Prabhuraj responded very quickly to my request and my son's track pant reached on time. The ordering and delivery were very smooth. However, the tailoring needs to improve.the pant is a little tight, while the next size is huge. Dissatisfied with the fit of the pant.

This is one of the worst shop most of the parents have to visit. Unfortunately neither school nor shop owners takes responsibility to guide or organize things. Don’t visit shop if you are in hurry.

This is the worst place to get the uniform for kids. We are forced to go there as this is the only shop which will be prescribed by school. Have been using this shop for purchase for 2 years, they don't have proper sizes in stock & are least bothered to respond to the customers.
They also take the contact numbers but even after ages they don't call back after they have the stock & have to go and check there many a times with no proper response.

The customer satisfaction is very poor.

We have been buying uniforms from them for the past 4 years. The products do seem a bit pricey but they don't compromise on quality. Still it would be better if they economise the price. Though they messed up this year in the distribution of uniforms, which upsetted many parents like us, they individually catered to each one of us later on, and tried their best to put things in place. They value their customers a lot which is much appreciated.

Hi. As I am purchasing the uniforms in lotus from past 2 years. First thing the staff their attend the customers immediately and are very cooperative, secondly if we have any queries regarding the uniforms if we call back immediately we will be attended. About the quality of the fabric is excellent. Overall I am very happy and satisfied to buy uniforms from LotusIllume. Great job

They don't have the clothes of all sizes. They make the customers run number of times for exchanging the dresses. Even the phone number given in website doesn't work.

Very good service. Purchased uniforms for my kids n wanted to exchange as I wanted next size. They couriered the required size and the whole process was hassle free. Thank you.

With the school re opening on Monday, Sunday being a holiday for the shop, they give us a reply of the uniform being out of stock. Extremely disappointed with the service as well the material which feels like paper. Not only is the uniform out of stock, they ask us to come back after 4-5 days and expect us to travel from a far off place. Would like to get back a reply for this.

Worst Service. We are forced to go-to that shop as the school uniforms are available only there. Without even checking stock they tell uniforms are not available. One staff serving whole lot of people. Only one lady for billing when there is soo many walkin. They are very rude. Quality of uniforms really bad, so is the stitching.

This shop is mainly to purchase the school related clothes. It has tie up with many schools and provides clothes related to that school with it's logo. The quality of the dress is very good. Sometimes stocks will not be there. They need to preorder the clothes at least during starting of the school so that there won't be any shortage of the required items. Need to make provision of the shop availability all the days in a year which will help parents to purchase the clothes based on the requirement.

Worst uniform supplier. They don't have information of stock and if you call them they will say ok com sir stock available. And the people are also very rude. I went there because school has given only 1 option of vendor. If you have other option then please don't go here.

We r visiting dis place since 6ys, the school accessories available here r of great quality n durable. Regarding the price, it's reasonable n cost effective. No regrets as such.
