They have made it a business rather than profession of a doctor. I visited the clinic after being referred by my dermatologist for my cystic acne and the doctor asked for some blood tests post which advised me to take some medicine for 3 months. I didn’t see any improvement in the 1st month I contacted the clinic and they said pls continue the medicine it will take time.again after 2 months I contacted them and informed that the medicine is not at all working. There’s no reduction at all and they asked me to pay the consultation and then only I can talk to the doctor. It’s so easy for these people to keep asking the patients for the consultation charges even after knowing the reason that the medicine is not working. The only thing they care about is their fees. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
Dr. A Anantharam and his entire team is very good. Understands the problems and gives exact timely treatment. Very satisfied with his treatment and staff hospitality. It was a bitter experience for me as I had taken my father for a endocrinologist consultation because he was suffering from a recurrent electrolyte imbalance.but even before I could get inside the clinic my father had a very bad fall & hit his head on the road near the entrance as the pavement is uphill & no railing for support, they should have assistance or atleast have support or railing to prevent such avoidable things in elderly who are prone to falls.otherwise the staff were very helpful in helping us with assisting first aid, and even the doctor was good.
This is awesome place if you want to control your diabetes. Dr Anatharaman is very well educated and is always approachable. In case you're out of station or traveling, their support team Nirmala is available in case their is a variations in sugar levels etc, the dosage of insulin after consulting the Doctor will be titrated accordingly. Highly recommended.

I met Dr. Anantharaman for my wife's hypothyroid. He listened patiently, understood the facts of her case and explored the possible reasons for the high number. He also clarified her doubts and answered our questions very patiently. Most importantly, he did not rush to prescribe medicines. On the contrary, he suggested repeating the (modified) test to establish the case and then repeat it again after a few months. And he said that if the results showed a trend, treatment could be evaluated. To me, he was a pragmatic doctor who showed a lot of experience and level headedness in dealing with the case. However, the only reason I have given 4 star is solely because of the reception aid present at the clinic. They are quite not professional and don't treat patients with priority. Medical reps crowd the place. They also do not follow any proper order of patients seeing the doctors. Should appoint better staff.

Doctor Anantharaman is experienced, give details answer your doubts and is excellent. It is a long time taking task of getting the blood test report. Though they say 30 mins for giving the report while collecting sample, it takes 1.5 hours to get it. This is absolutely waste of time. They need to improve this.

I m a type 1 diabetic and renal transplant patient. I am visiting this place from a very long time. Dr Anantharanam and his entire team does a very brilliant job, have always helped me and guided me to control my sugars take personal interest in helping each individual. I will always be indebted to them for their help. The dietitian Dr Aishwariya also provides individual customised diets keeping in mind the likes and dislikes of the patient, very efficient team.
