Took my XUV 700 for my first service and got a dent from the showroom. As it was heavily raining so i could not check while taking the vehicle delivery. Once i reached home i found the dent. Their CCTV camera are too low quality and in that we cannot see anything. Service station is very cramped and high chance of vehicle or equipment scratching the vehicle. One of the employee had parked his bike just back of my vehicle when i was in queue to enter their service gate. That lane itself is very narrow and instead of parking his vehicle at the parking location he parked the vehicle back of my vehicle with no room for me to move anywhere. Pathetic

Been here for buying our new car bfr that had been for test drive Such an lathergic showroom, None of the sales representatives are bothered They don't even talk. Very laid back people. Don't even attend the customers nor they open up their mouth to explain the features. Even after hours of waiting no body approached us to enquire. Worst experience

I am a proud owner of XUV300. From 2020 to till date driven 30,000kms and its good experience. Mahi always rocks especially the Diesel. I have become fond of Mahindra and gave three new customers too.
However, the services are very disappointing. In the first service of 20,000kms, the due to technicians inability to fit oil filter, the vehicle narrowly escaped engine siege. After the Covid outbreak, and long time I was on tour with family and sudden there was an engine light started popping at 8pm. With support of another technicians, I had to return to Belgaum and give it again for servicing.
Second service was also too horrible which happened on 1/8/2023. The next paid service, I had requested for careful removing of floor mats while cleaning. But the staff has removed pathetically damaging the entire floor and the mat too. When approached service centre, they checked their recording but their recording is for only 7 days while it is 12th day.
The decision is still pending and I have to roam around the centre for justice.
I conclude that, though I have a great vehicle, but the greatness is lowered by the service centres. Today I asked a question to my own-self "whether I should own the Mahindra? " or "Its a better to service it from multi-brand showroom".

MAHINDRA SCAM. Very Worst Response I bought new XUV 3OO 2 years ago, few months back they couriered me the 2nd Duplicate smart key with different serial number which is of not my car, if I call them and ask about this issue, they will disconnect the call and they wont even call back. Please dont buy any car here instead buy in different cities.

Gud place they do have almost all models in display sales person's are polite and knowledgeable not like other showrooms where they give you display on E brochures.

Zero ratings and worst performance from the service, if they touch something, they will add labor charge for it finally to realise they haven’t even looked at it. Better to do it outside, save your money

Mahindra has changed a lot
You can have choice in Mahindra according to your budget, looks of Mahindra cars are very attractive interiors also look very luxurious very pleasing, the sales staff is very well behaved.
After sales service is excellent.
Customers are very well taken care of.

Not at all happy with Sutaria auto centre hubballi, before Deepavali I too visited showroom and no response at all from anyone, no sales person asking you what you need.

Worst part is you book a test drive after calling reception every alternate day, it's been 15 days and always they say we will send next day. The next day never comes.

Mahindra is loosing it's business just because of 3rd grade sales and service team, need some ethics.

We the people try for booking Indian brand cars, with the kind of experience you get, ending up buying cars from it's rival companies.

Sales team and service team, your incentive and salary depends on how attentive you are and sales you do and best customer service you provide.

Worst kind of people and worst behaviour of entire service staff. They donot value customer issues and only bothers about their own procedures and processes. They took almost 8 days to deliver my vehicle given for regular service. They donot maintain stock of spares and cause delays in delivery of vehicle.hope Mahindra service team will take necessary action which can help in improving brand value of Mahindra.

When i visited the showroom, atleast for 30 min no one reached out to atleast ask what we are there for.no proper staff, worst delivery area i have ever seen.worst dealership i can say.

One of the worst service I have ever seen, such a arrogant staff, totally undisciplined staff, they don’t have standard labour charges, they say less and charge extra after work is finished. Totally unsatisfied customer of Mahindra.

Today’s incident I wanted to change my fog lamp assembly, they changed the labour charges 3 times within a span of 15min, one says 600, another says 2500, and finally some other says 975, so I denied leaving vehicle for repair. I have done it outside for 600rs

Moreover they promised 8 days for fog lamp which should come from company, they took more then 15days to deliver.

This is the 2nd time I’m facing problem with this guys.

So guys be careful when u leav ur vehicle for service at Mahindra showroom hubli.

Worst car delivery experience. Mahindra new to improve a lot. They don't even know how delivery need to be given.worst worst worst. Mahindra need to take a note of this dealership. Don't even know the basic. I'm afraid of going to this dealership. No one cares ther. Zero customer satisfaction.

Shame on you sales representatives! You have lost a sale and a costumer.

One of the most negligent approach! No one was there to guide us towards the vehicle and the details. No test drives given or asked what we needed. Worst experience ever being a enthusiast customer took my parents to plan for the new vehicle but the behaviour of the employees. We just walked out of the showroom in 15min without any details or information. I don’t recommend anyone to visit here

We give our xuv 500 car for service they can't take full care and they want only money they will tell unnecessary to change parts for customers because they want to make big bill so when you give service must ask everything authorized you loss ur money so be careful
