expected from a flagship store of Lenskart.

This must be the third or fourth time have purchased from this shop and everytime been a good experience. The team members saw many new faces but service level continue to remain the same. Good advice in helping select frame. Good consultation for lenses what to use, specially for my parent who were earlier struggling with progressive glasses they guided on proper use and adjusted the frame so now it's perfect for them. Good going team keep it up. Only one thing please keep more lens options.

This store doesn't deserve the tag of Flagship Store. Nobody is bothered to help and guide properly in thier purchase.if you are looking for good but LOW cost FRAMES and LENS, then as soon as store people realise that they would loose interest.

1) They will lie on your face, New frames (Discounted Priced) are available online but they will say they don't have it and they can give demo piece only. Asked for 2 frames and got same answer.

2) They will ask you to take GOLD Membership anyway, said that there is no B1G1 free offer without that. But App clearly shows B1G1 free offer for same price frames. If you take 1 Rs 999 frame, you can choose any Rs 999 frame as 2nd frame for no extra cost.

GOLD Membership is required only if high cost lens are selected with frames. Details can be seen in Lenskart APP clearly. Don't TRUST these guys.

3) Asked about the thickness of lens as it was my first purchase and the needed lens power was more than +5, but they said it will be THICK, period. No suggestion, no proper guidance for choosen frame. They only insist for high cost lens in the name of THINNESS, no matter whether or not standard lens is good enough for required power.

Frames collection is really super. Loved it. Pretty large store with lots of collection. Got some offer plus staff got me extra discount. Couple of problems. Parking is an issue, vehicles get towed away. Better to park in nearby lane instead of in front of the shop.

Extemely pathetic service. Not aware of anything. Speak purely nonsense. Saying something, doing something and giving something. Not sure how this store is even there. Better close this or have some good professionals.

Staff were friendly and good store to visit. To spend time they have large collection and design's and its a clean place

I bought 2 pair of glasses from this store but the adjustment was extremely bad and the store guy was adamant to make me understand that this is how it comes from company. 6months after wearing it, it's still not not set. Totally disappointed with the service and quality.

I have visited this store couple of times and they have been always helpful to me. I visited twice for my specs which got bend and they always helped me, but the other store of lenskart (Electronic CITY) didn't. I am really thankful to the staff of this store

It is okay, but the options are very less for big size face people.and in this pandemic people are visiting less only.

This is the worst store of Lenskart
1. Worst stock of frames- all outdated frames.
2. Staff doesn't known lens specifications themselves. They get confused.
Dont go here you will walk out highly disappointed.

The customer representative was rude and was interested or bothered about answering my doubts. Not bothered about resolving my problem. Very bad experience and when asked about manufacturing waranty, they denied on the first instance.

The storekeeper is list bother of customers. When u enter the shop they will come and guide u guys. That to I'm the old customer I hv been purchased eye wear in lenskart which is located in Mysore. I entered shop and selected a frame. Even I showed my lens prescription and power. The attitude towards me was very bad and it's not acceptable. Guys If any one read my review, then I will suggest you to purchase from specs maker

Before a month i visited lenskart and i have problem with my glasses. Is their any chance to exchange it.

Called the store so many times to enquire about the order. Nobody is picking the call.better remove the contact number from website. If customer want to contact u ppl, let us visit the store. Very very worst customer service.u guys don't deserve even a single star.

I have very bad experience with lenskart, They didn't take the prescribed power which was given to me, Instead they kept more power than the prescribed one. Really i suffered one month with eye pain and headache. In between one month i visited the store and i explained them my problem. But they told it will take time to adjust with the high power. After one month they told we will change power because we kept more power.
Please make sure while getting your product from the lenskart is same as the prescribed one of your's

There are very limited designs of powered sunglasses. Only 1 option. Rest all is great about lenskart. Nothing better at this price

Nice collection for Adults. Staffs are very co operative.but kids glass frames are limited only

They tested my eyes wrongly so I had to spend extra 5k. Customer service is very poor. They blame the customers for not contacting the store when I had issues in the lenses. No one gave a proper solution. I had to buy a new one from the other store.

I am really unhappy with the product quality. I had bought two power glasses both frames and lens are of poor quality. Even the anti-glare coating wears out after 6 months.
Though i am happy with customer care and service.

I was so happy that I got a nice pair of glass. They do have a great collection, but I will give only 2 star because of the behavior of the staff. Actually the staff was acting as if they were polite, I felt that their behavior is unacceptable. While paying I said I want to pay by cash, and the women there was trying to hold her laugh. I never knew that paying by cash is that traditional method.
