Ranking performed an eye test with adequate verifications and concluded that I need to start using a lower powered lens

Buy 1 Get 1 is there, but we won't get good blue lite filtering, no anti reflection at all, no scratch resistance. Better to buy branded lenses from some other store.

To my surprise, the broken frane was repaired like in jiffy. Thanx to Lenskart.for speedy repaur.

Pathetic experience, they don't really care for the customer, I placed order last week, against their committed delivery, they are late, still they were not clear when the spects be delivered. Infact, stores is happy when I said to cancel order. Frankly, I wasted my time with this store. Strange is that even store incharge behaviour. Not professionals, just get sales, damn the service attitude.

The guy who owns parking of this building would not let you park. Only ppl without cars allowed to visit the store. I decided to go with titan eye plus nearby.

Pathetic! Yes, this is their flagship store. But please don't expect top-notch experience from those inexperienced or untrained staff who doesn't fundamental knowledge on eyewear fashion and optometry. Oh! I just hate Lenskart brand after visiting this store.

BTW, I respect the staffs region/state/language/culture or I'm not biased. I blame those Lenskart top management/bosses for not training their staff properly.

Very Bad customer service
Planned to buy blue ray lens for 2 member even though less customer are there in the shop. Not even one sale person come and ask or not even consider one customer is there or not.
I have visited several lenskart shops in Bangalore in past 5 years but from every where I got good customer service first time I faced this type bad experiences.
Instead Giving Good offers need to train salesman how to treat customer.
Keep them remember customer is king

Very pathetic service, I checked in for getting availability of lenses, they just promote aqua lens, the staff is very irresponsible, no one has intention to provide accurate information for lenses

If we speak in Kannada they will reply in English or some other language.
And One lady in the store with very rude attitude and we went to varthur store got the job done within 15 minutes.
This is the worst store in Bengaluru.

Very friendly store and patiently guided through the process of comprehensive eye-testing, lens configuration and spectacle choice. However in Chennai stores there used to a lens cleaner machine with water where we can drop the spectacles and switch on for a few minutes to clean it. This machine is not available in this store.

Extremely poor management. Product was supposed to be delivered at home and the experience has been extremely poor and pathetic. I highly discourage Lenskart Whitefield.

I have visited to this Store. First of all they will not attend the customer. No options available. They will misguide the customer by inflating the price. Seems reviews are Paid.

Amazing Service. A quick callout to Mr. Pavan for attending to my problem immediately and rectifying it within a short span of time. Will surely come back here for my next pair of specks. Also appreciated the fact that they took the precautionary measure of specifically asking me to sanitise when i entered.

We entered the store during closing time but entire staff helped us get the right power specs within no time. Although the eye test clinic was closed, Anand made it possible. "Abhijit" the star member on the other hand, went out of his way in every aspect to help us get couple of pairs within no time. Absolutely satisfactory expercience. Thank you.

The various range of glasses was a great option for us to choose for various occasions. The sales person Suhail was a great help in getting the right set of glasses which suit your facial structure and persona. The optometrist Ahamed was helpful in eye testing and he definitely knows his role.

I was asked to use sanitizer on entry as at every location nowadays. I politely declined stating that I am allergic to sanitizer. The executive first asked if i was joking and how are you allergic to sanitizer. I again reiterated that i am allergic to sanitizer. He politely said i either have to stand at a corner at the entrance or stand outside. I had to say thank you and come out.

Went to another outlet. Told the same thing. They understood my situation and offered me a plastic glove. Had a good experience. Same company but different customer experience.

I appreciate the safety centric executives. Wish they had a little more common sense and little customer centricity

Very nice store and more options are available here. Mr. Abhijit has helped me a lot very politely to get my best pair of specs. He has a very good taste of frames to suggest. He suggested me the best frames and lenses according to my facecut and power. Finally purchased a pair of John Jacob's and it was really very cool and comfortable.

Lenskart products are always good but this outlet totally lacks customer support. I bought 2 frames. After delivery of the product, I requested this outlet to reduce the size of the frameless glass. I visited 5 times in last 15 days but they made a lot of excuses about lab and all. Not giving any priority to old customer though I am a gold member. They told me to do this correction from a local shop.
I visited other outlet of Lenskart, Varthur Road. They solved my problem within 5 min and I got my new corrected frame in just 2 days. The staff was having good knowledge of Lenskart policy and that made my work easy. Thanks @Sohail
