Malnad Towers

Looks like this apparment is close to grave yard. Very old building. When looking for rent owner from Block-1, D-4 seem to quote very high rent of 19k + maintenance. When other owner charge 17k she's charging more which is purely on cunning basis.

Just some noisy neighbours in balcony ans their kids create a lot nuisance. Please make some rules regarding that.

I have stayed here for a few years, location is good, calm. There is a graveyard behind the apartment and sometime snake also enter in society from nearby places.
We use to pay 12k for 2bhk.

“Worst maitainance”, “sick association”, “no value for money “, “damn old lift”,
None of your concerns will get addressed.
These guys follow age old transaction method of cheques in this online era.

Approach road is very narrow. Just next to crematory. Overall environment is polluted and unhealthy. No parking for visitors inside the building.
