Never use. Technician charged 2x for the parts. I realised later when I cross checked with other vendors. Completely unethical.

Worst ever experience. I had issues with my UPS it was fluctuating now and then. I aviled this service. Electrician came and told mother board has issues. And it will come 3.5k total. He dropped the UPS battery down which caused the huge noise in the apartment and also he broke the wooden unit on which the UPS was placed.

Thing is later we got to know that the UPS is all fine no issue at all. Just the switch was the issue. Which costed me 400 rupees.

Please don't ever take any service from the guys. And I tried called customer care many times and no one responded.

High price demanding not professional don't book for repair he was com only for attending charges not to repair asking hi price for service and go back

I booked a LED TV repair service in August 2021 and got it in the same condition without a fix after exact 1 month.

I agree that LocalRamu is just a service which connects us to service agents and really can't comment if the issue can be fixed or not.

But really disappointed that even the team knowing that my TV was not delivered to me for more than 20 days and also unaware of the status, they were not in a position to show their power infront of these agents. Ravi Shankar a manager at Bangalore office & his team who was monitoring my issue couldn't resolve the issue and asked me to find out the status on the conference call with the agent.

Isn't it the duty of LocalRamu to get the status on a daily basis? Should they not dictate terms to these agents or vendors. All I felt is that they did not have any control over service vendors/service agents. Definitely not aggressive in resolving issues.

Finally I had to personally go to the service center and get my TV back which was not fixed.

Had called Carpentar from them named Naveen, he looted us with false bill and exaggerated prices and stopped receiving calls when we tried to confront him … please do not use their service.

This app is just disgusting. There was some problem in my fridge so I thought of calling local ramu and took an appointment for the service first of all he was not on time and then he came late and gave a bad service he charged 2100 and the fridge is in same bad condition now I don't know how to work on it, because he's not receiving the call

Need to follow up with technician if you want the job to be done within your time limits. Pricing is on higher side compared to market prices prevailing. No receipt given to me after completion of the job. Received after sending mail and follow up with LR executive. Better to get it done with local sources.

Satisified with the way they quickly get us connected to technician for the right job.only concern is the technician charges are expensive compared to what we pay in general. They quote exhorbitant charges for changing new item and at times when we verify it online it's much lesser than the actual cost. But I won't blame localramu as they have been doing an excellent work in getting the right person asap

I would like to escalate my request as there is no response from the washing machine technician even after multiple calls.

FYI. I booked the service to repair my washing machine from the Local Ramu app. A washing machine technician was assigned to repair the washing machine. He replaced the motor and told me the 4E error message issue has been fixed and charged Rs. 3900.00 and he said for any issue till next 1 year, call me. I paid the amount and I kept my clothes in a washing machine to test it on the same day and after a few minutes, I got a 4E error. I contacted technicians and he suggested testing me again. I did the same and found the same issue. I tried multiple times to technician from the last 5 days but he is not picking the call.

I was not expecting this type of worst service from Local Ramu.

Your team is unprofessional and if you guys are not able to provide good services then it's too bad.

Request you to refund my amount OR fix the issue. Guys please do not trust of these Local Ramu and always use the branded service center. These guys are cheater and looting Hard money from people.

We called Local Ramu for washing machine and a guy called Faisal from a shop called Just Call came in to check the machine. He took our motor to his shop and replaced it next day with a new one. I don't know why he had to take the motor to his shop. Anyways washing machine was fine and he charged us INR 5000. We insisted on a bill but he never gave one. In less than a month something went wrong with the machine again and this time he said it will take another INR 2000. We were fed up and bought a new washing machine. Moral of the story: DO NOT CALL LOCAL RAMU. In my experience they are very unprofessional.

Localramu company is fraud don't go fr localramu. Localramu had taken 7000rs.last January. But no lead recived. And not refunding my money. Called maney times. But no response. Know I will take n action

On 8th Feb 21 I was told the PCB board on my microwave needed repairs, I paid 1950 Rs and was assured of a 1 yr warranty. Again after 3 months later in Jun 21 I faced the same issue and I was told the door lock needed replacement and its out of the warranty initially provided, I paid another 1200 to get it fixed.

On 10th July (yesterday) I faced the same issue again, having enough of this I called the local technician. He opened up the microwave only to point out the same PCB issue had reoccurred and the board was not changed the last time. When I examined the PCB I noticed the last service sticker from 2016 was still present.

To cut a long story short the charged me 3150 for basically doing nothing. What's annoying is you get solo microwaves for 4,000 Rs. I could have simply bought one instead of reaching out to local Ramu. Local Ramu needs to thoroughly vet these technicians before onboarding the, on their platform.

