The place is disorganized. Tokens are handed out when you enter, but people take it and leave the premises, and then come back as they please and cut the line. Receptionists don't enforce anything.

I also had a bad experience with Dr. Akki. He is rude, arrogant and inappropriate. Made personal remarks about specific ethnicities, was rude when I asked a follow up and prescriped 8 medications for a common cold. I would not recommend him whatsoever. Zero manners and his meds made me nauseous.

Furthermore, no privacy whatsoever, door is wide open so the entire waiting room can hear what is going on. Interrupted multiple times so he could read an EKG while he was speaking to me.

UNPROFESSIONAL! Go elsewhere.

My wife and I visited the facility for an ultrasound. Dr. Anil was very gentle and informative. We were very happy listening to the details explained about our baby.

Doctor Umesh Akki for consultation was pathetic. Was in hurry to wrap his patient list and didn't pay attention to our questions or needs. Pls dont give appointment when you don't have bandwidth. We paid a bomb for the entire health package and his overall consult was: Cut down on Carbs and Oil, do a lot of exercise.

We had taken an appointment with Dr. Prem Sai Reddy for Ultrascound scan. He explained the details very patiently and nicely. He showed lot of care and concern for his patient. We are very happy with his services.

Highly recommend. The center was extremely organized, well run and clean. I got a scan done by Dr. Prem Sai Reddy. He was very polite and answered all my questions patiently. The reports were given in a timely manner.

I know Dr Anil Agarwal from ages. He is one of the best. All scans for my wife were done by him before my son's birth. Dr Anil Agarwal had exactly predicated son's birth weight 3.4kgs and in reality he was 3.6kgs. Highly experienced doctor. This all happened 11 years back. This time I walked into Lotus Clinic for an USG liver scan and the experience was awesome!

Very neat, clean and hassle-free service. I am 7 months pregnant and going there for all my pregnancy scannings and other lab tests and injections. Very systematic service.sister Shanthi is a very humble, polite and helping person who is service minded and helps make the work hassle free.
Dr. Anita shettikeri does the scanning thoroughly and my gynecologist now suggests me to go to lotus after seeing the first scan report by her.

We stay 12 km away from indiranagar, but still we visit this diagnostic centre as it is hassle free and very neat. All staffs are good and friendly. Thanks lotus for wonderful service.

Ground floor Diag center: Very polite staff and happy with the way of treating patients and explaining the scan.

3rd floor: Inspite of prior appointment had to wait 1Hr to meet doctor. But Dr Prabha Nambiar was so good to hear all our queries and guide us in all the possible way. Dr was very clear in explaining precautions, dos and donts during our first trimester. After all the research of searching for good hospital and Dr it felt I was right in visiting Lotus Diag Center and Dr Prabha ma'm.

This is one of the very few Diagnostic centre available in Bengaluru for Bone densitometry test. Their service is good. But the place is really not good for handicapped or even old aged persons. It's very tough to reach elevator even with wheel chair. Please mind that patients are coming to your Diagnostic centre for test not a Olympic champion or Guinness record holder.

I think staff is using the clinic number for personal usage. I have called 5 times the phone is ringing no one is answering. Then the number is coming busy for 5 mins. No body will call diagnostic centre for timepass. Calls must be answered to promptly. Very bad

We came here to do rt pcr test but the front desk was talking so rude and they are lotting the money
They ask when I ll need report so I told today evening so they told the charges is 5000 if I need report in 24 hrs the charges is 3000
We ask for 500 pcr test and that guy told the report will come after 72 hours

Had a very poor experience of Sonography of my patient today. Nobody informed us that another session is needed after emptying the bladder. When we asked, the ladies at the desk, specially the manager gave us an earful about "we don't do it, it's not done". Thankfully my brother knew about it, confirmed it with the doctor and ensure an empty bladder imaging was done. It was instrumental in diagnosing my patients condition.

My suggestion to the management / owner is to make the staff sensitive of customers / patients need, instead of shouting them down and grandstanding. They should confirm with knowledgeable doctors questions raised by patients instead of giving wrong information that may be potentially harmful.

