Lichfl staff are very Lazy & irresponsible response towards customers needs. They don't try to solve the issues, may be due to lack of knowledge in software.

LIC HFL is not providing good service to customer. For getting our original documents they are charging 2950/-

Which is not acceptable.

Pathetic. Made an office just to receive commission and not do the work.
They take too long and when you call the agent, he doesn't even pick the call because he had already received his commission.

Do not go here, bunch of Scanners.

One of my projects, a senior commune called Sharadindu, pandavapura, has been an Lic Hfl approved project. In the last couple of years i have referred more than a dozen customers to them for housing loans. All my customers who have taken housing loans from LIC HF are very happy and unanimous in their opinion that the quality of services offered by LIC HF is of very high quality. Personally I am coordinating with Mrs Ranjani C, sales manager, and Mr Ravikumar S, sales executive, both from LicHfl, Mysuru, and it is my pleasure to state that bothy are very prompt in responding to my concerns. They are dedicated and professional to the fingertips. I strongly recommend LicHfl to all who are looking for housing loans.

Worst service, agents and office people responding rudely with customers, even manager also. The process time is too long, I recommend not to opt for LICHFL Mysuru
