Since from last 6years i am regular customer, people are very good interact with customer.they give original medicine with discount.

They are over charging on every item and not accepting actual bill. If you buy 10 item then pay Rs10 rupees extra likewise. They not interested to give discount on medicine.

This hospital is a horrible place to go. First when you go to reception the staff won't care also until you ask them something and they are always busy in their phones, the doctors are not available here on time you have to wait for min 20 to 30 minutes and once the doctor visits they will ask you for some tests and nurses who do tests are very conserved they are not friendly and I was asked for blood test I don't know how she took blood but that pain lasted me for 1 week, it was so painful that I couldn't raise my hand.
I would definitely recommend not to visit this place. They just feel that people don't have choice and come here and they don't treat good.

Continuously degrading customer service and over priced as well.
I have been a long-time resident of BTM and I also know the owner of the store whose name is Raghu. I frequently used to go there to buy medicines for my child. They will never offer you discounts even if you buy medicines worth more than a 1000 Rs on a single bill. I personally have bought thousands of rupees worth medicines and other products from them over the years. They will offer you a discount only if you ask them to specifically apply the discount and then also they will deny for some medicines saying that the margins are nil. In-spite of being a long-time customer, today when I went to buy a product called Magnesium Sulfate from the store, I specifically asked if it was powder or crystal. The sales boy read the content and saw Epsom salt written and declared that it was 100% powder. When I told them to confirm if it was crystal or powder, they were making excuses like no sir, the cello-tape cannot be cut and all. Over the past many years, these same fellows have sold multiple products whose cello-tape had already been opened and re taped. Finally they opened it and it was found that it was crystals and not powder. The sales boy after realizing his stupid mistake just smiled shamelessly without saying a word. Every other medical store especially Medplus will give you 10% discount but these fellows in Life Care will not give you a single paisa discount and on top of that poor service as well. It is best to avoid this medical store and try other options which are there in plenty immediately around it. As other reviewers have already mentioned these guys are over pricing medicines! Avoid them!
