Food should get 5 star. Very small eatery. You might have to wait to be seated down. Meal is for Rs 100. With Jawar roti, couple of Palya, two type of rice, Sambhar, onions/ salad, pickle, podi (groundnut based), chutney, chilli, bhaji, curd and wholesome taste! You can order other items extra like roti, chapati or hollige, etc.

That's really great especially who loves simple and affordable meals.

Very homely tasty north Karnataka food. Roti is very soft. Ennegayi, dal and another curd based accompaniments was given. Bajji is mostly besan (kadlehittu) but tasty. Buttermilk is not great. Difficult to get seating during peak lunch time.

Worst experience now a days no items and no proper service. Many items are missing from menu

I used to visit more frequently for Lunch. But recently one of the staff not behaved good with us.so we stopped going there

Food was tasty. Quality and hygiene was also maintained. They give you jowar roti which I loved eating. Though here you won't get variety of chutneys like they give in other messes which are around. You can also get hollige that is Puran Poli, at an extra charge. Price of the regular thali could've been a fair 80₹ instead of 100₹ due to the competition. The service here is decent, so I would still consider this as a good option.

Good Food, one of the oldest hotel in Vijayanagar, Don't forgot to eat bajji with meals, one plate meal may cost you around 75rs, you will get 2 ragi rotti / Akki rotti / chapathi with white / color rice,
try once butter milk, I liked it.

The extent of hygiene and cleanliness is not satisfactory and is a matter of serious concern. I went because, I love north Karnataka food preparation, but I am afraid to go back again considering the risks involved owing to poor hygiene conditions. Place has lot of scope to improve overall cleanliness as well quality of food!

It is good hotel, but not good for regular. You can visit occasionally. You get traditional North Karnataka food which include jowar roti and two types of curry, raw onion, one raita, they will also make chapati, menthya roti and ragi roti. They charge Rs. 70/- for one plate meals, which includes 2 Roti, 2 curry, 1, papad, cup of curd, 1 raita and there are two types of rice (plane rice and color rice). Good thing is you can have unlimited rice. On Saturday and Sunday they will also make holige (Pooranpoli). You can place order through zomoto and swiggy. When it come to taste and quality, they use more oil and chilli for curry and sambar which makes it more spicy. Additionally they will offer mirchi bhaji and butter milk separately for Rs. 7-19/- each.

It's the best in North Karnataka Khanaavali (Restaurant) in Vijayanagar. Best quality, hygiene, mouthful taste. Just 70 bucks and your tummy is happily full. Worth the every single penny you pay. Must visit.

This is one of the long running mess.it's almost like 10 yrs from now it started. However, the quality has degraded a little.

Nice lunch and dinner but little bit soda I feel in rice.but mirchis are good and also bitter milk is tasty.but bit costly for regular users 70rs for complete meal excluding mirchis and butter milk.

Am a typically from bangalore but am a foodie. I love north karnataka food. I have been to multiple NK HOTLES IN Bangalore but LV lunch home is something different from others. Very tasty food.neat and clean.very friendly supplier's and no doubt that you can have some good food here.some.it's become habit for me to visit every Saturday afternoon here.some time you have to wait get the seat inside.
