One of those old office buildings in Mangalore. For the time when it was built, it was great; but not anymore. They have not kept up with time and the need for customers.
There is plenty of parking around the building, that leaves just about enough space for another car to drive by. Most of the time the parking lot is full as well. There are few nice shops in this building, but I've noticed a lot of shops don't last too long in this building.

A commercial space in Mangalore housing a lot of businesses over the years. You have a Stock Holding corporation for India along with a few advocates and doctors clinics there. Ample cark park space.
