I went to this new Toni&Guy salon near my place. The salon is very nice and well designed. They ask for tea/ coffee etc.
I never intend to write a bad review but everyday I see and feel my hair and I feel frustrated!
I have gray hair and wanted full coverage so I went for a global colour. My hair is naturally brown. They told me that they’re using brown colour which would match my then hair colour. But now it’s Jet Black! They asked if they can cut my hair a bit because of split ends. I said okay. They have literally chopped it so badly. So uneven! If you didn’t like my hair you didn’t have to do this to me!
In the pre wash he did not apply any conditioner, and they took around half and hour to detangle my hair and constantly kept blaming my hair quality and kept suggesting me for hair spa. They were talking amongst themselves that since there needs to be colour applied and then second wash too so he didn’t use conditioner.
The colour once fell on my cheek (by mistake only) but they cleaned it with rubbing alcohol which gave bumps on my skin!
At the salon we don’t realise a lot! I had to leave the country that very same evening.
They washed my hair. Set my hair without applying any heat protectant…and the colour was all over my scalp and my forehead, behind my ears!
They asked me to wash my hair after two days, which I followed. The colour washes off as if I’ve dyed it with some cheap colour. It still does. And trust me having this gray hair problem, I have tried that too and I know. I’ve done global colour so many times, the hair becomes in fact softer! But this time it’s rough and non shiny! Idk what have they done.
First of all, this black on my head I’m not liking plus the quality which already wasn’t that good, has now become worse! I’m so furious that I’ve taken out time just to write this long review!
But this was not expected from a place like Toni&Guy.

Took Shaving and hair cut service from dilshat otally happy, had good cafeteria service, parking facility is good.

Recently opened and easy to miss this location as you could drive past it. Located right above the Axis Bank branch, I had an outstanding experience opting for a haircut and beard trim from Salman. He was courteous, experienced and was in no hurry to finish. In addition, the entire staff was courteous and warm. Ended up buying a membership card in the first visit itself. Pretty certain they stand a chance to grow to become a sought after premium salon in Whitefield provided they retain the same service levels throughout.

Beautiful ambience with new look, must give a try for facial with Rithu and haircut with salman.staffs are good, pantry idea is awesome. Totally satisfied

I mean seriously guy working here literally spoiled my hair. I asked him cut a bang.but God knows what kind of hair style he gave me and funny part is he was blaming on my hair that ur hair isn't nice that's y it's looking like this.somebody tell this guy I'm not cutting my bang for the first time.if u don't know to cut u could have simply said sorry I don't know.but spoiling someone's hair is not done

Salon keeps changing hands. You don't know what you expect on each visit. Every couple of months the whole staff will be new.

One of the worst services which I had seen.after entering inside ether will behave unprofessional.

I asked for Fruit Facial Service and they just did detan and said its done. Receptionist took the advance payment and left for the day already so I couldn't argue or ask for refund.

I had been here for a haircut, the hairstylist Amit did a wonderful job. I am very much pleased with the services they offer, I would recommend him. He pays attention to detail and makes sure you leave that place happily …. Thankyou Amit, Thankyou Limon

It was my first experience in this parlour and it was amazing. They have an amzing staff, extremely polite and so professional. I recommend it to everyone.

Most horrible place to go to. The person was suffering from viral infection in spite of that he took us in. They didn't even know how to do a shampoo. I just wasted my money.

Couldn't get any worse, have never been to a salon where they donot know how to thread extras of eye brows and upper lip. This has been the worst experience ever at a salon. Went to get few services, but, after the first decided that it will be the last. Heading to another salon.

When I called the number to book an appointment, the person concerned did not have the basic courtesy to call and let us know that the salon is closed for service. We arrived to find the salon closed. When we had gone on Wednesday for a haircut, there were no professionals and instead inexperienced people were made to cut my hair and even burnt my hair with the blowdryer. They had to cut my hair from the blow dryer. I asked for a trim and a u cut but they had no clue how to do it. The guy was so inexperienced that he took more than an hour for a simple cut. And then charged me for a pathetic service. The owner - Reshmi Manoj can't be reached to give a complaint for such bad service. Pathetic service.

Hair stylist Deepak had performed a professional service. I really liked his friendly nature and gave me a wonderful hair style. I'm very much impressed by his work, I would definitely come back for his service. Thank you

Convince yourself of any product you serve and then use it. All products are Low Quality. All the oils used in the massage are the same. Only Goldwinner is used.

Slightly expensive but you will be satisfied by their service.

Haircut and other related services (Men and women) and body massage service is also available

Good salon. Been visiting & using the service since a year.
The Hair stylist named Wazim is really good at his work.
Also salon caretaker/Incharge Sushas is quite friendly & offer good assistance.

The employee wasn't well, kept coughing and bad customer service.
Absolutely don't recommend this place to anyone. Might as well go to one of the 80rs haircut stores on the street instead of this place.

It was nc salon and hygeine tools and staaf every thing will be senitize.they will be used dispossible cutting sheet 'mask and glouse also it will be a hygeine and clean. I am also come again.and so proffesionally service provided there
