Very much satisfied with the work, value for the money. Vinay is a soft, humble and responsive person.even the workers are also well behaving. Haven't experienced any hidden charges. Overall happy with the service.
Don't trust there service they will make you wait and and finally will let your hopes down. Not a trust worthy service people. And they have lot of hidden charges.
Reply: transparency and trust is the major thing in your business and you guys don't even bother about customer time. If you can't give service try to inform them when they contact you not after a week of waiting. Your reply doesn't change customer opinion about your company. No star or negative star is the better review.
Vinay and his assistant finished the work on time as promised. He is patient and pleasant to work with but maybe better planning will help carry out the work smoothly. I’m halp The quality of soil used is top notch. My parents immediately noticed and acknowledged the same. I recommend Lushngreens to everyone looking to bring more greens to their home.

We had booked the appointment at our house after couple of follow ups. Vinay came to our place and while we started discussing the work, we had a guest at home. We asked him to wait for 10 mins in the garden while we attended to our guest. When we came back after 10 mins, Vinay was no where to be seen. I called him 2-3 times and he didn’t pick up the phone. When I messaged him, he responded he had to leave urgently and he will call me back which he never did. He didn’t even bother to inform us that he is leaving as we were in the house only. Very unprofessional behaviour.will not recommend him to anyone. The fact that you are lying even after I posted this review is unbelievable. He had to wait for 10 mins and not 1 hour. He was in garden and he had to go back inside the house to basement to leave and we were on 1st floor. He didn’t call out to us, didn’t pick up my calls and responded to my message that he had to leave urgently and will call back which he never did.