Better to avoid this site or app, 95% of times they dont provide services, we will make fool out of ourselves by booking a service

My double door refrigerator bottom was not getting cooler so I called them
They simply said IC and PCB board needs to repair and charged Rs 3400. After checking with LG service center it comes in very less price. Never book it. Always go for brand service center. Fake and fraud guys

The service staff did a very good job. They were patient and checked all the process of my WASHING MACHINE and now it's in good running condition. I am 100 percent satisfied. I ordered a service, and the technician started asking more money saying you need spare parts too. The original amount written on website was 1600, and the technician asked for 2600rs. Upon contacting the customer care, the first person hanged up on me, second person said technician can ask for more money and transferred my call to his manager in a panic, and the manager was such a rude person, he directly said the amount written on website is for services and not for spare parts. But if the job is impossible without the spare part, how can you charge for it. Its like you ordered a cleaning service, and the person says pay me extra for broom and cleaning cloth. Later I called another technician, he said the problem was very small and he repaired it in 250rs. Would recommend not to use localramu

I hired a person from Local Ramu to repair laptop, he came and took the laptop his name Diwakar and more than a year have not heard from him and my laptop is gone.so pls beware! They don't guarantee your products.

Avoid. They will not fix the problem but will charge visiting fee. Wish I had read the reviews here before booking their services. Worst ever experience with them.

If you are looking for professionalism and work ethics, please, please, please, it's a humble request for all don't get local Ramu services. Both technical staff and customer support is utter waste. Normally I use urban clap for most of all the servises. This time thought of try to opt local Ramu services and it's gonna be a disaster in my life. Raised a complaint on 6th May 2021 for fixing my washing machine issue, it's been assigned to sai meera service. They repaired the existing mother board and charged new bord's price. I was doing followup with the technician since he was not responding in said time. Finally came and fixed the borad but for got to fix the screws. It's been more than a month and still the issue persists. For the past five days I am coordinating with the customer support and there is no proper response. It's a humble request for all please use urban clap services, honestly you can feel much relaxed and stress less service with regular follow up and updates. Though the amount will be lil higher but there won't be any service compromise. I am damn sure that I won't use the local Ramu services any more and I will advise my friends and relative, please use only urbanclap instead of LR. Fed up and thease and creating mental trauma with their work team sho doesnt know what is ethics and business culture.

Not good. Service charge is high. Their service partner looted me for spare part. Also they have limited tieups who will contact you from far off places. I prefer local service centers.

Worst service. This people are frauds including the vendors. We have paid Rs. 3K for service. Still the same problem we are facing. It's almost 12 days completed. The vendor not picking the call. Even we are complained Sr. Manager. But till now there is no response. Please shutdown your services. Don't cheat for customers.

Please be aware of the fraud as Local Ramu are making money on the inspection charges again and again for the same issue without providing the solution but by sending multiple service agents for the same issue. I have booked an appointment for having my Laptop checked and go for service if needed. I got a person from Local Ramu and he started quoting very high for high for the OS installation and finally decided to give up on the service. I have paid him 200 rupees for the inspection charges.and then in the evening I get a call from Local Ramu for the feedback and I have explained that the service agent has no knowledge on the service and was charging very high for the basic activities.she said she would arrange another service agent and gave his number.he called me and said he would look in to the issues of the laptop but i have to pay for the inspection charges again. I called the Local Ramu and she was insisting on paying the inspection charges even if you are not availing the service. I asked her if you are sending useless agents and expect the customer to pay inspection charges every day though there is no solution provided to me. I understood that these people are sending useless agents and collecting inspection charges and making money.please be aware of this fraud.

Please do not use this service. They send gundas at home! A guy came to my house for repairing the washing machine was such q goon, that he literally came up to beat my brother. Unprofessional service man! No use waste of money.

7 months ago Vikram was sent to repair my washing machine. He took 2000 advance and the timer for repair. The washing machine is lying useless for 7 months as the machine is still waiting for it to be repaired, with no signs of my money or Vikram. Empty promises day after day that it will be repaired. I am now planning legal action if not suitably compensated by Local Ramu.
Please.boycott local ramu services
as they are totally unhelpful and only take commission from unqualified workmen. Over one year, no settlement of the issue, no return of advance, no apology.
Next is legal action from my side.

Local Ramu is a cheater and fraud company, on 23 rd January we called Local Ramu Technician for washing Machine repair and they charged 1930 rupees and changed the Gear box and said Six Months Warranty if anything happens in six months they will give guarantee but within Ten days of Repairing the washingMachine the Washnig Machine cloths dryer is not working when we called them they are not helping us so don't call Local Ramu they are telling us to again pay the money for Technicians visit they are cheating people

Not skilled persons sent by local Ramu.
The visiting so called mechanic left the machine opened without screws and in testing got my appliance part damaged in his tour. Took the visiting charges and left the place. Take care, unless sure don't call anyone searching on internet only which I did and hence wanted you not to fall prey. Thanks
