The reference range and test reports are eratic. It doesn't follow local standard (forget about international standard.)
They outsourced all the lab tests to Bangalore or to some other labs in shimoga with higher margin and there is a huge queue even for payment
What is worst, evenwhen the labs in the remotest villages give reports within 24 hours this lab people ask a minimum of four days for simple Harmon test reports
It is a wonder to know still patients visit this lab for tests.

Worst place! Almost 6 to 7 hours will take for endoscope! Poor management! For endoscope they will ask to come with empty stomach! And they start procedure at 11 am! Sugar patient will die here only! They don't think about patients! Rude staff and poor management!

The worst diagnostic centre I went to several times They charge high in price but are not maintained in the scanning section especially for ladies. They took scanning men and women in the same section, they have not cleaned towels and bedsheets for patients The same cloth has been used for everyone, they don't know word cleanliness it seems, that too bedsheet is too wet because of jel they used apply on patients, that has been use again on another patient which can be cause infection from to another. They have one toilet in one floor that's not good for any big diagnostic centre. It seems if we go there It can welcome another disease.

Worst diagnostics ever they make 3 hours latr even for an ergency case no one cares there.dont go there.

The reference range in this test center is controversial. Atleast lab technician should properly know the correct normal range. Management should look in to this. Provide 2-3 beds for highly critical patients who can't sit long hours till the test is completed.

De don’t have time Sense’’de don’t care for an emergency patients’’ more over equipments’r not working. For one scan we r waiting from one hour.no patients at all…de tell us wait bcoz The x-ray mission is not working.and billing is done in 2 minutes…

Very bad response from staff and very High prices campare to other diagnostics their is no proper attenders for patients or customers

No proper place for sitting, no proper response, so management think about this and give proper facility to the public.

Very rude staff no Sense of service, fells like have entered graveyard. No proper management system very pathetic
