When I said service guy that we will go plz take the order. He did not take an order.proper customer service required plz improve your service.

The food is good and the fish too is great but there is something missing or the feel of something missing would be there when you leave.

The best part I like is the welcome drink that is Rasam, even my favourite which I tryed Squid Dry fry, Fish egg Sukka, Kodai Masala Fry and Kabab which was thin evenly coated yummy taste

Free parking is available inside the restaurant compound. They are known for best in class sea food items. Can see how crowded it can be during peak timings. Heard that their king fish is so delicious.

Many options of seafood available, but all masala and ghee roast tasted exactly same. Price is also reasonable compared to other Mangalorean seafood restaurants. Only few parkings available in front of the restaurant but security guard of the restaurant may help you to park your car in nearby available location. Must visit place for seafood lovers. Easily will get the table if you are visiting on weekdays for lunch.

Fish fry, fish curry is very good. Would love to visit again. The waiters look very happy. Parking might be a issue if you are in a big car.

One of the best places for seafood in Mangalore city. Availability of fish egg dishes makes this place even more special. Fish egg masala and prawn biryani are my favorite here… They have delicious paneer and mushroom options too on the menu, which aids that one vegetarian friend in the group A variety of fish, shrimps, crab, squid, egg and, chicken dishes are on the menu. These can be eaten with Neer-dosa, chapati, white rice or boiled rice.

Someone must enlighten the rude owner that cooking food in dakshina kanada is not simply topping loads of chilli powder on the food. Maybe he could do with some cooking classes and also some exposure to international food which he is terribly lacking. Also fresh fish does not mean freshly defrosted fish from the freezer. My humble suggestion to the owner would be to sometime go out of the geographical limits of Mangalore and see what is food about.

One of the best seafood had in my life. Good masala stuff for fish fries and wide variety of fishes. Nice management too. Try to increase the time for night business also. I would suggest every one to try the food here if you're in Mangalore central station or nearby. Never miss it

It was good experience in Machi Restaurant, I liked their hospitality. Very much helpful to park car and it was a rainy day, and they came near to the car with an umbrella to escort us, served food very quickly and food was good enough. And reasonable price.
I recommend to visit. Lovely food, lovely hospitality. Have a try.

Neat & clean.cosy place, used to b a house originally, i think its value for money.parking sufficient for 6 to 8 vehicles.
Hot drinking water (very important in a seafood restaurant) served as standard practice which in most places is available only on demand.that's something different i felt!

Nadan food like any other house food, fish fry was good, but ambience, furniture was like less than Normal hotel

Great variety of fish. Taste and quality is pretty well maintained. I tried Kodai and anjal masala fry which was fresh. After tasting the same, i took 2 Kodai masala fry home with me.but quality of the fish wasn't the same.the taste was pale and size of the fish was small. I recommend this hotel to everyone but, have food in the hotel itself instead of take away.

The food was nice but not great and a little too heavy on the masala. Ambience is not great. Service however was quick and efficient. The wait staff are good. This is strictly a lunch place and is not open for dinner.

It was not good, prawns was frozen and fishes were not fresh, pudina mint juice was horrible, only thing good was butter milk. I had been to this place earlier it was good.

The emerging favourite sea food restaurant of Mangalore. The masala paste that they use for their items in heavenly. Apply that on your everyday Banguda and even that turns special. Ghee roast of anything that they offer is lip smacking. The rawa silver fish fry is a different item as it's crispy and you can have it as easily as having pakodas, like have them whole. These are served with rice thali. They do serve one or two chicken dishes too but the fish takes the limelight from almost every customer. The place is not just worth a try but also where you would want to frequent a lot of times.
