I have enrolled my son for Lido in the last year '2021', while enrolling they have promised, if you are unhappy with us the money will be refunded in full. After attending 20 classes, we felt the classes was not upto our expectations. Then we have raised for the refund by last Novemeber, but it's being 8 months since we requested, there is no response from the team and the portal just shows refund in progress.
They are very poor at customer response and there is no single contact in their portal to address the grievances.

Now we are feeling total waste of time and money. Please don't go for them, if you like to ensure the contacts and tracks in proper, as still we are trying to figure out the details to get refund for our hard earned money.

Lido learning is a fraud company. They do lots of follow up for the payment. But after receiving money they will not give any classes.

Initially while joining we were informed that for the classes not attended or taken fees will not be collected although my son quit the classes in the month of September itself and this fact is informed to coordinator and other office bearers who used to contact to send to the classes. Since payments are collected through icici debit card payments are collected for September, October, November now icici is forwarding message to make payments to agreed full period.

Its a fraud company. My name is Moumita Samanta. My son name Hrishit Samanta was taking online classes from this institution. But due to some problem I couldn't continue the classes. I was cancelled the classes after taking 5 class and was give a refund request but still the same amount of money is deducted from my account every month for last 6 months. I called then so many times and tell them I'm a single mother I can't effect that amount of loss but every time they told me don't worry we will refund. But every month the same amount of money is deducted from my account. So please refund my money which is 2083×6=12498.please refund my money.

Very bad service.there is no responsibility from anyone in the organization. No one informs if the teacher has quit, if the classes are cancelled. Such a waste of time energy and money. They will be coordinating with you only until they get the full amount, then it's big question mark? It's not possible to get back your hard earned money. Plz dont waste money in this kind of fake company.

My Daughter has not even attended single class. You can't reach them after your payment. You will not get any contact number to reach them. All fake numbers will be switched off or won't work.you can't find their contact number in their website or any forms, all are fake numbers. Only useless what'sapp chat and default template msg that too won't work after you ask for refund.

We have sent many emails, most of their website mails are bouncing back and only one mail is working, but you won't get any revert.

Anyway we are going to file a case against them.

Parents, Plz don't belive this fake institute and if you are already there, Plz be alert!

Please don't make your child suffer by joining lido learning and it's waste of money and time. They will only interact until they get money post that they don't care proper feed back or provide refunds.

More than 30 parents are waiting for refund from past 8 months and none of them got the settlement.

Lido learning and Bajaj Finance has tied up to get your quick loan and don't fall for it and it's biggest fraud in front of eyes.

Lido is a fraud company cheating the people in the name of education. I enroll for my daughter on the pressure of those people but I didn't like the attitude of the person who approached us. She pestered us to enroll after enrolling the next day itself we cancelled the programme and asked for refund. Instead of refunding they started deducting EMI from both the parents account, from may 2021 till now I have sent enumber of mails n repeatedly calling lido customer number no response.cheating people in the noble teaching platform.no moral responsibility towards the society.we are stressed.people working here are to lethargic to answer our calls and mails.

It is a fraud company. While booking the class they told if we cancel it you will get immediate refund. I have booked my class in June2021 and cancelled after 1st class. But the refund is not happened till now. Every time they will tell financial problem and we will clear in next month cycle like that 7 months completed. The person who booked my classes are no more with lido. No one is responding. I asked the team to escalate but they are not connecting to next level. I spent around 42k from my credit card. I was not able to stop the EMI as the money is already played to Lido. Most of the time the hot line number (customer care number) Will be busy and will disconnect. In the mail communication they will mention we have escalated your case and it will get clear sure in this month pay cycle. Like that around 6 to 7 mail communication happened but till now no refund of my money. So parents please avoid this lido learning. For sure you will waste your money and valuble time to get refund

Now the customer care is also not responding or picking the call and the money also completely deducted from my account. If you are looking to learn the best of unprofessionalism please join them or hire them. All contract employees does not even know how the management is hiding behind them and looting general public. Worst experience ever!

