I recently had the pleasure of visiting LivSpace, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I stepped into their showroom, I was instantly captivated by their attention to detail and exquisite design aesthetics.

LivSpace truly stands out from other interior designing firms. Their team of talented designers and friendly staff went above and beyond in making sure my preliminary visit was both informative and inspiring. I was warmly welcomed by their knowledgeable representatives who took the time to understand my vision and requirements.

I left my preliminary visit at LivSpace feeling inspired, reassured, and excited to embark on this journey with them. Looking forward to closely work with the LivSpace team to decide on the specifics of design.

Will update the review based on future response I get from the team on the journey of designing the interiors for my new apartment.

My friend worked with Livspace and he referred me to the designer at Livspace for my home interiors. I connected with them and signed up to do my interiors.
My overall experience with the designer team and execution team was good. They were very professional. What I liked the most was the execution team. I liked the way they worked and they would send me photos of the work done at the end of the day, keeping me up-to-date.
I was very impressed by this whole process.
The one thing I liked the most about Livspace was the quality of the work and the product.

This 5 star is only for the service person Mr. Rehman.
Very poor coordination between the sales and execution team. Very poor after sales support also.
Whatever materials agreed by the sales and by the design engineer (reflected in their drawings also) was not delivered. Even escalation to their management did not yield any result.

Livspace team has huge gap while collecting the detail and converting the requirements into a good design.

At each point, a reminder about budget pop ups.

I believe Livspace is engaging third party agencies to deliver the project.

First design discussion failed on time and then your so called third party vendor came up with bare minimum nascent design.

Its better to spend some extra money and get your kitchen done by godrej or damro or some other renowned brand who is not outsourcing the project to outisde vendors.

Extremely disappointed with the service.

Basically, I got to know about Livspace through an ad on Instagram. It was advertised that Livspace offers a 10-year warranty, which I didn’t find with any other interior design company, such as HomeLane or Godrej, that we were looking at. This information was exciting to me. So we decided to go to the Experience Centre and we were satisfied with our experience there. So we decided to go with Livspace.
Overall, I am satisfied with my experience with the design team and the execution team. Here and there, a few issues cropped up, which happens in interior design projects because it’s not easy to get your complete home  interiors done. There were a few hiccups, but the project went well and we are happy with the end result, especially the quality.
As I mentioned earlier, there were a few hiccups or misunderstandings between us and the teams from Livspace. As Livspace is a huge company, multiple teams are involved in a project, such as the design team, hardware team, execution team, etc. I think that the sync among these teams is not very good, because of which customers like us face issues. Our experience would have been better if communication among teams was better.
Another feedback that I have is that even though the company offers good quality materials and warranties, friends to whom I have referred to Livspace have told me that it was costlier than other companies in the market. I am not saying that Livspace should resort to cost-cutting and compromise on quality. But if there is scope to make the project more budget-friendly, then Livspace should take it because the market is competitive.

Livspace was actually referred to me by one of my friends, which is how I found out about the company. The interior design team assigned to me was very good. I also liked working with the project managers. My interior designers were Monika and Wrishov, and they were helpful. Any help we needed, they were able to provide to us. What I like most about my interiors is their design ideas. The modular wardrobes in the bedrooms are my favourite. Next comes the quality, which I also liked, although I think that Livspace should be a bit more careful regarding this. Even though it's fine as of now, I feel the quality could be a little better. Another feedback that I have is that Livspace should fix timelines better.

Livspace has a big name in modular interior designing but there service is very poor. They try to get you onboard and till the time you pay the advance they will chess you, answer all your calls.but once you get onboarded, its so difficult to even get a reply from them.
Worst part is instead of heaving all the applications, softwares, big experience centres, their customer service is worst than you can expect.
I have paid the advance and now in 2 months they cant even come up with basic designs yet. After getting onboarded with Livespace I have got to know so many people leave Livspace and move on some other interior after getting onboarded also. Because once you pay advance they don't respond, after raising concerns some senior guy calls and again same delay happens, they keep assigning new person in project and it gets so difficult to explain everything again.

I had a good experience with the modular kitchen work. Akshay is a good project manager and is proactive in terms of keeping his clients informed about the progress. Keep up the good work!