I am an old customer, respect the doctors and (most of the) staff who are good professionals, but I am seriously considering to not waste my time and money on ill informed non professionals employed at the Indiranagar center

I had to bring my 85 yr old doctor mum to meet dr Umesh. I came to enquire n wish that I was told to come early to take a token. Even when I called at 4 pm not informed. I came at 5.30 pm n still waiting to see the doc … finally met at 7.35 pm n doc asked why I didn’t tell the receptionist told her at 6pm but she refused to do anything saying other patients are there n she can’t do anything. Either they shd tell us the rules properly or accommodate the aged. I hv brought her to meet Dr Manjunath three times n no such problem of 2 hr waiting only adv got to meet Dr Manjunath was told to do an X-ray incompetent technician I am still waiting to show X-ray to doc it’s 8.37 pm my worst ever exp those with aged parents beware of service come n take a token at 4 pm to prevent this terrible experience n bad reception staff on 1st Nov evening

They do not include vitamin D in complete blood profile and charge 1950 for the individual test. Apollo includes vitamin D for home collection with a host of other tests and charges only 2k. I dont know why such labs are charging so high.

Bad service. Makes you wait and then won't complete the tests you went for. That too after calling and checking and getting a slot.

My dad and I went to Lotus Diagnostics Centre, Indira Nagar for a master health checkup. The ambience was good and the cost for the checkup was reasonable compared with the other centres in Indira Nagar.

We had a good experience at Lotus Diagnostic Centre, Indira Nagar. We went for taking Ultrasound Scan for my wife. They were following the social distancing and other COVID precautions strictly. Only one person was allowed at a time. The staffs were very polite and professional.

We had been to lotus diagnostics today consaltant doctor was good provided sufficient information.

But Dr. Shailaja is very rude don’t fit to be a doctor profession, did not even prepare patient before test. Behave very rude because she wanted to rush to home. She has choosend such a great profession not everyone gets this chance. Please see how many patients hv reported about her behaviour.

To management please consider this type of behaviour will spoil reputation of the place and creat dab name to other doctor. Please take this serious. She is not doing a free service or where she can frustrate because of patients load. I don’t prefer Dr Shailaja to any doctor

Lotus charges 1250 Rs for RTPCR even now, while every lab in Bangalore does it for 800 Rs or less. They should review the pricing.

Leaders of the clinic should think about a two wheeler parking atleast, or do they expect the ladies to go in and spouses wait outside.the security shows up 2 parking spots which are always full by vehicles of the clinic and surrounding banks/shops

Worst receptionist don't know how to talk with the patient properly doesn't have any information about the doctors when they are available to consult waited for almost 1 hour even after taking the token worst experience. Plz don't go to this diagnostic Centre they are money minded people

Very unprofessional in their approach. Went for corona testing, expected time for the result was on the same day after 3 hour approx, but didn't give the report even next day!

The name was suggested by a friend. He praised the doctors and the quality of the scanning machines, and they were really good. I liked it personally.

I have done a complete health checkup in Lotus Diagnostic Center. Dr. Anil was correctly guided. I am getting a rapid response from all other staff.

We were suggested the Lotus Diagnostic Centre. We were like, ok, it is the regular test to give it a try. Now it has become the permanent centre to visit.

Avoidable, had a bad experience while doing our COVID test, they receipted 1600 per test and charged another Rs 500 under misc expenses. This is way above allowed price for this test, The result were promised next morning but did not arrive until we visited the place and asked for it in person

I am 100% satisfied with the Doctor Anil Agarwal’s presentation of ULtra sound scanning for my pregnant wife. Well explained and pleasant handling, she is totally inspired with his presentation of each and every points. She is very happy.

They are having a separate screen facing the patient to view the scanning, which is a luxury that feels very comfortable for her.

Cons: expensive, charge for a pregnancy ULtra sound scan is 2500rs.
No parking space and even no guidance to park somewhere by their security person.
