Very unprofessional and poor communication. The doctor didn't show up and I received no communication for an hour. There's only one doctor in this entire clinic that can do ultra sound? More than the lack of doctor, it's the lack of communication and poor reception skills.
My complete body checkup was done here with so much of ease. Special Thanks to Mr Robin he was so kind and helpful throughout the Process. The Centre was clean and hygiene. Will definitely recommend everyone and i will also visit in future Checkups if Required.
I got my medicals done here. Mr ROBIN assisted me from the beginning. It was very nice and hassle free experience. I was able to do all my all my necessary check ups here. My whole checkup was done in half a day. Thank you Robin sir for making it easy for me.
The lab technician was amazing. Mr Murthy was very nice. He took care of my fears and carefully explained the procedure to me. I had to get an NCS done and I was very scared. He took care of the whole process very nicely explaining what effect the current will have.
Came for Ultra sound for abdomen and pelvic test, receptionist said Doctor will arrive at 11: 30 and will leave at 12: 30, came at 11 and did all the required formalities and was waiting for doctor and most patients were waiting from 10: 00am, I could see some patients getting agitated and were cursing at the receptionist for not providing accurate information. Finally doctor walks in at 12: 30. There’s no punctuality and utter irresponsible for the profession! Not gonna recommend to anyone!
I had an appointment for my scan, was little hestitaing about scan with MRI. Subhlakshmi had fixed my appointment and helped me during the whole process and got done at the right time, thank you. Overall had a good experience with Magnus.

Such a shoddy, unprofessional staff & doctor. I had been to this place to get my CT scan done - when taking payment from me, i was assured that report would be ready in 10 minutes after the scan was done. To my surprise, when the scan was over, I was informed that they could not give me the report as the "so called" Doctor had left the facility citing some emergency. "WHY WAS I AT THE FACILTY? BECAUSE I HAD FREE TIME AND MONEY, AND NOT AN EMERGENCY? "
If ONLY patients were to pay them after the reports are handed over, I am sure in house doctor (s) would "stay" to ensure reports are indeed handed over to patients swiftly!
They gave 9: 30pm appointment and more than two patients were present at that time with just one technician present. There were no one at the reception to guide us through. Doesn't seem to be organized.
We had to leave the place as it was half an hour scan for a person.
Very bad experience. I had booked an appointment for both MRI and ultrasound. They strangely don't have a practice of talking appointment for ultrasound. They heard about it but never told us about the same. They moved our appointment for a couple of hours, we adjusted our schedules and made it on time just to realise their ultrasound person left for the day. They did not even have a record that we were expecting an ultrasound. The drive to come all the way is a waste.
They seriously need some better staff in the front desk. Horrible!

