Maiya Multi Speciality Hospital

I have taken treatment with Dr Mahendra Jain, I have seen many doctors in different hospital but Dr Mahendra Jain is the best Doctor and the staffs also very kind in taking care of the patient,
I really thanks to Dr Mahendra Jain for giving me hope.

Good:
1. Treatment was good
2. Caretaker and Nurse are very kind and helpful
3. I gone through all reviews before write my review and seems front desk has been improved now.
Bad:
1. No elevator
2. No parking facilities
3. The junior doctors keep asking what the head doctor told and what medication they given. Patient was unconscious due to medication and cannot remember anything. They should have kept patient full history near the bed or get instructions from nurses not from patient. This one feel likes the infrastructure and quality of doctors they have in here. I can say very (100x) worst.
4. This point is very important if you are visiting gynecologist. The head doctor Sudhamathi was very irritating person i ever seen. I told her i need 5 mins to get to know patient information but she kept walking and say patient is fine. We will explain in summary report when discharge. They want our money but they don’t care about anything else. At first i thought she is going to check another patient but figured out she was rushing to go outside. It’s our rights to ask patient full details and clarify the doubts and she never responded. I am not recommending sudhamathi, better to find in different hospital by reading reviews of the doctor and appointment with them.

Only for doctors behavior i am going with 1 star. We came here to check gynecologist and doctors behavior was worst and only for that reason i am not recommending this hospital.

One more thing i see it cannot be improved sooner. I am living in abroad and whenever visit hospital, from nurses to doctors never use mobile while interrogating with patients and others are not interrupting the conversation but here you all guys know. This feeling i had in Fortis bannargetta road hospital. Even though the doctor was rushing to seminar room, he answered all of our questions and asking do you have anymore questions also asking our permission to leave to room. We need this sort of respect and care doctors in every hospital

Hospital hospitality is very good. Nursing staff also very kind in attending the issues.
Hospital is very clean and hygiene.
Dr. Raghuveer karath is marvelous and super in diagnosing the problem at first visit only and gives proper treatment. We are very happy
with the hospital service.

I dont know about hospital, but the medical shop is worst. The ladies work there always be on phone and they say the tablet are over without even looking into it.
They will be sitting in the corner and ask us from there and they don't even get up from the chair.
Management better change the ladies in medical shop

The hospital hires doctors for night duties paying 1000 rupees by Mr Sheik someone. Probably hiring fake doctors or incompetent ones. Donot visit and risk ur loved one's lives.

Dr Raghuveer Karanth here is a gem. Never prescribes anything unnecessary and very mild medical. Very patiently listens to everything.
The hospital facilities are pretty good.

I would highly recommend Dr. Mahendra Jain (Urologist) for his expertise and professionalism. He is very responsive to all the queries we may have. I am satisfied with the treatment. The hospital staff, nurses and doctors are very caring and courteous.

Worst time sense and long waiting hours for doctors and no turn up of doctors on time regularly. Inexperienced staff and a very casual approach.

This review is only for the gynaecologist who my sister visited Dr sudhamati.she was very rude to her and my mother as well.as a doctor seeing my reports you need to explain me of the condition i am in.what needs to be done or y a particular situation has arrived and not just writing one medicine and asking to go.very horrible experience. U really need to look into this

Had the worst experience. Dr Raghuveer karan is such a unprofessional person. He does not know how to talk to patient or care taker. He literally scream at the patients family members. He does not allow you to ask him any concern or questions. Please avoid this doctor raghuveer karan

Hi Mr Ravi, your response, seems like a justification that a doctor can talk rudely to anyone and a personal attack. Everyone on this platform is educated and is aware about how busy a doctor life is. I had not approached doctor to know the patient condition from start or his progress, that day the patient had got a severe allergic reaction to a new medicine which was administered to him last night, and the pain the patient was undergoing was unbearable, so with due respect I had approached the doctor to know about the current situtation. Being from a medical field I do understand a doctors responsibilty. In India people keep doctor next to God. And in return we do expect the same respect. Also seems like your staff makes a note on who is visiting the patient which day, 1st or 13th day. I have been visiting this hospital from past 30years n dint expect this. I posted my review with my own personal experience unlike the response which seem personal attack. Thanks for your response Mr. Ravi.

It was an excellent experience in this hospital. I was well educated with regard to the advantage of this vaccine & the after effects of the administration by Mr. Rajiv. Hats off to him in particular. Thanks for the same.

