Here is the overall feedback of our recent experience with Mallige Hospital.

The Good:
* The nurse, ward boy and cleaner all were gem and a professional. Never they once got angry or was rude. They were a true professionals.
* These staff was available round the clock and they do visit frequently. They are also immediately available when you press the alarm.
* The room and wash room were clean.
* They did change the beddings and bed spreads daily.
* The food and juices that was given to patients were good and timely.

Not so good or requires improvement:

* The insurance team attitude towards addressing the queries. In our case they were not clear and not really helpful.
* The receiptionist when highlighted about an issue with a billing for diet that was not provided they just told me to go round and round to speak to someone else.
* I was informed since we have corporate insurance then they have charged admission fees of 1200+.
The options for attenders at the canteen is way too limited and there are no nearby hospitals at all.

Over all hospital is good treatment is excellent. Nurse and ward support is excellent.reshma.surendra. Prasanna all are goods.

Emergency department, their night duty doctors and ward boys! Worst service! They don't know how to behave or respond to patient attenders and still behave as if they are the owners of the hospital. Ward boys are so lazy to provide a wheel chair. Such careless department and are accredited by NABH! Please avoid this hospital emergency dept.in case you are in an emergency! Pathetic service and center heads don't even respond to the complaints!

Mallow hospital is very good hospital.
Doctors and staffs team is amazing.
Previous when my mom admitted here that time everything is good. Yesterday my mother is calling the sister so many times no one is coming, staffs are not botherd about my mother.

Shilpa sister is on duty simply I ask her name.
But now staff are suffering from the nursing superintendent orders.i heard there.
Nurses are heart of the hospital, so many staffs are left the hospital for this reason.old good staffs are left the hospital means care is also not good.

Dr Srinath ji at Malege is one of the best dental Doctor in Bangalore who is widely respected country wide for his Profesional intigrity, medical knowledge and honesty.
He is also professor of Dentistry.

His clinic is fully equipped with all ultra-modern equipments including rotating dental X-RAY, his clinic carries out all dental procedures with utmost precision and he has highly trained junior doctors and staff. Who talk to patients very respectfully.

And patients are extremely happy.

Dr Srinath beside being a highly expirenced and competent doctor he is a very good human being who will just not straight go for tooth extraction but try Other treatments.

I have a very good expirence with Dr Sinath who extracted my tooth without much pain and smoothly.and at a reasonable cost.

His charges are also reasonable but he is also a considerate human being who in special cases reduces his Profesional charges.

Above all, after the procedure he and his doctors share their mobile no with patients and will attend the calls and advice accordingly.

I highly recommend Dr Stinath"s clinic for all types of dental procedures.

No Vidal Insurance here in this hospital. Dont know why? Most of the MNC companies and IT companies have tied up only with insurance companies.

In terms of hygiene, Mallige hospital exceeds among many hospitals in Bangalore… Very good team of Doctors.
Scope for improvement: : People crowd like a ‘Market’ in front of ICU which needs to be really addressed.
They should also restrict No of visitors to wards… as of now ‘no silence zones’ in hospital… All floors very noisy. Washrooms need to be maintained well.

Specialist Doctors available and the way doctors, nurses and sisters treat patients is wawooo. I didn't see such caring hospital before.

Worst staff in OPD. Very unprofessional. They are not concerned about patient. I wanted to meet a doctor and it was urgent. They straight away said that the doctor is not available. But when my wife called up and said strongly that it's an emergency, then they casually say to come down by 10 am. Still no guarantee that we can get to see the doctor. More than anything, it's the 'Why should I care' attitude which is hurting. The people associated with medical care should be sensitive towards the patients who have placed their trust on the hospitals. But staff like this, the best doctor in the world would not be able to do any good.

This hospital is not caring for the patient properly when we say them to change the patients dress also they don't care and they don't leave anyone near the patient not even the attender should be there and this hospital does not provide food for the patient at a proper time.even the doctor are not careful with the patient doctors don't visit there hospital only nurses take care by government more medicine and the hospital just works for money and do not care for patients the doctor are not even ready to come to the hospital they saw we will come at 5 and 6 and 7 they keep on chanting time doctors don't have punctuality

I am extremely happy and very thankful for all the support provided by the staff and also the doctors are well experienced and strongly recommend to others to go for treatment.

Dr. Srinath sir is very positive and extremely experienced. Had a complicated dental surgery but the doctor team did it very well. Godbless you all. Thank you so much.

By Hospital standards, I find Mallige, spotlessly clean! It is no small achievement to have a cockroach free environment! Kudos to the Mallige team, an extremely friendly lot!
Kumar of Physio therapy is excellent! He is the BEST- disciplined, strict, & never short changes the schedule!

Mr Ibrahim the manager is also very good! Always has patient interests at heart, & always provides a patient hearing!

Pap Smear is taken here in a modern technology compared to the traditional and outdated method of a wooden spatula, a brush which is so uncomfortable and painful. The current method via a cervical brush is so convenient and so much advanced Model.

No Vidal Oriental Insurance is accpeted in this hosital. Most of the MNC corporates own this Insurance finding difficulty to go for cash less treatment. Why cant hospital tie up with Vidal oriental insurance company?

Best hospital in bangalore.
Very good Highly experienced team of doctors and nurses.specifically Dr M Ataullah khan, is one of best highly qualified and well experienced Pulmonolgist. Excellent Diagnosis and advanced treatment.

Few other best doctors in Mallige are Dr Dheeraj, Dr Krishna Reddy, Dr Suraj, Dr Purshotham.
Nursing staff and front office staff are very good.

