It’s extremely well managed residential complex with great amenities. It has nice club house, Grocery store, swimming pool, gym, sports area for kids, and a beautiful garden and lake nearby is a add on. Perfect peaceful place surrounded with greenery.

Well Maintained society. Society is well equipped with all the basic amenities to facilitate the needs of the residents like visitors parking, terrace garden, community Hall, rpower backup, nearby bank, market, shop, bus stand, hospital and medical shop etc

One of the best societies I have seen, it's full of tall trees and greenery. If outside temp is 35°c then inside it's 5•c lesser. We haven't bought AC till now coz it's so cool in summers too. No issue of potable water also as the underground water level is good due to nearby lake.

Mana Tropicale Apartment is a luxurious apartment located in Sarjapur Road, Bangalore. Pls don’t buy an apartment here without checking how much mind-numbing sound from music & people screaming comes into your apartment from the adjacent Street 1522 restaurant on weekend and holiday nights even beyond midnight. The restaurant plays music in a roofless place. You will be surprised that sound may or may not come on the ground floor but won’t let you sleep in your home on higher floors. The mind-numbing sound currently enters into homes that are even 300 meters away.

Greenery and peace place to live, I have seen many projects but I never see such a wonderful green projects in Bengaluru. More than 200+ trees in the community, and well maintained.

The construction quality is very poor I am living in this place for an year now, there is no complete resolution provided for poor quality work

Worst experience there is no water supply properly and there is no pRoper road worst management

This place is Heaven with the Devils! I am a resident of Mana Tropicale and after i purchased, the association was formed. After that it is like a goondas, like structured criminals, they are looting all the residents in the name of maintenance. When questioned, they dont show the expense details as if they are Government.
Imagine 517 apartments and we are charged approx 4000/- per house. I dont know whether all the other residents know this they get nothing less than 2.4 cr per annum for which Mana should be like 7 star hotel. I am sure they are pocketing some amount from that 2.4 cr.
Worst behavior by the people in the Association, Don't go and get insulted.they are basically mentally upset, they will act like they know every thing but ultimately they are cheating everyone.
And there is no Positive comments or review in any websites.
Be prepared or better change yourself.

Very beautiful society.
Nice place to own a house. Location and the tree in and around project are the main attraction.
The greenery around the apartment is a plus. Haven't seen these many trees surrounded in any apartment complex before. It is unlike the lawn and small shrubs kind of landscaping you commonly see in all the apartment premises. Very thoughtfully done. Few amenities like having a super market within the society would be helpful, otherwise it is all good.

We are in the process of purchasing our first flat, that too in Bangalore. We hadn’t seen any advertisement for mana Tropicale before we happened to walk in. We really liked the concept with so much greenery, tree house, etc.the team was very friendly and accommodating of our needs. We were quite satisfied with how they answered our queries.

We are excited to finalize our agreement and build our home at mana Tropicale and be a part of a great community!

Tropicale is my second property from Mana Projects and the reason I came back to Mana once again because most of their flats are well ventilated and nicely lighted.

Apart from this, Tropicale is one such project which contains lots of trees which are grown up till the top floor. This project is definitely not on the main road, but also not quite far from few important roads like Sarjapura main road, Jail road, HSR extension. It takes less time to reach places like electronic city, HSR or Wipro corporate office.

Though I had good experience with them previously, but still I feel Mana should consider final round of quality check just before handing over the flat to the owner.

Also, Mana can initiate a talk with companies like Yulu or Vogo to provide last mile connectivity and make Tropicale as Yulo/Vogo zone.

I would also like to specially mention about Hari from the sales team who has been very supportive and prompt during and after my purchase.

Mana Tropicale is one of the good projects in Sarjapur zone. Definitely a good place to own a flat. In fact it's a unique 8+ acres project intelligently designed by preserving natural beauty. Unlike others it's not just some concrete project. Besides it has all necessary modern amenities. Altogether a great experience for me.

Today had been to Mana Tropicale project. It was awesome I feel this project is very nice and good to buy. This weekend again am revisiting with family to book 3 bhk. For 3 bhk they have given tree hugging balcony it was superb concept. I really thank to sales person Mr. Nandish who helped me to take decision sooner and he was humble. Inside the flat there was a air cracks, they started working on it. He showed me some completed flats it is very good and there was no single cracks. And also he connected me some existing customers people who are staying from past 3 months, they said they are so happy and enjoying the project. Am so much happy to purchase because of lots of greenery and too many amenities. Thanks to Mana Projects to give such kind of property.

