Mad Over Donuts

Stale doughnuts that are served heated up in a microwave and drinks where the cup is filled up with ice. Avoid.

Visited the shop during Christmas. Lady at the front desk was very rude! She didn't even hand over the box of doughnuts to us, instead just pushed it towards us. This behavior is not acceptable at all. Had a bad experience.

Had a wonderful experience the only time I consulted them when I wanted to send a birthday surprise to my friend. The store manager Mr. Syed really knows what customer service and satisfaction means, by going to any lengths possible. Wouldn't give him and the store anything short of a 5 star rating.

Ordered assorted doughnuts, pack of 6, buy 5 and get one free. Ordered via Zomato after selecting 6 flavours, got a call back immediately that 3 out of 6 flavours I chose aren't available and I should choose some other flavours because I HAVE ALREADY PAID!

I don't get it, there's no value in compensating the customer in India. Customer should buy what I offer!

Anyways, got 6 assorted doughnuts in no time and every single doughnut was just awesome. Soft, fluffy and great flavour. I usually do not like doughnuts but these were too good.