If anyone planning to enroll based on any promotion from Lido learning, please beware!

There was a very enthusiastic demo and promotion by the Lido marketing team to enroll kids for a brand new learning experience, we were persuaded to experiment a sample class for my son in Sept 2021. We had to pay Rs 25000 initially for which they promised a full refund policy within 45 days if we did not want to proceed.

We went ahead and enrolled as per their promise but the classes did not match up to our expectations and hence we cancelled after the first session. Since then I have had a traumatic experience just following up on the refund status.

It has been more than 3 months now but I have not received my refund amount. The refund policy of maximum 45 days is only showcased on their website however the Lido team really does not care about adhering to this timeline.

Every time I reach out to the finance team, their number is not reachable or all executives are forever busy. I tried connecting with the customer care via WhatsApp, I get the same automated response like a broken record. It promises that the issue has been escalated and someone will reach in 48 hrs. Nobody has called till date.

The status in the app continues to say "we are processing your refund amount" from the last 2 months.

My experience with Lido has been very traumatic. If anyone else has experience similar issue, please connect offline to seek a resolution. Thank you

A fraud company I have sent 3 mails by now and have not heard from them about my refund request

The website says it will take 45 days for the request submitted but when we call the customer care number they tell u it will take 45+30 days to complete the return of your money

Their content is also not at par as their compitators

Would suggest you to not enroll your kid here

It is a fraudulent company. When my child joined Lido, I cleared told them he will go to the hostel once offline classes are started. The Lido team told me that the amount will be refunded after charging the classes that he attended only. In the month of August, my child went to the hostel and from September onwards I follow with the customer care team. The finance team customer care attend the call if I tried continuously 8-10 times and told the refund is in process and ask some days to refund.still, now there is no proper response. The total team when my child joined the class was resigned from their jobs from the company and also they are not responded. There is no proper communication with team for another classes also.

Lido is complete fraud company and unprofessional staff, customer support, chatbot, whatsapp support all are same. They don't give value to customer while talking.

I have enrolled my kid in the moths of August 2021 and after 2 months noticed there is no improvement in my kid. So I have cancelled his classes in Oct 2021 and request for refund. Its been 2 months no refund, no update and whenever I called them they talk about policy and cut down the call.

I am decided to file a legal case on them.

Lido learning is a BIGGEST fraudsters company. Guys dont waste your time and money enrolling here. They will assure you that you will get refund in 45 days if you dont like but that doesn't happen. Once enrolled for coding class for my daughter ever class tutor was changed without any information.
4 - 5 people called me to enroll the course, But once I opted out of course when called for my refund, all people said I have left Lido learning.
I have updated my bank details 3 months back and still not received my refund,
There is no customer care support no proper contact number,

Hello Parents. This is a big fraud company in the name of teaching/education they are looting money from parents.pl dont enroll your kids

They called thousand times to attend demo class after attending demo they took my debit card number and convinced that I going to get link and OTP to select tenure and other details but I didn't get anything and the loan has processed automatically without giving any information and on next day I got message from the bank saying that your loan is processed and EMI is due from next month 5th. Immediately I raised a refund request till now it's almost 50 days still I haven't got the refund. The worst part is there's no contact details to check the status secondly if we call back the numbers from which we received the call they will not pick the call and they are blocking.