I had visited mana tropicale, they have maintained greenery, For ground floor flats private garden more open space, it's a very good property for end users, my parents are very happy to stay here,

I have bought an apartment here. Its a 3 BHK. I like the project. But some problem with Sales team on the commitment. During initial discussion, there was some offers given to me but after the deal happened, sale guy is saying currently that offer is not present.

5 Star for the concept. Good concept.
Pathetic road don't imagine the roads get ready within 2 year. I know this area for past 2 year.

Nice place to own a house. Visited the house and within few week finalized and booked apartment. Location and the tree in and around project are the main attraction.

I had been to tropicale project, am looking for 2bhk, it's a very good place cool And calm, where I can live my life peacefully, no disturbance, it's a very good project for kids also where they can enjoy the fresh air, project theme is awesome, they have maintained 20 year+ trees.

Hi People, This place is amazingly built up, If any of you is looking for a stay in the nature this is the best place to choose. Dinesh is our guy who had been taking care of all our queries very helpful and understands the fact that we are buying our DREAM here. Kevin had been very understanding from the start as well. The place is amazing in pictures and more wonderful to explore. I am booking it in here, Plz dnt miss the chance.

"Serene and beautiful atmosphere with lots of trees". Rare to see anything like this in bangalore. 1st time visiters may feel that its located little interior (mainly due to the road condition) but from experience I could say that you may feel it differently if you have a time for a couple of more visits.
We have booked a flat on Feb, 2019 and the construction progress and quality they maintained since then is pretty good. We are happy with our decision and glad that few of my friend's also own the house here. Special thanks to Syed, Kevin and Sanjay from sales team for their exceptional support.

We never thought, visiting a property site finalized by a dear friend would end up in buying a flat for ourselves.

Tropicale greenery, definitely sparked our interest in purchasing flat.

One of the major concern we had before finalizing the flat, was commute. Finally we decided to book the flat, since we thought that when people started moving in definitely the area will develop and commute will become better. Sales guys especially Kevin and Syed were helpful during our visits.

Personally there were couple of instances which made me feel mana builders are genuine.

It's been almost 7 months since we've done the purchase and we are really happy with the choice being made.

Spacious flats and construction quality is good. Common walls are only 30% of the flat. Open space is more and filled with trees and greenery. Self sustainable apartment with rain water harvesting of complete 9 acres. Great value for money.

I had recently moved into the Mana tropicale apartment. This is a great place if u want to have a peaceful living away from the city. The apartment complex is filled with lush greenery and you have a beautiful lake in the behind. The community here is very good and supportive. Highly recommend if you want to be in a place away from pollution and in a peaceful setting.

I have recently booked a flat in Mana Project. It was not planned, I made a sudden visit to the project initially there were some hiccups in getting touch with the right person. But Once things were channelised, I was introduced to sales person Hari, he is a very good and well behaved sales person.he showed us few flats which were available and matching our requirements. Everything was explained with correct details and he didn't show any hurry in spite of our visit being on a weekend and unplanned. I have got all possible help from Mana's side with not a single instance of non-cooperation. I have also met Mr. Kevin. Very good person from heart and a pet lover. He offered a good price to us. Honestly everyone thinks, little more lesser price would have been better but there behaviour and so many trees inside the project helped us to take a positive call.
Also I would like to Thank, Akhilesh and Sheetal who are CRM in this project and after sales they have been continuously providing excellent support.

I've visited this property on 15th Sept Sunday. So my question to you is; The mobile network is terrible here. Not just wth one provider, I've checked with other sim also. What actions have to took to resolve it? Is there any plan for improving this? Thanks.

Project concept is good but not much amenities and project is very inside from the city no shop nearby, no mobile network and no internet just like 90's. And the worst thing is sales team is very rude and unprofessional.

I would like to give a true feedback to help the people visiting this property and would love to buy a house. As video and pictures shows this place is full of trees and plants. They have Ground floor flats with garden area which is the USP of this property. Cant help with bangalore roads which leads to Mana tropicale from Sarjapura Main road are not in condition i hope for the best in near future. I was attended by Hari Babu sale rep guy he was very polite and he answered every thing i wanted to know about facilities, size of the house compared to other flats etc. I would recommend this property to people who wants a lush green society and peace which attracted me here. Great work Mana i believe the final result would match as per the expectation set by you people till now it is a wonderful experince.