However, the custom work wasn't attempted well. Be careful with the product qualities they offer to you and what is being delivered to your doorstep. Be in contact with the designers for the same.

Absolutely horrendous brand and reps. They are only prompt and responsive until they make the first site visit (because they charge ₹500 for it).

Absolutely no communication whatsoever after the first visit even after we attempted to follow-up with them several times. They called back after a month and a half and said their executive team is not approving the project because the building is very old.

They have no SLA/OLAS and SOPs. Why they took a month and a half to just tell me they will not accept the project? I'll never know.

I ended losing a little money and a whole lot of time. None of which I'll get back.

People think more than a few times before you plan to go in to business with them.

Had a wonderful experience with Mr. Ajit at the JP Nagar showroom, he was very patient in understanding my requirements and was very clear in his suggestions… kudos! Keep it going….

They are good in designing and good support from installation team.
Post sales service support is good. But this time they addressed the issue in their second attempt.

The gap between first and second visit is more than 3 weeks. We were little annoyed on this. As an upcoming service provider, hope they will deliver better as they gain experience.

Rahman from the services team is very courteous in handling the issue. Uplift shutter hardware issue from the wall mounted unit has been solved.

It will be an un attended problem or we would have incurred a service charges if go for a local carpenter.

Saroj is very good technician from live space. Very good work and punctual. Note this review is only for technician. Material used by livespace is engineering wood.

Don't go by the looks of experience center. It is used only for taking booking advance, after which the real game begins. Customer will have to follow up for every discussion and even after that you will get some or the other execuses every time. Getting one basic single design takes around 2 months, not sure how much time will they take to finish the project.

They don't give any suggestions as you would expect from a designer home decor company but will figure out ways to charge you more and their quote will be 3-5 times higher than market prices.

Visit was good at JP Nagar center. They had few display but good enough to get to know if it is first visit. People in the center were approachable. Met Sujith who guided well and could connect to the team quickly. Thanks.

Who is responsible for this? Why are you not responding. I think there is no responsibility with Livspace Company. What about Company's reputation. No body bothers about it.

I have made payment on 24 Jan 2022. Today is 31 Jan 2022. Even today material has not come. Due to some administrative problem of Livspace work is not finished and handover to the customer has not taken place. I have no alternative but to bring it to the notice of the top management. You are forcing me to take extreme step. There is no point in keeping silent. Some top Executive should respond immediately. How long I can wait. Tenants want to occupy the house immediately. Now they are demanding me to pay the interest for the lease amount of Rs. 50 lakhs which they have paid as advance apart from demand of paying rent of Rs. 20,000/- per month (total for 2 houses it comes to Rs. 40,000/-), I may have to claim these two amounts I.e. Interest and rent from Livspace top management. Please avoid all this and you have to respond to my queries immediately and that too today itself. I am very sorry to bring to your kind notice. Pl send me in writing in what's up group. Thank you.

The Livspace team is a set of one of the worst project managers. They all keep on making false promises at the time of booking and the moment you have paid 10 percent they disappear on you.

I paid 70K on 10th October wherein I was committed that the project will be completed by end of November. We are in the first week of December and the project has not even started. I have already paid 50 percent of the money. They will commit that the refund is applicable for 7 days after you make the payment but no one responds for 7 days.

Their city escalation team is of no use either. The worst reasoning I got was my designer got promoted so my project was delayed. How is it my concern?

And I did the project from their flagship bangalore store, let alone what happens to the other store consumers. You’d rather use a small time designer and do it on your own because they don’t do anything. In the end, I ended up taking up one of the stock kitchens because whatever I wanted was always OUt of stock and this gets told to you after you have paid money.

I don’t want to name the members of the team but the livspace team knows who they are. I got stuck in it but I’d suggest others to safeguard themselves.

I met swapnil from livespace today.she was very professional. Very polite.all the questions were answered with soo much of patience.i spent close to 1 hour and it was a good time with soo much of knowledge sharing. Thank u swapnil.

We had good experience visiting the centre, not big but customers service is very good. Strolin was helpful in understanding our needs and providing solutions.
