Make Over Studio

Did not have the best of service today as I was hoping to since makeover studio never disappointed me. The beautician was very rash and I had to leave with bleeding underarms. Gave her the feedback as well as to the ladies on the reception. No one bothered to even apologize and give a remedy. Really didn't expect this experience at all today

Today I went for hydrafacial. I had good experience and she explained very well before starting the service. And customer support also very good

I love their service. Special mention to Neelam, who is well experienced in threading, waxing, facial etc. Not expensive like other salons

I had a wonderful experience here with their excellent and heart warming service and quality. Rachel who did my color did a remarkable job. You have a wonderful team and keep up the good work

Services are good behaviour of artists are well but the charges what written online they are charging more than that I have checked online rates and gone directly but they have taken more amount that is embarassing me.

Overall good. Crowded during prak hours. Road side parking available for cars (limited). Bike parking available. Employees treat customers well where's manager behind the counter is arrogant.

Nice place for a hair cut. Experienced guys running the shop. A little expensive compared to commercial shops. Also car parking is a little difficult. Bikes parking is not an issue. They do all kinds of beauty services.

Professional and friendly staff. Clean and well maintained place. Have been going from the past year and I'm really happy with the service.

I book an appointment in the morning after enquiring on the price of waxing. They called me back to confirm the cost would be xyz. But at the moment after availing the service they say the service invoice rounds upto 3/2 of the cost conveyed in the morning. Those are things you do feel sorry about but also you need to make up for it after all it was your mistake and not mine. My first experience was pathetic and ruined.

Very well maintained, neat and clean but very expensive.kids haircut is 300 which used to be 200 year ago.

This studio charges more money to cheat customers. Always try to charge more in one or other way. I had taken coloring, manicure and pedicure. They charged me 500 rupees extra just to blow dry hair which is supposed to be included in coloring price. They are rude and adamant and don't care what customers feel. They just want your money.

I took hair smoothing service today and I must tell the service was fab.
Roshni is my fav hair stylist always, as I have got done quite a lot of service from her.

Fantastic service by Maria… I went along with a friend and while she got the bridal package, I got the diamond facial, and detanning and it was really great.

Should see if the facial causes a reaction to my sensitive skin though

Today I had been to makeover studio for facial. I paid 1500 for facial but not upto the mark. I am not happy. Generally I use to go to Near my parlour for facial just 500 rs.its lookbetter than this. Makeover very expensive.

It was a bful experience with Mrs Suprina n Madam Poornima services. Got a clean up, waxing, pedicure n Dtan from Mrs Suprina which she did so well. Later hair spa was done by Poornima which was a relaxing experience. N last bt not d least bful ambiance.

I am delighted by the service provided by MOS. Maria who attended me is very friendly staff and her work is really amazing keep up with the good work and thank you Maria for making me look good️

Arrogant behaviour of the female section receptionist of the branch Mathikere! She is not cooperative to the customer rather no warm facial expression!
She started calling thata and ajji (grandma and grandpa) to the customers rather than calling sir/madam which would not at all sound professional! No bill was given for the amount paid! Fully suspicious behaviour from the receptionist! She'll neva ask the person who accompany to sit till the service gets over! No hospitality at all! Will never visit this salon due to grimmed facial expression on customers!
She asks what service is required rather than showing the menu! Terrible experience in terms of customer treatment from the receptionist!
Now looking at my review you may come up saying we have not found you in records. So, kindly look into the book that we write our number and name as soon as the customer enter a salon. My name is Anagha and do have a look into the records!
Services taken from my end is foot reflexology, upper lip waxing! No bill was given and the amount that i paid was around 600 another day hair styling of rs 850 and another day back massage and threading of 630 and for men of around 900, no Bills are given!
I will never go wrong in writing review and you please don't come up saying we have not found you in records!
Consider this as a feedback and work on training your receptionist well if possible in terms of hospitality so that you don't lose your upcoming customer!

I usually cross by this makeover studio but I taught they may be very pricey but my guess was wrong when I visited and availed their service I was blown away by the service and the charges they gave best service at very nominal price I tuk their haircut and few more service my haircut was done by a stylist ms. Rosemary she did my haircut at world class best and I was keep on staring at my face in mirror she just transformed me like a model to my surprise all the staffs are so so so lovable and kept my 2 yr old daughter entertained n caring for 1.5hrs throughout the session. If ur looking for best salon in banglore and this is it even if u travel from any part of Bangalore it's totally worth it. Also they gave us discount they have this month. We are so happy with the money we spent in a right way.

Facials is good, the beautician explained the steps properly and and it's effect, lov etge work of Suprina, but didn't like the rude attitude of the cashier/manager, not at all hospitable and very cold lady. Doesn't know how to treat customers.

Dont visit. Highly expensive. Fees are unreasonable.

Worst experience. Highly expensive. Not worthy. Please dont visit this salon. Hair colouring is charged 800 rupees. Totally unreasonable and even i suggest my other friends nearby not to use this salon service at all.

Courteous staff, stylist groom per your requirement. I trust my beard and hair grooming with their stylist. I certainly would recommend MOS.

Staff are not permanent. They keep changing. Today if one guy treats me next time he wont be available.

I have done my haircut.asked for layered cut but there is no difference at all. I just felt I trimmed my hair and it wasn't properly done. Not satisfied

Reasonable equipments, however getting a haircut here is just like any other place. The main guy there just does what you ask him to, with rajinigandha in is mouth, just nodding his head for anything you say. Definitely not worth it.

Amazing service, very hygenic. I loved it nd would like to visit all the time I need a parlour. You should try once.

Had a terrible experience with men's haircut over here. But the management (Mr. Naresh) is very responsive to consumer complains and are very keen to fix any shortcomings. Cheers to the good team!

I’m a regular customer here. And I must say their service of head massage is an amazing one! I suggest you drop in here once for a head massage and experience it personally.

I visited this place for the first time after getting good reviews from my friends. Must say, it's a clean place with really good service. Tara was very sweet n good in her service. I would like to visit again for sure.

I went two days before and get my hair cutted. Staff don't understand English, I said something and he did like what I don't want to. It was a worst experience. Ambience is good.