I am sure whoever is the founder/CEO I am asking you
a) Is this the gesture from an Educational Institution showing to parents
b) Through this negative review you are spoiling the good name if it is earned
c) Atleast from now onwards if you refund the the money whichever is due to the parents you may expect some admissions
d) Definitely I am going to file a complaint in consumer forum as well as in cyber police station

We enrolled for Lido classes for my daughter in the month of May 21 but the classes did not match up to our expectations and hence we cancelled the remaining classes in the month of June 21. Since then it is a nightmare for me as i have been following up for refund. Its been more than 3 months but still i have not received my refund which is around Rs. 28000. Refund policy of maximum 45 days is only in their website and lido team really does not care about adhering to the timeline. Every time i connect with the customer care they are giving me new dates but they are not crediting the amount. Its really frustrated to follow up regularly to get the refund. My experience with Lido is very bad. One star because there is no option for zero star. I can't post my contact details in the public forum. Please provide your contact details. I will call immediately and let's discuss the issue to get the resolution.

The enrollment team makes false promises that they will provide offers and all during the conversation. We had opted for a program of 70 classes during enrollment (Aniket Deshmukh) stated if we make one time full payment of 25k we will be given all 70 classes. But after enrollment when we saw it's 51 classes. Then, if we call customer service, they say it's a technical problem, it's been 3 months and it's still the same. They all just want to make one time money least bothered about promises made to parents. They think parents will spend money because it is the education of their children no need to think about the promises made.

Worst work ethics company. Doesn't care about their employees 10 AM to 12 midnight. In weekends 9: 30 to 12 midnight, 6 WORKING DAYS. 12 HOURS OF WORKING EVERYDAY. Not a good working space. It is like a fish market. The funny part is they don't even have a product and they are not even strong about their own service. They say you make the sale once customer is here let's see then if they (simple words fraud company and hell for employees) but yes they pay good. Good teaching service but pathetic customer service team and finance team. I enrolled for a 1 year package for my child and 3 academic advisors visited my home to enrol my child and to collect payment confirmation. They unprofessionally deducted excess amount from my bank account through their payment partner Zest and then do not bother to respond to calls or emails. They have deducted 2 installments from my account since last 2 months and do not give explanation to the unauthorised deductions. The complaint email written in October remains unanswered till date and I have just written a 6th reminder today on November 17th 2020.

Big fraud. It's only mission is to make money, and not about giving quality content to children. There are many e-learning apps much much better than this. Also, they will say that they have prorated refund policy. Don't get into this trap, they may or may not return your money. Don't fall into such trap and look for other options! I had enrolled my son for Lido learning classes in March 2020. For some reasons I had to discontinue the classes from the second day.
While enrolling, we were told that the entire money will be refunded if we opt out within 15 days of enrolling. Though I did this within 15 days as per their own protocol, even till date I have not received any communication from their end regarding refund.
It has been 6 months now from the time I requested for refund.
Whenever I call their customer care, I get the same message every time that my case is taken on priority, concerned department is working on it and I will get a call from their finance team by end of the day.
Till date, no one has bothered to call me nor my refund has been processed.
I would expect that my refund will get processed immediately.

Extremely unprofessional coordinators and you would be wasting lot of your precious time to get your queries/complaints addressed. However, while registering the course, these coordinators and their managers will be at your feet promising best customer service besides the best experience to the kid. While the experience of my kid is not too bad, what was promised in the beginning in terms of number of sessions etc is not fulfilled even after 4 months. I have been trying to reach the coordinator for more than two months but still no luck. Tracing their customer service number is next to impossible. I hope the management is reviewing these comments and address the queries of the customers.

Think twice before you buy the service!

We opted this Lido learning program for my daughter as they had conducted a GK test at her school. However, just after a month of attending the online classes, we were finding lots of connectivity issues at both the ends and my daughter was unable to login to the classes. We then decided to step back from the program. After contacting the team and returned the tab as well, we still have not received the refund from them. Everytime I call, the answer I get is 'it will be refunded soon' and without mentioning the timeframe. My sincere advice is not to fall for their words and enroll for this non-professional learning program. None of them are taking the accountability and everytime they give reasons for non refunding the amount on time. I would need the LIDO LEARNING team to look into this as the matter of urgency, since its been six months that I have been following up on this. Request the team to make the arrangement for the refund at the earliest else further step will be taken legally.
