It was such a horrible experience with this villa project and the builder (Pratap). First of all it is not a villa by itself, it is an independent house with very limited amenities. On top of that this builder (Pratap) will never keep his promises and will give you false promises and will block the villas for you, distribute the legal documents and then will ask for more money or will continue to look for other buyers and the moment he gets one, he will simply take a U turns and will sell it to others and then will talk rubbish to you when you interact with him so my sincere advise to everyone is please stay away from this project.
This is the villa property with very spacious and cleanly maintained community. All construction completed left with 3-5 west side villas in good locality. 2 kms from hope forum signal.
Really very good stay. Have been staying for more than a year now. Lot of good initiatives within the society has been taken care. Worth investing and staying here. Good project within this locality.
Frankly had a good opinion about this villa before shifting here. Builder does not have any control over the property. Common areas mentioned in the brochures are taken by the few owners by putting the fences. Which is not allowed in any gated community. Builder just want to sell and wash there hand.
Worth investing in a villa in Whitefield considering the price point and the size that it offers. Papers are pretty clear and one can invest and expect good returns
This place ammunity has not planned well. Generator is too loud sounds like a industrial area.doesn't think abt sounds pollution and avt society discomfort. CPCB has laid down the permissible noise level in India for different areas. In industrial areas, the permissible limit is 75 dB for daytime and 70 dB at night. In commercial areas, it is 65 dB and 55 dB while in residential areas it is 55 dB and 45 dB during daytime and night respectively. But they don't follow any of this. V soon we ll raise a complain for this place.
Location of the project is good, spacious rooms but price is way high to the locality.
Also don't fell trap to their marketing words, they are saying UDS is applicable and mentioning almost 100% builtup area is given in UDS, absolutely false point and misleading investors. UDS is not applicable to this project and roads does not belong to association and it should be handedover over BBMP. So take a decision after considering this point.
