Not proper response, suspension not good, Vehice full of bad smell, not cleaned properly, laugage healper not avaliable, light are not working, worst driving person, while travelling heat will u observe in bus

I have seen in you tube this is the best bus so instead of ksrtc booked this bus but it's extremely worst seats are not cleaned full of dust chargers not working when I asked driver he said it is not in working condition totally not at all comfortable for journey I prefer ksrtc better than this bus

It's an okay okay service. However the customer grievances are promptly addressed in time.

Great bus, unfortunately, too much emphasis if carriage of goods and adopting bad routes for gains

Worst Travels, Worst Service, Inside all are fraud Employees, Making Money from Drivers and Doing fraud works for who invest money on Cab.

Every time am traveling in this bus only from Bangalore to Niluvagilu. Several time I have faced the problem bus was stopped in the mid for more than hours.
And the bus fare also more, other than festival time also. So I am really disappointed to travel in this LV travels.

Very bad with the cleanliness of the bus Cockroaches all over in side the bus pathetic travel experience.

I travelled more than 5 times I faced the problem each day that i travelled.they stopped the bus in mid road for more than hours to slove the issue with customer and create problems to other passengers i strongly recommend to each one of you to keep This as last option.

Irresponsible staffs and bus crew. Guys, I would not recommend take LV Travels transportation service. If they forgot to pick you from the boarding point they won't come back or arrange to pick up and they ask you to catch the bus anyhow! If you can't catch the bus they ask you to cancel the ticket and offer a refund.

The drama begins here. They won't refund, instead they will offer a free ticket on next ride. Unfortunately that will also won't happen.

The same this happened to me. Now I am filing case against LV travels. Hope I get justice.

Unprofessional staffs, no punctuality, ask us to get to their location than they come to our location. Due to this more waiting period and reach the destination very late. No one knows the root as well. After all these response is worst. Its better not to have this bus optional also.

This is the worst service provider. If you book ticket from majestic they will call you to rajajimagar, gorrugunteplaya on your own cost. After that also staff behaviour is impolite.

Worst experience ever. Ill mannered people. I suggest you to book any other buses for travelling.

Worst people and worst service ever. They don't even know the places of Bangalore both cleaner and drive and they are serving us just imagine the condition of the passengers.wherever they want they stop their and ask passengers to come to that place. Upon that they say where u were standing we don't stop bus itseems.if they don't stop where it has to be which is mentioned in the bording point then what is the use of mentioning so many boarding points.please people never book your tickets in this bus.
Lv travels you people are loosing your service because of ur worst services.

3rd class crew member, most are like drunk once, don’t book buses from Banglore to Koppa and Sringeri

Bus was good.on time but the crew reserved the unbooked seat for his benefit, the co passanger was not nice always talking, and all through the journey bus was jumping
