My recent dining experience at Mainland China in was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped in, we were impressed by the warm ambiance and attentive service. Our server displayed an impressive knowledge of the menu, guiding us through the culinary delights on offer. The quick service ensured that we didn't have to wait long to savor the delectable dishes. Now, let me take you through our culinary journey and review each dish.

Lung Fung Soup (5/5) :
The Lung Fung Soup was an absolute delight. Its rich, flavorful broth was a harmonious blend of various ingredients, and every spoonful was a burst of umami goodness. The generous portions of tender chicken and fresh vegetables made it a hearty and satisfying start to our meal. It's a must-try for anyone who appreciates the nuanced flavors of a well-crafted soup.

Ginger Chilli Chicken (5/5) :
The Ginger Chilli Chicken was a true standout. The perfect balance of ginger and chili created a symphony of flavors that danced on the palate. The chicken was impeccably tender, and the stir-fry technique preserved its juiciness. It was a spicy yet addictive dish that had us reaching for seconds.

Egg and Chicken Fried Rice (5/5) :
The Egg and Chicken Fried Rice was a masterclass in wok cooking. Each grain of rice was separate and infused with the smoky essence of the wok. The tender chunks of chicken and scrambled eggs were expertly incorporated, resulting in a fragrant and satisfying dish that paired perfectly with the other items on our table.

Coconut Caramel Custard (5/5) :
To end our meal on a sweet note, we chose the Coconut Caramel Custard, and it was a dessert dream come true. The velvety custard had just the right amount of sweetness, and the caramel drizzle on top added a delightful crunch. The subtle coconut flavor was a pleasant surprise, making this dessert an absolute triumph.

The quick service and the server's expertise in recommending dishes tailored to our preferences elevated our dining experience. Each dish we tried was a masterpiece, showcasing the skill and dedication of the kitchen staff. Without a doubt, I wholeheartedly give this restaurant a 5-star rating and eagerly anticipate my next visit.

Serving fresh vegetables with perfect flavours of sauces and rice and noodles.

For non onion and garlic eaters this can be a good chinese option.

Highlights: Hospitality and service

My recent visit to Mainland China restaurant left me thoroughly impressed. Subrata and Biswajit's service was exceptional, elevating the dining experience. The standout dishes included the succulent Prawn Hargao and the aromatic Basil Chicken Dumplings, both bursting with flavor. The Singaporean Noodles with Soy Garlic Prawns were a symphony of tastes, and I couldn't get enough of them. Lastly they offered some complimentary Jasmine Green Tea which was for me atleast a great way to end the meals.

However, there was a minor letdown with the sushi; it didn't quite meet the high standards set by the other dishes. Nonetheless, the overall experience was fantastic. I would give it a solid 4 out of 5.

The restaurant's ambiance was another highlight. Its beauty and eye-catching decor added to the overall charm of the evening. Mainland China offers a delightful blend of excellent service, a wide array of mouthwatering dishes, and a captivating atmosphere. It's a place I'd happily return to for an enjoyable dining experience.

One of the best places to have wonderful Chinese food and a few Japanese dishes too.
Love the sushi options here but not as authentic as your other Japanese restaurants.
They've restarted their lunch buffet option, which was put on hold for a while now. You have some wonderful options across both Veg and Nonveg categories.
The staff are very kind and well mannered.
The ambience is good, kid friendly too.
Overall a wonderful place.

Very costly compared to taste and ambience. I didn't see Service charge in any hotel, but in this hotel they are charging 10% as service charge, which is unacceptable.

I had a good experience during my visit.was not a planned visit, it started raining all of a sudden and I entered this restaurant for shelter.customer service is really good.there was a cranky customer in the next table and these guys handled him so well.food was decent but it’s on a pricier side though.

We family of 4 recently went for a Sunday lunch buffet.

Excellent service, Accommodative staff, Pleasant ambience and Very good food for a reasonable price.
To name a few starters which we really enjoyed
Non-veg- chicken and spinach in chilli sauce, pan fried fish, chicken drumsticks, chicken momos, seafood wontons.
Veg starters- crispy vegetables, veg momos and veg wontons etc
Chicken soup in the buffet was really good with right amount of spices. But my kids ordered Manchow soup a-la-carte which could have been better. We are yet to explore other items on their a-la-carte menu.

Biswajit is the star performer at mainland china hrbr layout.

Top Class Taste - Chilly Garlic Noodles
My most favourite Veg noodles - their recipe is magic

No where close to Chinese food. But still fine if you are looking for Indian interpretation of Chinese food.

Authentic taste, highly professional staff, and very nice location.
I had lunch buffet, and the seafood starters were amazingly crunchy and delicious. Usually, lunch buffet sessions end at 3.30pm!

Must try crispy corn chilly pepper and Fried rice with edamame.
Been there couple of times for having my favorite crackling spinach starter but was not available.

I like this brand-chain “mainland china”.

Whatever food you order here is always delicious. Highly recommended without a doubt. No matter where you go, the taste is guaranteed. Trust me, you can go and eat. The atmosphere is also good, so it always comes out well when taking pictures.

Not usually crowded on weekdays. Try the appetizers, they're better than many of the main dishes.

We were a little disappointed as we had gone to have the buffet but the same was not available. Something like this can be mentioned on Zomato as most people would turn up for their buffet. The a la carte menu is good with a wide variety. The service was very good.

