Food is just about okay. There are better options nearby. Also, They need to update their menu.

Ok ok. For food.
Only south indian menu like idli vada dosa sambhar uthappam.
North indian people might don't get what they want.

Location is easy to find, parking for 2 wheelers available. Seating is simple and clean, menu is extensive and lot many to choose from. I had ghee dosa n coffee which were ok ok bit chutney was too salty n a complete no no. Sambar given is very less in quantity and was cold. Can skip for other options nearby as price wise its not justified.

It is a decent place. Definitely not the one where you come from a far away place to try dosa.
If you are nearby, give it a go.
I expected better sambhar from this place, but I have been disappointed 2 out of 3 times.

Worst chapati I have ever eaten I ate here, if I ask them about this they don't even listen to me. West service. And this is a mainly for South Indian cousin, but no one in the kitchen from South. All are from North or north east or Nepal

Worst restaurant i have ever had in.i took two dosa and 2 vada.they charged me 250rs and it was so worst.there was no taste.it was like worst food ever had.left my complete food over there itself.hated it

This is the worst Madhurai outlet I have ever been to. The place is in a dilapidated state. We ordered masala dosa which was served in a broken plate. The aloo masala had rotten potato in it. Also the place is very unhygienic. They should rather shut down this outlet!

Very worst experience.not worth for money. Took dinner combo 2 and 3. Chappati was too hard and parota was salty. Wasted money

Good Vegetarian Restaurant, it’s a self service restaurant, you might have to stand and eat due to the lack of seating facilities. Need to improve cleanliness of the restaurant, taste is okay.okay.not that great.

Rather insipid. The sambar tastes neither like Tamil Sambhar nor like kannada sambhar. The chutneys were the saving grace of this otherwise forgettable affair.

One of the worst hotel.the plates are not Clean when asked they blame each. Quality of food is worst. Plz do not have food here it's a request.

Not a hygene place to eat. Can see flies around, plates are not clean. Food was cold. Bad experience

Food is good, but cleanliness is not there, we are paying such a huge money and they do not keep the place clean, even washroom stinks. Please see the cleanliness is maintained.

I was in that area @ breakfast time & hungry. Food was good. Will have food there if I happen to be hungry & want to eat.

On the main road. Decent cleanliness. Not as much as other shops of this brand. Menu and and prices are similar to other madurai idly shop

The worst ever place for a breakfast and lunch and had a visit with group of friends and everybody's feedback is same. Trusted the brand and it is no where reached to a expectation what we heard as a brand

Horrible the service and the good. Idli was too hard to bite and dosa were too soggy and sambhar was horrible too.

1 rating is only because of their plastic box parcel. The plastic box they use is not at all good for the quantity. The sambar provided in this plastic box is not at all sufficient and will be over with half the quantity of main item. Quantity and the plastic parcel you provide should not let you down. Please take care and provide the parcel in aluminium covers as earlier.

Not a good place, the Idlys are really bad here, and the Sambar tasted like plain cooked dal and chutney was worst. Mediocre service and am not sure how they are running entire franchise with this bad taste and with prices so high. Idlys are far better in any Upudi hotels. Lot of dust coming in from the road side this place is worst. And this street shop owners are not accepting Rs. 10 coins. Definitely not recommended.

It's good place to have good, it's just down to skywalk of Domlur. Have good & Healthy food always.

Search for a better place for some hot food. Lots of flies, cold food. Bad experience, not very clean.

Food is pricey, serving size is small and taste is ok. Not a great place to dine by, the sambar & chutney served here definitely doesn't taste traditional. Just another restaurant in the block, thrived by IT crowd around. Not a definite place, if you are looking for traditional Madurai style food.

Thick sack like Kerela parothas.
Idli vada served without coconut chutney (should have told.before billing).
Bad lunch I had in last 6 months or so.

By naming first floor restau as Andal mess, they're spoiling the name of Goddess Andal by serving non-vegetarian food which is hurting the sentiment of certain sect. Plz change the name immediately

Cleanliness is very average. The food was not fresh. Infact idli (in bought podi idly) was not fresh at all.
If you have to eat here. Order only dosa, poori. Sambar is ok.
Spoiling the brand of Madurai idly.
You get lot of Chinese varieties also
Rest are shady. I did see, PPL buying Pongal, Kesari but leaving then without finishing

Don't expect to have proper idly here, even though name itself has idly I had horrible experiences here, after those i never try in any of so called Madurai Idly Shop, they really spoil the name of Madurai and idly

Value for money authentic Tamilian food served here. Ideal for having a quick bite and leaving, as no car & bike parking facility.

There is no Madurai here, all hindi or Nepali speaking staff with food tastes too a bit alien, not the traditional idli one can expect. Prices are reasonable staff are friendly keeping the place clean

Even though we get enaf quantities of food we can't enjoy it as there is no taste in any meal which we ordered, service is slow not south Indian taste at all. Cost is bit high

The food was not at all good and the price was very high. Looks like a good hotel from outside, not recommended for south Indian food.
