Lollipop - Zero To Teen

Horrible clothes. Horrible alterations. I gave them back the dress which I bought for 4k because with the way it was handed to me I've have 2years old clothes which look newer. Waste of 4k.you guys could have exhached even if you can't give refund. I even offered to buy something more expensive. I hate your shop and I nobody who wants good clothes should ever buy there unless they want to cheated. Bhaad me jao

Large variety of both traditional and western dress for kids.
The sales people were patient enough to show all the varieties of dresses available.
Personal favourites: daily wear cotton easy breezy dresses for infants and little kids. Especially girl kids below 5years of age.

Never knew there was a place like this until recently, rarely find a place to shop good stuffs for boy kids. Got 2 blazers, toys, shoe for my boy! The options for girls are beyond that! I will always go back here when ever I visit India!

Owner has least interest in retaining the customer, never coming back again, waste of money and time

Good collections, but worst customer service. Won't take the request seriously. Never going to buy again. Most overrated place.

Had bitter experience at the time of parking and purchasing.

Limited stock and on replacement purchase they show least interest which is obvious but brand new stuff having faults isnt acceptable. Not going back for sure

I entered the store on JLB road at 8 pm and the sales girls seemed least interested in showing us the clothes saying that their closing time is 8: 30 pm where in fact the closing time is actually 9: 30 pm. My daughter who felt uneasy probably because of a long car ride vomited a bit in the store. Being a civilized person, I cleaned it up with wet wipes and put it in a plastic bag. I tied a knot to this bag and put it in another plastic bag just to be sure that no one with come in the contact with the contents of the bag. Then we quickly purchased a frock and as we were exiting the store the sales girls and the store manager started whispering to each other and told us to take the bag with us and throw it in our house.like seriously? Do you not have a dustbin in your store? Is this how you behave with a customer? Still a long way to go and a lot to learn. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Zero customer service.

Not much varieties.more expensive.workers behave very arrogant like they show lazyness for showing the varieties.they only show 1 or 2 piece and act like they are favouring on us.
Pls do recruit some active staff.

Collections were good, reasonable price. One shop where you can get all the required things for the kids
