Once they take money they have no concern about the customer.worst experience.i think it's a scam and our money is being wasted.no correspondence from their executives once they have taken our money.please beware and invest
The commitment done during the payment aren't honoured after you have availed their service. You have to constantly keep calling them for even small things. I was assured of referral bonus within 10 days but haven't received it even after 75 days and there is no one to listen about the same. Service is good before payment but not after that. Apart from that timely delivery of the kit, collection during delivery was all good. And I hope storage has also been done properly since I didn't receive the report till 2 months and had to explicitly ask for the same.

I took life cell to preserve stem cells for my baby. Umaima from motherhood HRBR was coordinator.once payment is made she promised to deliver few gifts immediately. Its been 2 months and it was not handed over till now. Calls were not be picked up and never gives prompt responses. I would request Lifecell to immediately action on it and stops the cheap marketing strategy from Lifecell and team.
Too much msg on unwanted topic, but they not send main msgs they mail them and create problems for their customers and charges extra money for taxes and charges
I have had a very good experience with LifeCell. Personally, I would really like to thank Mr. Chandru from LifeCell for all the support right from the enrollment to the execution. He was always available whenever I called him and provided immediate assistance.
Once after payment they start sending about refferal campaign everyday with 3 to 4 messages daily.they don't even care after the payment is done. The service request will close without giving solution

We have taken the lifetime plan and they offer many cashbacks and many gifts products. Trust me all products are useless.we had to make the payment in 2 instalments and because of the problem at their end 2nd instalment dint go. So they are asking to additional 5k as GST for which we are not liable since we bought the plan in march and GST got applicable from june or july. They are totally fraud.

Worst experience with lifecell because of it's employees. They are just money minded people. They never pick your call, they never respond on time. They make false promises and at last they say we can't help you do whatever you want to do or whatever you can do. The lab was referred by the Dr.for a test of my wife. Unfortunately test falied 2 times by the lab and we were promised to get full refund of amount paid within 15 days. Which we didn't get even after more than a month and I am still struggling for that. Never coordinate or contact with lifecell employees Tanmay (as per him he is regional manager of Banglore).

I dont recommend LifeCell services, because it does not gaurantee that you will receive your child's stem cells in future, if need be. Also, after the payment the services were very bad, the enrollment package that they promised was never sent. And the sales person did not come back. And we kept getting reminders for follow up payments without any services. And everyday I get spam that they are discarding the stem cells as no payment is done. I am getting these spams for last 3 years now. #StemcellSCAM. And once I shared my crm number on fb review, I started getting 7 spams a day, screen shot attached

I preserved my first baby stemcells with lifecell before that I don't have any idea about stemcells. They explained me very well and their service is also good but prices are a little high but the service and benefits that are provided to customers are good and I recommend going with lifecell
They are fraud org. Be careful before you pay them. They don't give any proof after few yrs about the stem cells being saved or not. As a customer you can't ask them any details. They get in to an agreement with hospitals and put stalls there and take money from you. Do research on how many times were the cells used from a independent agency.

They are very unprofessional. Starting from the collection of sample it is poorly handled. When it was the sample collection time I had to follow up myself dialing the customer service and also with the Lifecell marketting person. Sample collection is a Zero star for me. Even after making payment I was getting email and watsapp reminders to make payment a year later. I called up customer care he was blunt to say call after 10 min and lack how to communicate with customers.
I dought they will be of any use when you really need them. Its defenitely huge risk opting for Lifecell. Think and research well before you choose Lifecell.
