Bought a 2BHK here today, my first home, construction has been going on for 7 years but all legal documents are finally cleared and the age has left no impact on the building as far as I can see. The work is resumed and going in full force, They have mentioned the possession will be in March 2024, lets see how much truth is in that. Location is excellent and the amenities are good.
Excellent location and good construction quality. Most important excellent sales support from Sijin in sharing all details transparently. Great team on ground!
Worst in customer relationship. Especially Nalini on customer relationship manager should be removed from the designation assigned as she never manages it anytime.these ppl on front spoil the name of Mahaveer, I suggest some escalation contact instead of sticking on to a particular person who doesn't care to work.
Met Souganya and got an idea of the construction details and the handover plans. Also visited the flat 201 6th block. Flooring has been done. She was clear about the future handover dates.
Excellent property, very supportive staffs, reasonably priced and in 3 months handing over starts. On the Hyderabad main Road it is called Bellary road. Opp is big mall and 500 mts metro station and 300mts A2B etc. Mahaveer builder is reasonably good compared to any other builders in Bangalore
Simple USPs: 1. Best location - On NH7 - 11Kms from Hebbal - 13 Kms to KIA. 2. Reasonable prices. 3. Spacious rooms - no compromise in built up to reduce the cost!
Don't buy with this builder, their so called ultra luxurious projects are currently in In-Complete state. They are building a project by name Mahaveer Ranches in Bengaluru since 2014 and it's still in In-Complete status with many owners suffering literally. If you want, you can always feel free to go to that project and enquire with any owners or even with the businesses running outside that project. It's a havoc.
This project is a hidden gem. Metro Station will come up bang opposite to this project (Embassy Boulevard Bettahalasuru) near to A2B. It will be a easy to commute place as it is bang on the highway. Many Retired Defense Personnel has booked apartment in this project due to proximity to Air Force Station. Construction quality and builder communication is good. But be clear this is not an ultra luxury kind of project, so affordable.
Heard builder is not good. Lot of complaints that their building constructions and quality is not good. I initially showed interest to buy this flat, but at the last moment dropped and got heard worst reviews from the people who bought from this builder
Good but too far from heart of city. And if you want to see Aeroplane, jet, fight craft you can see easily if u buy this property because it is near to Army base and airport.
Seems Underrated project. Construction Progress is good after covid. Metro station is coming up within 400 meters. Bang next to NH 44. Exactly between Habbal and Airport. Worth of investing.