Best treatment and food is little bad but still they provide good food based on patients need and i took treatment in other hospital but i was not better taking that and i feel recovered getting admitted to this hospital and thanks for all the care and treatment

Very good hospital and I got recovered very soon with in 2 days and I suggest others also to take treatment from this hospital and doctor and staff and all the health department works provide good and quality care and show us great love and care

Hi Everyone, 10 days of COVID19 experience, Oh god when I was admitted, my condition was very critical, my Saturation level was below 70% it seems, my 50% lungs was affected. But these Doctors took just 10days to make me a normal man, Thank you all.
My special thanks to Dr. Srinivas, Dr, Sridhar and Dr. Kiran. And lastly their is one Care taker in ICU, What an amazing lady.she took care like my mother and she use to call me putta or magane

Maiya multispeciality hospital is strategically located in south Bangalore near Ashoka pillar a famous n well known landmark in south Bangalore
At present this hospital is serving only COVID-19 patients of all stages of the disease
With relatively good infrastructure n backed by various specialists under the guidance of Dr Sridhar
Supporting him intensivist Dr srinivas et al
Nursing staff is supportive n helpful n cuurteous
In my opinion this hospital is doing a great service to the COVID 19 patients
In true sense this hospital is real front line COVID 19 warrior side
I thank them all n hope they continue to provide best services by overcoming minor lapse in the service angle

Very very worst hospital in bangalore. Dr sudhamathi kannan is more worst. Receptionist is utmost worst. They r very irresponsible and money minded.

Good set of doctors. Decent rooms. Quick help. Very helpful Nurves and they are also professional. Thank you.

These guys really need to pull up their socks!

The front desk staff, are useless and totally unprofessional. They take their own sweet time to process things. I got my discharge summary 4 days after I left the hospital that is, after multiple reminders.
They are quick to take payments but very slow to give you bills or discharge summary.
Also even after filling up the birth certificate form in BLOCK letters they managed to make a spelling mistake, this shows how serious they are about things.

They should understand that they are the first person anyone meets when they enter the hospital. That's how important they are to the hospital!

The insurance person is of very little help and will make you wait to process the documents.
The documents for cashless claim was sent 1 week after admission and 3 weeks later the documents still haven't reached the insurance company. When asked they say they have sent the documents.
Maybe because of the above mentioned reason the documents have been sent late to the insurance company.

I really won't recommend this place to anyone only because of the lethargic attitude of the front desk staff.

I see the hospital is only replying to all the 5 and 4 star review.
Let's see if they even try acknowledge this problem.

Simply amazing hospital. Great doctors with abundance experience. Dr Prabhakaran an Oncology surgeon is a superb doctor and a great human being. Their priority is "patients first". One can sense their love for service for the humanity. Same is the attitude of each and every staff of the hospital. To be honest in this era where you find most of the hospitals money minded, you wont find a hospital like this.

Service is good and care by the staff is good. Physician Dr. Raghuveer meant is an excellent doctor.

Dr. Prakesh more experienced child specialist retd. Professor diagnosis baby problem very well and give only required medicine. He will give good guidance for parents too. He takes our phone no.to monitor baby health conditions which is very rare in doctors community.

Not good hospital to consult. Very poor maintenance & doctors almost junior. My grand-mother was in good condition & only hemoglobin was low.the treatment went very wrong way & we lost her. Never expected.

Hospital ok but lab facility not good.always late coming lab technician waiting more time.very bad experience so many time

My mother was suffering from highfever and got admitted here for the treatment. Even after 5 days at hospital the doctors were not able to identify the cause even after doing all the tests. They were giving the medication based on the assumptions just by saying it might be this and that without trying to identify the problem and they have injected 24 bottles of glucose as they don't know how much should give later on fever turns to pneumonia and after that started breathing problem and overall treatment has given by
Dr. Raguveer karanth he such a worst doctor if we kept her on same hospital for another 1 or 2 days we would have lost my mother later we forcefully shifted to another hospital.

Very poor condition, No insurance facility. OPD somehow can be managed but admission I will not recommend.

A family member was suffering from highfever and got admitted here for the treatment. Even after 8 days at hospital the doctors were not able to identify the cause even after doing all the tests. They were administering the medication based on the assumptions (just by saying it might be this and that without trying to identify the root cause). We forcefully shifted to Mallya hospital and there Dr Chowti treated and discharged in 2 days of time.

Small nursing home, clean and good nursing and other services. They won't do unnecessary tests and treatment

Pathetic service. I lost my father due to their negligence. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. They could not even diagnose a condition at the right time.

I had called the receptionist for appointment, she was rude and kept my call on hold and disconnected, anyhow doctor's are very good and experienced, hospital management must replace the receptionist.

My sister was admitted due to dengue and over all treatment was very satisfactory. Dr Raghuveer karanth was just amazing doctor.we got to know this hospital from our family member and i should thankful to them.after few days I went to insurance desk for help for medical bill claims and hospital was not having our insurance in their list.
. There i met person named Katrine, she guided me so nicely and patiently.even though after hospital got all payments and I'm not more needed, katrine was just so pleasent in her approach and made my work so easy my sinciere guidance. I never even ever seen such kind of cooperative insurance staff in any other hospital.my sinciere request is to pass the message to the person who is sitting in ground floor insurance desk.
