Madhwakart Online Store is a beautiful platform to get Hindu religious especially Madhwa community pooja material.

Harsha Acharya is very untrustable person, he doesn't have the ethics to understand the vale of someone who is looking for the worshippable Murtis. He doesn't pick calls, or speak, just disconnects the call. Very Bad Customer Service. I have been waiting for the Murtis I needed for so long and he is just lying that he is sending the Murtis and never sent.
Please don't shop here.

I ordered Sri Ranganatha swamy panchaloha idol and the fine detail on the idol was amazing on such a small figure.i wanted to place further orders and I did.i called several times to the customer support and sent emails but none were responded to.pl respond.or just delete the customer support number.you are into serving people by connecting the Lord with us humble humans even the Lord answers our prayers but not your customer support.pl email or call back its very important to build trust that way.

A week later i bought some more idols from Mr. Acharya and i must say they were beyond my expectations in finish and detail for such a small idol.they are precesion minatures and should command a good price.
I have ordered for a medium sized 4.5 inch Idol and will make my comments when it arrives.great products. I have since received the idol of Sriman Narayana with Sri and Bhu devi and the finish and detail was astounding. Iam ordering some more. Great prices.

First time service was good. After that he does not receive calls and simply disconnects the call. Difficult to trust such people. Be careful.

What an Irony! Mr Harsha Acharya! You promptly called after placing the order and completing the payment via NetBanking. You also said that Silver Rate has come down and will refund Rs. 1400 immediately and promised delivery on Monday, 27-May-2019. But till date there is no delivery and you are NOT Responding. You are too clever or Con / you choose a word for yourself. Call immediately and arrange for refund of the amount in Cash. I am being polite to you on the soical media. It wont be same with all persons always.

I had bad experience couple of times. First one is when calendars were missing from the order placed. Though they promised to courier 1s order is back, the never sent it. Another experience is for a refund which I have returned. Though the parcel reached him, he never informed. On continuous follow up on refund, he hardly responded. Will never pick the phone or respond to messages. Took more than 4 months to get his response on FB messenger. Pathetic service
