Layout of the flats is quite unique. All the rooms in the flat have direct and ample ventilation. No two flats face each other. Play area for kids is compact and nice

I think the appartment complex can be kept better. The lighting is a little dark and can be improved. Entry and exit from the complex is on the main road so be prepared for traffic. The houses are very good and spacious with different size units available.

Great aesthetic view, and facilities are also good

Definitely can’t get everything 100 percent. This place is great for space which in most buildings we lack. There is space everywhere and everything is available stone throw away. The noise is definitely one and only negative part but with good acoustics windows in the balcony- that can also be solved. Bangalore is one of the cities with highest noise pollution. We can change anyone so let’s change ourselves.

Great amenities and people. The traffic noise from Horamavu Junction is loud. The pool, weight room, sky lounge, and play ground are great and well taken care of.

Good planning, good construction and at good place.
