Weekend water issues are common, the owner has very unpleasant behaviors, initially speaking very gentle after that he will reveal his real face, and I would never recommend this building to anyone.

This is the worst rental property I've ever experienced. Water shortage is the main issue here.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of residing in a building managed by what I can only describe as the worst landlord I have ever encountered. From the moment I signed the lease, it became evident that I had made a terrible mistake. The building, which seemed relatively decent from the outside, quickly revealed its true colors.

Let's start with the landlord. His lack of professionalism was glaringly obvious from our very first interaction. He was dismissive, rude, and unresponsive to any concerns or maintenance requests. It seemed as though he only cared about collecting rent and couldn't care less about the well-being of his tenants.

Speaking of maintenance, it was an absolute nightmare. The building was falling apart, and it was clear that the landlord hadn't invested a penny in its upkeep for years. Leaky faucets, malfunctioning heating systems, and crumbling walls were just the tip of the iceberg. The laundry facilities were constantly out of order, leaving tenants with no option but to seek alternatives elsewhere.

The building's overall cleanliness was appalling. Trash bins were often overflowing, attracting pests and creating a foul odor. The common areas were never cleaned, and the hallways were dimly lit, creating an unsafe environment. It was clear that the landlord had no interest in maintaining even the most basic standards of cleanliness.

Security was another major concern. The building lacked proper security measures, making it a target for trespassers and thieves. The front entrance was broken for weeks, allowing anyone to enter without a key or authorization. Numerous tenants reported stolen packages and even break-ins, with no action taken by the landlord to address these issues.

Parking was an absolute nightmare. The limited parking spaces were constantly occupied by unauthorized vehicles, leaving tenants without a place to park. The landlord's response to this issue was non-existent, and it created unnecessary frustration and inconvenience for everyone living in the building.

Finally, the rental rates were exorbitant for the appalling living conditions. It felt like the landlord was taking advantage of desperate tenants in need of a place to stay, with no intention of providing a livable environment in return. It was a classic case of exploitation without any regard for the well-being of the residents.

In conclusion, my experience with this landlord and his building was nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of professionalism, maintenance neglect, poor cleanliness, inadequate security, and unreasonable rental rates all combined to create an utterly miserable living situation. I strongly advise anyone considering renting from this landlord or residing in this building to think twice and explore other options. It's simply not worth the frustration, disappointment, and potential risks that come with it.

I will not recommend this rent house. There is no proper water management and owner will not respond any of the issues and has unprofessional behavior.

One of the worst apartment located in this area. The owner of the apartment is very rude with the tenants.there is shortage of water and other basic amenities. They treats tenants as slaves here…. Pathetic