Went for a full body checkup and was indeed surprised by the way staffs handled everything. They were cordial, very helpful, polite, supportive and were very patient throughout the process. Everything went smoothly. The process was hassle free and wasn't that time consuming given the no.of tests which were supposed to be done. All thanks to the doctors and staff for being co-operative for everything.
Pathetic experience with Magnus, Before visiting i called, they said doctor is available for ultrasound till 7: 30pm, when i reached the centre, they said come tomorrow at 11: 30. Very bad experience
Overall It was a nice experience during the CT Scan procedure for myself. The centre advances in equipments and testing techniques and the best part is they give you the reports the very same day. I would really like to thanks Ms Subhalaxmi for all the help and assistance throughout. Thank You Magnus for your hospitality.
I had been to Magnus last month for a full body check up and the staff were very courteous and warm. I would like to also mention Mr Robin, who helped me get through all the necessary tests so conveniently without any hassle. He was extremely helpful.
A very inhuman behaviour by a doctor surprisingly, we went to treat our friend who slipped down and broken his knee and hardly walk. We travelled all the way from HSR to Koramangala as we trust this center for better diagnosis.
Initial screening by the staffs happened in the first floor and everything was normal like temp, oximeter checking. Staffs enquired about vaccination status of the patient while filling out registration form. He was affected by coronatwomonths back and he is not allowed for vaccination. There started the inhuman behaviour. The doctor came and said they don't have facility to treat and he told us to move to some other hospital. He was mentioning again and again that your knee is bad but without diagnosing nor checking the patient. We were literally denied treatment.
So we took him again from Koramangala and started searching got some other hospital, this is how a person with fracture is sent out. I recommend not to waste time if you are not vaccinated or recovered from corona.
We request the magnus management to putndown a board that corona recovered patients are not allowed inside campus. A very great treat for a patient who got fractured Denied By a doctor's on his own decision. The govt and micr confirmed that person recovered from corona will have natural immunity for next 90days.
I never seen such an irresponsible staff and receptions in any of the diagnostic centres in Bangalore. I don't know why doctors will refer this centre. Doctors and technicians will not be present in the hospital at time they told us to come back after first visit. Anyway for the first time visit, they always says plz come in the evening or next day. If you go in the evening or next day you have to wait you have to wait for 30 mins to get receptionist response and another 1 to 2 hrs for doctors arrival. Plz never ever consider this diagnostic centre, of your doctor suggest this centre ask them to refer for any other centre. I don't recommend this to anyway.
Please give some training and inputs to your front office representative to interact with people properly (especially 2nd floor) and value the patients time. Simply sitting in the reception chair without speaking to the patients & giving proper instructions no use. And also whatever the test has to be done is written on the doctor's recommended slip and why your receptionist asking patients abt what test has to be done? How the hell patient will be knowing what are the test nd how the test has to be done? Technicians should decide abt those things and suggest patients.
I did my thyroid profile two days back, got reports on the same day, technician, staff guided nicely and all went smoothly. Thank you all. Would recommend everyone to visit Magnus for any checkup
This is for the management of magnus diagnostic centre koramangala, first of all kindly understand the value of feedback, please train your PRO, mrs.subbulakshmi, you should not force the people to give feedback in her own name, it's left to the patients, what ever they feel, she insists each and everyone to give feedback in her name, which is not fair. Patients come here in pain, you should not force them. Feedback is something patients should feel and give their own opinions or suggestions.please magnus as got a such a good reputation.my kind advice is that don't spoil your reputation by giving authorities to people like subbalaxmi.thnk u
Pathetic service. The receptionist sitting there at Magnus Koramangala is of no use. They have no info about doctors, what time they ll come. Providing false information over calls only. Need a well trained nurses at the 3rd floor. This happened to me a day before when they took my blood samples.
My experience with Magnus Koramangala was amazing this time The reason is Mr. Madhan he was so helpful and he went beyond his way to help me. It would not have been possible for me to complete all of my test's today without his help. I'm more than happy with the service he gave me. Thanks a ton Mr. Madhan keep up the good job.
Magnus diagnostic centre is doing great, i never met Mr.madhan before but then he put soo much effort to guide me over the phone, he really been kind and helped me in all possible ways, thanks to Mr.madan
Subhalaxmi and team, kala and Dr pallavi all of them were really professional, helpful. What I liked was the hygiene and sanitization checks that were in place. The entire process took no longer than 15mins, with very little wait time. Thank you all for your service.
I have done MRI scan of LS spine here. Initially was afraid of MRI scan and came back without doing scan. Second time when went senior technician santosh explained about whole process given me confidence. My fear went away after talking to him and scan went very smooth without any problem. My special thanks to santosh and all the staff. Scan area machine was well maintained and sanitized. Overall it's good experience.
I had a wonderful experience at Magnus Koramangala! All the staffs were helpful but Mr Robin was very polite, courteous and humble. He went an extra miles to helped me with all the tests. He treated me as his family members and patiently waiting with me for all the reports! I am glad that I met Mr Robin and made my experience hassle free!

The scan experience was good, Mr Sanjay, Krishna, Sister Susan, Subbalakshmi attended to me amongst other staff. I did find some patients without mask in the lobby which I pointed to the staff

My doctor recommended me NCS test since I have a nerve pain. And it was conducted by Mr. Murthy.besides explaining everything while conducting the test he was very responsible, careful and detailed oriented while recording the test results also. I highly recommend him to everyone and also prefer him for any of the tests, myself.
During this pandemic time, I thought it will be a very heftic time to get scan done. But it was Mr madhan who helped me to get the things done without any issues, i really appreciate the technician and the staff overall for the good service.