Mixed Meat Fried rice

Was excellent. Staff collected feedback as well. Happy with my food and experience.

From car parking standpoint if you arrive for dinner during weekdays it is available outside the restaurant or you can park in the nearby.

We had been to this restaurant for lunch today. We had hot & sour chicken soup, garlic chicken, chicken dumplings, Cantonese rice noodles prawn and chicken gravy along, fruit punch to end the meal. I had stomach upset just few minutes after I finished my lunch and stepped into my car. I thought it is just my body reacting to the food. But unfortunately, my wife also started feeling uneasiness in stomach from this evening. If you ask me, I will not go back again because of this experience.

Food was fine but the qty of serving was pathetic. Very expensive. Bill for 2 was 2200. They did not accept Amex as a pyt option. Had to pay by another card. Not acceptable by a brand like them. They shud be ready to accept all pyt methods. No discrimination.

The food was very good and all of us left with a smile.
However there is definitely scope for improvement in the service part. We were waiting for almost 20 mins and asked someone to take our order thrice before someone bothered to take our orders. I would understand if the restaurant was full but it wasn't.
I hope they improve on this.

The service is really slow, noticed many other tables around us as well having to wait long time for their order.
Also the food is not up to the mark as other Mainland China centers, we ordered the roasted lamb that we’ve had multiple times at other centres like Indiranagar branch, but the meat was undercooked and didn’t have flavour. So we were forced to order another item, that is the garlic chili chicken, same there as well.
If you’re wanting to take family & friends who are not from the city, for a good dinner out, then definitely choose some other place.

2 stars for good packaging. If you have expectations that this is authentic chinese you will be disappointed. It is just another Indian-Chinese restaurant with higher price tag.

Bland taste. Poor service. All dishes tasted the same irrespective of their different names. Anything different if we order, the waitors discourage us by saying something bad about the dish. Only the sizzler brownie was good. Overpriced too

Food is so good and so is the service. Lemon coriander soup tasted amazing. Basil Vegetable Dumplings melted in the mouth.

Yesterday we had dined at Mainland China Kammanahalli, Bangalore. The food was good as usual. We are big fans and usually visit them for occasion. This time it was my birthday. However the quality of service was pretty bad. The person taking orders had no suggestions for us and his attitude was not proper for a person to be in hospitality business. At the end we were also not given the corporate discount that we usually get. We even spoke to the manager and he told us that during covid time they are not giving corporate discounts. This sounded strange as we got the same in other restaurants of Specialty Group and we got the corporate discount at the same restaurant earlier. Request all to be careful next time when you visit this place.

Portion size very limited, no value for money, but taste and ingredients used were of good quality

The food was spectacular, all the staff members were wearing double mask and shield, the tables were also well sanitised however the food was just too expensive

One of the neatest and best place to visit during pandemic. Visited today learnt they have all staff vaccinated. Have tables arranged for social distancing and more than anything it's always good food. We need to note Pricing on higher end. Avg 600 per person

Totally disappointed. Starter were served regular even though we ordered large. Rice noodles severed was below par in taste and served cold. Went there with the family. Quantity served was not worth the money. Not a good experience would not go there again.

478 rupees they are charging for veg noodles. But not even giving a tomato sauce. Even a small shop is providing sauce.

The food was really good. It was at the HRBR layout branch. We had some chicken ginger starter and in the main course we had Malaysian chicken. It was really great.

Buffet had a good spread. Dessert variety was limited. I went back after 5 yrs and the food was as tasty as it was earlier.

Food is pretty good. Ordering system is not that good. We have to see the menu by QR scanning, but it is not a friendly user interface. It's just a digital menu. You can't place order there. It's a manual option.

My wife ordered food from mainland china Kalyan nagar, through swiggy. The food got delivered within 45 minutes which is unusual for the four dishes we had ordered.the food did not taste anything like Chinese probably a street vendor would have delivered better tasting meal than this branded outlet.
Anyways left the honest feedback about the meal in swiggy and also called the branch to talk to manager to give the feedback personally. The manager could not track the order we got on the printed bill with the delivery.though he apologised for our bad experience and also offered to resend the order. Something fishy in the whole process, how come a restaurant not be able to track what is getting out of their kitchen.

We felt the outlet is neglecting app based orders and the quality of the food has definitely deteriorated.
We always have had better experience from main land china in Kolkata or central Bangalore (Church street).

Food is fantastic. They serve alcohol no more. But pricy during corona times. Had a nice family time. Recommend Basa fish with honey chilli garlic - this was top class. Never had fish that taste like this.

Starters included Veg / NonVeg soup, Chicken dimsum, Chicken lollipop, Fish item and Prawn item.
There were a lot of items in main course including fish, thai chicken, crab and many veg items.

Deserts had ice cream of 3 flavours. Cake, custard and much more.

Definitely would recommend to someone who loves chinese cuisine.

The Ambience was very good. And the food was awesome. The chicken specially was very good. Also the digital order experience was more of a hit or miss because the tablets used were not responding to touch that much but it is a good concept and allows to see all the bill details before hand. The Hakka noodles are good too.

Brilliant food with great atmosphere! The process of ordering on the tab got confusing at times since it would keep shutting down. The dumplings were delicious. They also have large portion sizes.
