Mahaveer zephyr is really nice gated society. Also this is no that costly apartments like other famius brands. Quapity of apartments are really nice also
The rooms are spacious. Grounds are also available. Over all nice experience.

Very lazy and hope less builder.
When ther is any legal issues in apartment, he will ask resedent to fight on it.
Don't purchase from this builder and don't loose your hard earned money.

It's a gated society with one of the blocks still under construction.
It's approx 2 kms from the metro station being constructed near bomnahalli.
It consists of swimming pool, gym and badminton court etc for recreation.

Nice residential layout. I have a flat here bit still the work is pending to 10percent. Like common way and parking way. Parking good the way is little tight.

Inspite of such high rent, the buildings are so congested, the layout of a flat isn't really up to the mark

I bought four months before. Looks like STP issue exists near to my flat (heavy Foul Smell and Sound from the motor Engine). They Hided me about the issue and Sold the Apartment. Now past 4 months i am facing the issue.i have sent 45 emails to the property management and Modification team. Still Today. No solution from them Yet. Finally i am the sufferer (living with Foul smell daily from the STP tank) without response.i Given Enough Time.now i am really Fed up.

Suggest not to buy from this builder. I booked this property way back in 2015. They promised possession in August 2016. My block is still work in progress. I have never seen such a lazy progress.

The building is still under construction.the parking lot is badly planned.not very user friendly in terms of parking

Well built. The work is still in progress. The swimming pool and badminton court are good. Spacious parking. Shops and markets are very close yet the complex is located in a calm and quite area. The only problem as with most other locations in Bangalore is the traffic. Especially the silk board junction and the right turn you have to make when you come from silk board. But the area is quite close to Electronic City. Good for those working in Kadubeesanahalli or Electronic City. Also good if you're located in Sarjapur Road. Overall a good location to live. The prices are on a higher side. You could get a better option for the same price at Sarjapur Road with a bigger builder.

This project belong to Reddy Structures. And it has all its pros and cons.
This project has total 310 flats; 2bhk and 3 bhk distrubuted among 5 blocks.
Fisrt 3 blocks are almost complete and many occupants have completed 1 year staying here.
Amenities are not completed yet; only swimming pool (with incompkete shower room) and badminton court are in place. One lift per block is working. Also parking spots have not been marked yet as per flat number.
This project is 2.6 km from Bannerghatta main road (from brand factory) and 2.1 km from Hosur road (drom Bommanahalli signal). So, it would be in the middle of two upcoming metro line. Connecting roads have been repaired recently.
It has got BESCOM connection, yet to get Cauvery water connection.
Ola and Uber are not available during pick hours.
Pre-Primary schools are within 100 meters. One child nursing home is also nearby. Fruits and vegetables shops are also near by.
CCTV has been installed on crucial points. Airtel connection for broadband has been in place. Also BSNL has been laid their underground optical cable through the road. But, intercom has not been started.
It's building construction is of good quality. They constructed 2 or 2 and half story beneath ground level.

However, this project got delayed by more than one year and still under construction.