One of the affordable hospital in Bengaluru with all facilities. Senior doctors are excellent in giving motivation and treating the patient as per their comfort level. Nephrology section is too good. Dr Satish, Dr Sreedhar and their team is excellent. Even Dr. Purushottam is also excellent in treating the patients. Thank you

My wife was admitted in Mallige Hospital for palliative chemotherapy as patients of Dr Pallavi K. R. / Dr Rudresh. The entire admission process starting from insurance pre-authorisation, admission and discharge was excellently and most efficiently handled. Although a small hospital no doubt compared to the larger hospital and so called super-speciality clinics the attention we received here was far better than what we found elsewhere. My wife who has been combatting her disease since 3 years in other hospitals and under consultation of other specialists was extremely happy with the doctors and staff here at Mallige Hospital.

Mrs Nandini is taking treatment at Mallige medical centre since may 2020 every month and every month we are admitting for Day care. Doctors and staff and insurance department personal have been most co operative to our situation.

We find this experience as satisfactory.

Had a health check up at this hospital; although it seems like a small facility, but is very efficiently run; is very neatly and hygienically maintained as well.
Would especially like to mention Ms. Yashoda, who helped me very diligently and efficiently across so many tests and consultations. She was quite professional and informed in the way she helped me through the day.

Hospital is good. Last month my brother admitted in ground floor. Shashi Kumar under Dr. Ravindra and underwent Surgery by Dr srinath. The Doctor care is good and floor in charge name Prasanna coordinated well and gaves us good vibes daily and even nursing care is good.

Taken appointment of Dr Darshan Krishnappa on 12th Feb 2022 at 4: 30PM. I came by 4: 20PM and waited till 5: 39PM. Staff from ultra came and told to postponed the appointment.

When staff is speaking to the Dr. Darshan, I heard that how many patient and staff replied one patient. Then Dr Darshan told to postponed the appointment.

Dropped in for my Covid test and dr consultation, was amazed with the service and professionalism. To my surprise had Rajshri at reception and she recognised me. Her attitude was very customer focussed, professional and responsive, is to down to training post feedback or was it one of those days on my previous visit?

Had been recently for consultation with Dr. Ramesh Jois. All the OPD staff were very courteous. Proper seating arrangement was there with decent COVID compliant distancing.

Thought the hospital is a bit old, they are making sure to keep up their reputation.

One coordinator Mr. Hussein was very polite & had the patience to listen to every patient's personal needs.

The service was absolutely great; the nurses were so amiable and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend this hospital for anybody who wants a little bit of home with them at a hospital

Amazing hospital and amazing care by nursing staff. I got operated for hernia. I had severe pain and wasn't able to control the pain but with the help of Dr. Shantala maam, Dr. Krishna Reddy Sir I got immediate care and got operated within 45 minutes. Thanks Mallige team. ️️️

Such disrespectfull lady staff you have in your internal lab who raises her voice to a customer who was in trouble for a mistake done by your staff. Over phone she raises her voice and speak to a customer and abuses him.

Recently I was tested COVID positive and got admitted to Mallige Hospital, I was treated by
Dr. T. S. Ravindra and Dr. Arjun and his team. Proper medication and treatment was given to me which made me to recover at the earliest. I would recommend Dr. TSR and Dr. Arjun and his team. Overall hospital staff and nurses take good care of patients

Very well managed vaccine center, little slow, go early as 9 am to collect token even if your time slot is late at the day, they don't see timeslot allocated in cowin.

Best hospital in Bangalore. Dr mahesh is the best surgeon I have seen, nice treatment and wonderful amenities. Rangaswamy is really a wonderful manager came and spoke to us still we got discharged. Recommend this hospital.

Took my daughter for her knee injury, was asked to take xray, after xray was asked by ortho dr prescription to get plaster paid around 900/- at hospital pharma, upon getting plaster in casualty they told to get a different plaster, the staff took it directly to dr and after fixing plaster was told to pay 3900 around, (jump of 3000) then was told to pay dr fee 4000 +1100 some application fee, why this fee was not told to us in advance, they had no answer, overcharging without informing patients in advance. When we took firm stand and were on verge of calling legal help, they said don't pay the fee.

took my daughter to a different ortho for second opinion, we removed plaster in just 5-6 days, she is able to walk there was no need of plaster in first place. We lost around 3900 plaster price as it was not required

Well, I feel Mallige Hospital is one of the best in Bangalore. Management people are good and the Doctors are Phenomenal. "A Special Thanks to Dr. Vishal Nayak" (very kind, avoids unnecessary visits and very supportive, coz of which I could get my sister al the way from Hyderabad for treatment jus by his support), Dr. Prabhudev Salanki who really took very good care of my sister too.

Doctors who have lots of patience to answer all of the queries that we have and well experienced too. I would like to refer to this hospital to others.

The best of the treatment available. Wonderful team of doctors with very good nursing staff. Co-ordinated very nicely through every stage of treatment. Not to forget Dr. Ravindra and Mr. Rangaswamy-GM who Help a lot to me have guided us and taken care the problem created by Mr. Atul in the Insurance Desk.

I had to admit my wife early in the morning, the doctor responded to our call soon and explained to us the status of my wife and baby. The nurses assisted my wife very well. The post operative was also remarkable.

I was visiting India and had “frozen shoulder”. To my luck I got to Mallige hospital through a friends referral for physiotherapy.
Met with Mr Kumar- the physiotherapist, his services were excellent and I was very pleased with his work and advice. He is a very pleasant, gentle person who provided excellent work and his therapy speaks for itself.
Also Dr Mutho the Ortho surgeon performed manipulation and the results were more than satisfactory.

Exemplary hospital, patients are taken good care. My friend was admitted in ICU after the accident, he was taken care extremely well by nurses and doctors. All our queries were handled nicely by Manager Rangaswamy.
