The worst place to order food, we had ordered food for 20 members, the mushroom biriyani was flavourless, bland, no spice no flavour, contrary to that the andhra pappu was very spicy unable to keep it in your mouth, the maddur vada was very hard, after eating mysore pak your throat begins ittiching, the kara boondi was soft as though it was many days old, these people are cheaters, we got embracced in front of the guests for serving such a food, the street eateries are much more better than this malige idli factory.

Nostalgic is all I could feel during my visit. I was a carefree lad when my granddad and I used to get our special Sunday feast from "Mallige Idli Food Factory" over a Bajaj Chetak decades ago in kilograms, a ritual for me that was long forgotten was awakened.

I visited this place early than most before their breakfast and I was welcomed with a cautious supervisor who delightfully served my order. Mallige Idli and the iconic chutney with their dal still tastes exactly same it did decades ago.

The mild tartness in their idli and a captivating chutney is the trademark of this factory and is their USP, it will also act as the reason for me to visit again. Their "Mentya bath" is NOT filled with oily-spicy punch but a subtle flavorful treat.

Unfortunately the service for retail customer isn't established well, management should consider opening space to serve those customers who visit in retail capacity. A proper dining place at the terrace or around the vicinity of kitchen will seal the deal.

Rest assured it's a healthy breakfast option I would revisit again when time calls for.

Good hygienic food for all occasions, the staffs were very accomodative on my last minute request and fulfilled the order on time.

Worst catering service, i have ordered food for 25 people, theu told it will serve 30 people, but it was sufficient only for 15 people. They delivered in two wheeler and charged ₹70 for 3 kms. Don't get cheated by this catering service.

Great food quality and taste. I gave order for North Karnataka style food for my house warming function. Everyone liked the food and the taste of it. Huran Holige was really good.

I ordered food from this place as he is a Satya Sai Baba devotee.
The food was ordered for children below 10 years of age group who were learning Karnataka classical music along with their parents. And this information was provided to him.
But the quality of the food was pathetic, compared to the price he is charging.
Once Mr. Kalyana Raman took the order, he never bothered to take the call.
The food arrived late.
The advance amount he took for vessels was cleared after 2 days after repeated follow up.
Never expected this from Satya Sai Baba devotee.

They came without uniforms, served with bare hands, arrogant behaviour and unprofessional. Don’t risk your occasions by using such low level caterers. These guys outsource servers and those people are not clean.

Nice food, very genuine people. I highly recommend them to be tried.rest their food quality will speak for itself.

I have been ordering food here from past 5 years and they are not only reasonable but extremely tasty food.

Mallige idli is a type of sponge sticky idli found mainly in Tamilnadu. God help those who love it.

Worst catering service i have ever seen in my life, unprofessional and unethical people. You order food for lunch and they will send for breakfast and will argue saying that the mistake is from our side.

If you want to feed cold food to your guest then order from these people

Chutney and sambar not included with chutney. 1 idli along with chutney and sambar costs Rs. 24. Very bad‍️

Sambar is not good. Mallige idly is very hard can't eat after it become cold. Bisi bele bath was ok.pongal, Kesri bath and vada was good.

Idli, Coconut Chutney, Sambaar, Shyavige and Vade are the delicacies I've tasted here.

I request everyone whoever is reading my review please don't give business as the owner is fraud and he will trick u by talking nice but it is not worth for the money which you give, he will make money even in God's prasadam he is money minded not good deed minded, hence I request all public to not give him any business instead give business to any small eatery, it is my personal experience sharing with you thank you.

Brilliant place for bulk orders. There's dine in as well but well known for their bulk orders. Very well maintained place and staff. Mallige idly is a bliss with the chutney they serve. Very cheap as well. Eating two of it will surely fill your stomach

Seriously taste is horrible.
I had booked catering for the college function for farewell.
This is my personal experience it was a year ago they simply say they have export quality food and all but in reality the taste was not at all good. Even today after a year my friends and teachers say food was not good reminding me again.
My personal opinion please don't fall for this.
And price is also not worth it.

We ordered catering service from here for our daughter's birthday, very nice food, very polite people, good place for vegetarian food.

We hired them for a marriage cooking. I want to give 5star for the food, It was really awesome. Taste was nice better than lot of well known veg catering services. The service was one of the worst I have ever seen. They had only 6 people to serve for 150 people dinning hall. It took 15mins for serving the last row people not once or twice but till the whole crowd finished their dinner. They had their spl Mallige idly which is a big idly but they are giving sambar which not be sufficient to eat 1/4 od that everyone had ask them twice when they were serving for the first time. There are lot of other things in the service area but as I said before the food was really good. When you hire them make sure they are bringing more people for serving.

From the Workers to the management, we aims at caters the good authentic south / north Indian food.

Management/entire cook team might have changed. It's not the taste earlier it used to be. Instead of going to this hotel we can try in other places. Today I tasted here after a long time it seems to be very different cook team. Now there is no item called Mallige Idli, for normal idli they will say as Mallige Idli. I felt they are lying normal idli as Mallige Idli. Felt even the quality is not good.

The best of the softness of soft idli available here for reasonable price. 12/idli.