So I visit there last weekend, 13/09/19 with an idea to finalize our home. The brochure and the CAD drawings really blew me away. They have created a jungle, nature hugging flats, so on and so forth. Now, there are no model flats and we were taken to finished flats which I thought was a better perspective. But then only the issues started. The availability sheet shared with me 2 weeks ago was so outdated that I only had 10% of the flats left. That too in two weeks whereas six months before I was shared with another availability sheet which was more or less same as what was shared with me two weeks back. So 15 days, everything was sold out and I was left with a choice of 5 - 6 apartments.

Then came the worst part, a guy named KEVIN. His behavior is exact resemblance of a goon who is doing you a favor by letting you step on their property. When I compared the rates with another nearby builder I was told "you want less price you go to them, you want brand name you go to the other, but if you want quality come to mana", "they are quoting less cause they are using bad materials" "we are the only builder who gives your booking money back if you cancel" etc etc etc. He literally said that he is doing me a favor by quoting Rs. 4900/ ft when I asked for negotiation!

Mana should consider themselves extra lucky that they have sold off 90%+ apartments with Kevin as their project manager! Fantastic sales team, may be I am only a bit old fashioned. Best of luck to the company and all their beautiful projects

Please do point out where I have used your appearance to describe you as a goon! Have a little respect for other person's intelligence and opinion. Do not stereotype to draw unnecessary sympathy. What you are accusing me of is highly insulting and uncalled for. Your behavior was goon like and YES YOU DID ACT AS IF YOU ARE DOING ME A FAVOR BY TALKING TO ME! No body is asking you to change your appearance, but it would really help YOU to be more polite and respectful towards your prospects. This is up to you and not nature propagated like mine and your appearance. Please feel free to reach out for further clarification!

My main concern is that the high tension electric wires are passing through this property and I wonder how some one could include electric pillars inside the compound wall.

I liked the property. The area is a bit remote although I had no issue with network. But the sales team was pathetic. They were very unprofessional. I went with my friend to see the flat and they kept telling, when you come with your "family" which apparently involves a male person, they would talk about the rates and the availability of flats. The sales guy who showed us the flat didn't know about any dimensions, the amenities etc. Also their rates kept fluctuating and they told me that we will give the flat to whoever quotes the highest. I feel that only if I get in touch with a reliable sales person, I would want to invest in this property.

I visited the property yesterday as my colleague has booked a flat there. I had high hopes. But I saw high voltage line inside the property which will result no safe area for children to play. Also it will cause interference in network. No doubt property is green as they haven't cut the trees. And it looks and feels good. The balconies and garden areas are good and spacious. That results into smaller room sizes. However I found the construction quality poor. See the attached pics. There are from tower 6 multiple flats. First the sales team told that it is electric wiring but it was obvious that these are cracks and which are filled later. Also the parking is below the ground level and it might flood if storm water collection malfunction. I got better answers from Kevin. Other sales team persons are not up to mark. It is our hard earn money with big loans to be invested. Residents do update if I am missing something. I was interested in living there.

We visited the site, the thing that disappointed me the most is the sales person was not in a mood to sell the property, he showed us the property with a heavy heart, seems he was very tired, could have told other person to share the knowledge of the site and units. Apart from that the rooms of the units are very small, yet the living area is really big. They tried to copy the Britain’s use of area but believe me it is not for an Indian public. And the location is really a cherry on the top as too far from the main.

Location is pathetic and no mobile network. The quoted price is really high as per the area, anyone can easily get any property near to city in that price.
The weirdest thing happened, I met one person living in the society named as Chandan (some 2BHK owner) and he WhatsApp my name to Sale person Hari and others for commission, I don't even know this person.

I got to know that in their society that apartments are available for resale as well.

No doubt its only one of its kind project in Bangalore. I liked it so much. After seeing so so many projects in Bangalore I can definitely say this is a good project. But only negative point I can say is its location. If you dont have to go out for work in graveyard shift and yur working hour are like 9 to 5 then you can go for it otherwise according to me its not safe to travel till the project in night times. This is the only reason we dint buy here. Otherwise Project is super awesome now it depends on one's need.

I am very happy with my purchase of my 3BHK in Mana tropicale.i have purchased in phase 2 which is under construction. I feel so relaxed Whenever i go to mana for checking the progress. This project has lot of trees and garden lanscapes feels like you are living in a park.
Also i would like to thank Nandish and Kevin from sales team who explained about the project very well before purchase.
Management is also ready to consider the suggestions and trying to resolve the complaints (even small ones) from the owners.

Cons: commute has to be improved which we hope to improve in coming months. Also i trust Mana management will defenitly look into this

It is located quite far off from main city but at a lonely place in the forest with modern facilities in housing complexe at a moderate rate against each flat.
