Lotus Luxury pg for ladies

This pg is really nice, rooms are neat and clean. Service is too good, staff is friendly to us and food is very tasty and maintenance is good

Exellent rooms and unlimited food, neat and clean rooms, staff also very freindly and mainly rooms are very spacious i like this pg

Reasonable price and good atmosphere, good facilities. It was everything I needed and wanted from a hostel and very new, clean and homely. The staff member treated me very well and was very pleasant

Room was excellent, Reasonable price and well maintained rooms. Seems so good for a single lady. Food was also excellent.

Cleaning is done regular, No restrictions on in-time. Fridge in every floor, Washing machine and lift available, open terrace to dry clothes, one stove and gas connection provided for the entire hostel to cook if required. Food is provided and is ok. Can keep the hallways a little bit cleaner

We often face the issue of no availability of water and hot water is no where available between 7 and 10 am in the morning and sometimes at night too. Food is very unhygieneic, the room cleaning is also very bad and now let me talk about one of the owner girl (one among them not all) she is very arrogant and if we go and tell complaints to her she will backtalk at us and no where I have seen respect in her talk. Now about the guard of pg, they are also horrible. No decency in talks or looks.

Now name has changed to sunrise ladies pg.well response you get if approach with any problems.food is good compare to other pg's

Nice and clean PG. The staffs are good. Well maintained and safe. Food is okay, quite repetative.

Cleaning is not at all good. Even maintenance is not proper. There is Water problem and they neglect the complaints regarding it. Only food is fine and locality is good.

Stayed here for 20 months. Previously there were few issues like cleanliness, unhygienic food, irresponsible owner.etc. But they have improved now, everything is Ok/good.

Cons.:
- Food is good but repetitive. They must change the menu atleast once in 6 months.
- In rainy season, it is difficult to walk in front of PG. It is full of mud.

Rooms are good. Owners are helpful. Safety is assured. Food is okay. Hot water is not available always. Outer environment is dusty and no good roads. Various amenities available close by.

Worst maintenance and owners are irresponsible to the core about the theft happens in pg by the people coming for cleaning, in sufficient hot water, dirty rooms, insufficient food, no parking space and what not.

They have told me that Moring Food timing is till 10AM. But most of the time They don't even have food till the deadline. So, You have to go office with having food.

Its a great place to stay and food is awesome.specially for north indian people. Owner is helpful. Complaints are actioned over time.

Worst place to stay.stayed there for six months.bad food, facilities.on top of all most weird people ever met.the man and the woman, caretakers, behave weird, keep coming to room without knocking or even at night 11 asking/ saying something.
Drinking water issues.
Food is ok.
Even if you are paying 11K for two sharing and 16K for single sharing, owner wouldn't give you pan details.also, please make sure you dont lose your receipt even an old month.this guy come out of blue and asked me 4 month old receipt, which i lost.and he stated that i din pay me rent.finally did not give me my advance amount fully also.paid 3k advance got 1k back
The worst part is the women/ family stayin there.they think they own you.keep asking unnecessary questions and keep showing their attitude.
Girls if you are looking for a decent stay this is not the place.

Due high demand of PG many outlets are coming out every year with high investment but poor maintenance & house keeping detorirating the names of these PG. Basically none of the operators have long term vision or they don't know how to manage.

Would have given less than 1 star if possible. Dnt get fooled by how the rooms look other basic facilities are not provided properly. Water itself is a big problem. U wont get it, drinking water wont come at many times and this is the only pg in the area which is having this water issue. Wifi wont be working. And if u complaint to the owner they will start shouting at u and wont have any respect. They can go to any extent it seems. They have some much arrogance that they wont talk properly and they will ask u to leave. DONT COME TO THIS PG. 1st TIME I HAVE FACED THIS ISSUE AND SUCH CHEAP PEOPLE AFTER STAYING FOR 5yrs.

You can get only big room in this pg nothing else. No cleanness at all. Food is not at all good. That too they prepare in so less quantity that most of the time you won't get food. No network, lift is not working properly. Please don't waste your money in this pg.

Good place to stay. Chilled climate and roommate too. Food is good and all facilities are available with shops nearby. No timing restrictions.
