Same as any other Malabar. The charges are extreme of about 25%. Learnt a lesson of never spend 20% of purchase price for making charges

Nice collections and good designs are available here. But they don't entertain bargaining and making charges is very high. Few times I see employees hesitate to show different kind of designs as they feel irritated if we ask to show more designs. Good parking facility is available.

Worst experience I have visited two times last year one time and this year one time (2022) both the time they were not switched ON the AC even I asked them they told AC is not working. Is it really need one year to repair the AC?

The showroom is very good spacious but the customer handling is not up to the mark, they will explain little bit about products, they won't explain fully, so we have to ask questions to them. Then only they will explain, i purchased 18 KT rose gold chain in ZOUL collection, it was a very good product i never seen before in any jewellery, you can visit for all types of gold, silver and diamond ornaments,

Probably the best place to buy jewelry all over the world because of its one rate one indha scheme, making charges are quite high but that depends on the design selection. It's been great experience with each visit and staff and manager are super friendly. To compare with other stores making charges are as low as it can be. To My experience it's always worth the visit.

Worst Experience. Making charges for even simple designs are too high. Attitude of few of the staff / Manager not good. Mask compliance is worst. Manager is keen in telling to compare outside rates even though everyone knows jewels are not standard items which cannot be compared. Even when we decided not to buy there, they were not even ready to listen to us. Major Brand player in Jewellery segment but the name is getting damaged by few people who doesn't bother about sales / losing customers.

The worst gold shop in tumkur.and it always make me disappoint.in there making charges we can buy some grams of gold in other shop.and they never stand by there own words and always try to cheat there customer.i don't know all Malabar shops or like dis or only tumkur Malabar is like dis.the staff will be not knowing any details of the schemes and will give fake information and later they will tell something else which will be not relatable for the first time what they have said and mainly most disappointed about making charges. It is tooooooo high and i always have the worst experience in this Malabar.

Tumkur team of Malabar Gold is very customer friendly which impressed me on my first visit. Especially my hearty appreciation to Vinod and Sharath who are very customer centric and helpful in fulfilling the need of customers. We were not attended by any body at the showroom and while exiting they apologized and told staff shortage. This is unprofessional. Please make necessary arrangement during rush hours and don't give chances to critically review by customers as customer's time is money now days and bad review multiplies faster.
