Food price is too High but food quality is very very BAD. Also they didn't providing Drinking (hot) water. Don't try this restorant.

Very Horrible restaurant, we ordered kerala porotta, chappathi, paneer and chicken. The porotta was very very bad and curry was not fresh, they used same gravy for chicken and paneer. They took more 30 minutes to serve these things. If anybody eat from here, they feel bad about kerala. And the food was so expensive. Even we are ready to bare the Expensive but give us good quality foood. കേരളത്തെ പറയിപ്പിക്കാൻ വേണ്ടി. I don't know how they got the best hotel Award. I don't know how they are making profit, I think some other dark businesses are going on this place where this hotel may be a mask for that.

The food here is average and overpriced. The service was very poor and it's having a bad ambience with a uncomfortable seating area

The service is very poor. Even for a single lemon tea they make the customers to wait for one hour. Please don't choose this restaurant.

The person who looked like the supervisor was arrogant and irresponsible. He didn't attend us though there were only a few customers. He was acting as if he was giving free food for us.

I had a kizhi biryani. That wrapped in a Banana leaf as almost took 1 hour to serve

First visit was so good in less than a week I went to here again. Its One place I could finally find with Appam and coconut milk. All dishes were authentic in taste. My first time visits was so satisfying.
The next visit I had is exactly opposite in experience. Literally they scared me that I'll never visit again. Served cold and stale food.

I visited at 2 pm today, ordered and had to wait more than 40 mins to be served with food but my wife's order was missed, the person who took the order had made a mistake. The fish curry meal was a disaster. I finally also had to pull the cashier from kitchen to pay for my order. Very bad food and also bad service

Went there on month of August, 2021. Kerala authentic sounding meal that's part of their menu was brought on some sort of white plate you'll find in college mess. Another pathetic part was the pomfret meen "polichuthu". I bet I've never seen a fish being presented to you in such a pathetic manner. Verdict - there are way better Kerala restaurant in the region that you can try instead of this.

Kerala style food. Very good for meat and fish eaters. Limited options for vegetarians. The vegetable stew was very good but the mixed vegetable dish was not. Good appam and wheat parotha.

It's a place which always crowded and food taste is good but the service time is a bit too much. If you are hungry and need a urgent service this is not the place you should look for. It's a family restaurant. Ambience is good.

Overall a good experience

Had ordered kappa and fish curry via swiggy, the food we received was stale, the kappa was literally stinking. That's so unprofessional of them to serve stale food to customer. Never ordering from here again.

Not authentic. At all. Food doesn't smell or taste fresh. The appams are hard, the parotta was undercooked and the chicken curry tasted like chandna curry. I definitely wouldn't put my money on this again.

Good place to eat kerala dishes, quantity is less compared to others restaurants. Can be improved services a bit. Shapp curry is a waste doesn't have the flavour as expected.

WILL NEVER RECOMMEND. Me and my brother was dinning in and ordered, 1 Biriyani, 1 Pothi porotta and a starter along with 2 tea. There was hardly 5 customers apart from us. The waiter took the order and we have to almost wait 15 mints to get the starter for us and Another 15 mints to give us the rest of the order. Tea which i ordered was not delivered to inspite of Reminding 3 times. So total 30 mints to get the food. And. The waiters gave us the wrong starter. Neither waiter or the management never cared or came near us asking for anything else.soso sad.else.

Malabar Bay is the place to drop by for some lip smacking Kerala food at reasonable prices. Their service is a tad bit slow, but it is definitely worth the wait. Must tries are their appams, prawn pulichathu, Thilly Babycorn and their thalis.

I ordered on swiggy. Appams were inedible.extremely dry and rubbery. Iddiappam small and dry. Veg stew is ginger stew.terrible.lacks both in quality and quantity. Terrible food! Beware

Had a beautiful dining experience. Was able to salvage every bit of the fusion trends and it was almost like an explosion of flavours in my mouth. My favourite is the special malabar chicken curry with their porottas. Their online delivery was prompt and efficient. Definitely ordering from here again. Kudos to the entire team.

Went and had their kothuporotta and just loved it a lot. Would definetly recommened this place to my friends and family.

Went there in the morning. I was the only person in for dine in at around 9am.
Not complaining during the covid times.

Terrible service. No one will care for you if there are more customers. They take order and after 1 hour they will let you know that it is not available. Better look for some other restaurant.

If you are a malayali looking for good sadhya, this place helps you. Sadhya is so sumptuous. You can opt for chicken or fish sadhyas too. Mackerel fry at this place will be a great.

This used to be my favorite restaurant.but the quality of food and the service is getting worse day by day. I ordered fish last time when I visited. It was half fried.the number of items in their veg meal is getting reduced. But the price remains same

Very nice place. You will get delicious kerela food with different varieties. For north India people who don't like kerela food may got bad experience.

Really bad experience. All of us who had food from the restaurant on Dec 25th suffered from food poisoning. Kind advise - please stay away from alfaham chicken or any other non vegetarian food in this restaurant.

Just tried having good Kearela food and visited Malabar Bay, leave about the food there was wearst service and thy didnt even took the order for 30 min and finally had to leave the restaurant.

I went Malabar Bay with my Husband.
We are (Me & My Hubby) crazy about Biryanis so we usually try different-different style biryani.
This time we ordered Malabar Mutton Biryani and Pepper fry chicken.
It was below average in taste. We didn't like anything here.
It was overpriced also.
Service was slow.
Staff behavior is OK.
Ambience is good.

Lack of staff caused a lot of delay, due to which food quality was terrible. Had to literally cancel few orders.

In case you want to spend some good time with your nearest people, probably u can plan to visit the place and get some good time spent.
Make sure you are comfortable with a 21st century attire of pubs and the availability of foods and beverages too.

We get many continental and Chinese also Indian food also. They mostly provide Indian in that mainly South Indian. Its quite expensive for an average earning person and its fine to have food from here once in a while. A biriyani that too chicken costs 150-200₹ and there is not much quantity. Talking about the quality and taste its okay and is not very delicious but okay. There is also student offer to all students of Christ. Their service is good and it's nice. Payment can be done through paytm debit card as well as cash.

Delicious food with normal rates and nice area I loved it the interior the service the food and all a decent place to go for with family and with bae too I loved it hope I guys too love it enjoy fooodddd
