Doctor is good but the staffs are too arrogant.
They don't tell the cost for the vaccination. They tell to bring the baby to the doctor then vaccination prices will be told.
This is unethical, As the clinic is forcing a consultation. One wouldn't pay consultation to get the price of vaccination.
Now I need to take 1 month baby for a forced consultation just to know the vaccine prices.

The staff needs to provide the complete information. I am visiting Lotus clinic last 9 years.
I have noticed the staff talking before listening.
However, there is no harm in mentioning the approx price for the vaccination over the phone call.
As it is a generic dose followed for all new borns.

One of the best doctor I have seen it very good doctor and good medicine he is over family Dr.

Doctor is good but staff is so rude and in case of emergency there is no use to go bcz we have to wait for atleast 1 to 2 hours or by luck 1/2 hour

The doctor is very good. Although I have to travel 10kms to reach the clinic, I still prefer to consult the doctor. The reasons are that the doctor is very humble, patient and a good listener. I can’t judge the technical skills of a doctor, but his advice has always worked well for my kid. ️️️️️

Dr Guru prakash is an excellent pediatrician.
I have been visiting since 2019 for both my kids. He listens to the problem, gives proper instructions and madicine worked as expected.
I am getting my younger daughter vaccinated here.

Have been visiting him since 6years. Amazing trustworthy doctor. Exactly address the issue and doesn't rush in giving antibiotics. Would definitely recommend.

Every times the dr is on the leave.attendres are not pinking the call i called 10 times but also they
din, t receive the call so the clinic is not responsible!

Since 2019, I've been acquainted with Dr. Guruprakash for my kid Chandan and I must say he is remarkably knowledgeable. He demonstrates great attentiveness when listening to our concerns, and his approach involves recommending minimal medications and suggesting lab tests only when necessary. The consultation fee is quite reasonable compared to other hospitals. Without fail, we have always been delighted with the treatment as it consistently resolves our health issues within a day or two. Undoubtedly, I can confidently say he is one of the best pediatrician in Bangalore.

From day one i prefer to go to Lotus as the doctor,
Staff are good and no money waste here doctor is too good explain in detail.

Doctor has a very good experience and never faced any isssue or problem with his treatment but the staff is very irresponsible when it comes to handling customer appointments with 5+ people as a team or anything for support enquired is like we get treated with such attitude that we are no one to be bothered about. Everyone is in their own world of chilling or having chats over personal phones which the doctor is unaware about as well since he is busy looking after the patients sent inside by the staff assuming everything is working well outside since his team is available. All this is posted with experience from multiple visits to this clinic for my kids.

Very disappointed
I had visited clinic with 2 kids with high fever headache stomach ache giddiness thy were not able to stand 2 ladies where thr in reception I waited for 1 n half hour n requested the to consult dr thy never allowed me even after seeing my kids condition it was so worst they literally stared vomiting in the clinic itself again I requested thy said 14 more patients are there if u want you can wait or else u can go I came back after waiting for such a long time now I can’t find any dr because of lunch time
No humanity at all
When thy can see the condition of kids how can they be so rude will thy do the same with there kids too if they are suffering so badly

I must say the pediatrician is really very well experienced and handles babies with utmost care.
Very understanding and listens to the parents without any hurry.
No wonder he is so famous and der are lot of patients visiting him.

One of this best child specialist i have ever met in my life, they way he explains and recognise the situation and gives the treatment and consult us is just outstanding it shows how knowledgeable and experience he is.

Dr. Guru Prakash is very experienced and expert in his domain. The humbleness shown and attention paid towards each patient is immense. He is very prompt of his timing and very closely monitors each patient development. His approach, behaviour and friendliness is the unique USP, which makes a big difference and that in itself heals all the patient then the treatment
